Johnny reassured Chanel that she would be okay. A terrified Chanel said she was going to be a realist. She said she appreciated him being there for her, but she didn’t want him to tell her that her life was more important than the baby’s. Johnny said he wouldn’t be in denial but it was important to listen to the doctor. He said he would respect her decision. Abe told Theo that Lexie was coming home. Theo wanted to know what was going to happen with Paulina. Abe said he didn’t want to think about it yet. Theo asked if Abe still loved Paulina. Abe said he did. He noticed that something was wrong with Theo. Theo told him about his conversation with Gabi. Abe comforted Theo. Lexie had questions for EJ. He answered her questions, but she was skeptical. She asked if he discovered the cure for death and if she was the patient. Lexie wasn’t sure if she believed what EJ told her. He said he needed bloodwork from her so he could give it to Dr. Rolf. EJ wondered how Lexie was doing. Lexie insulted Paulina and said she was done and gone. EJ was glad to hear it and said he would make Paulina regret it if she changed her mind. Lexie kept insulting Paulina which made EJ noticed that she wasn’t as nice as she used to be. EJ enjoyed seeing this side of Lexie. Leo checked on Javi. While they were talking, they talked about Sophia and how her family lost her. Javi said he knew what it was like to lose a child. When Leo started flirting with Javi, Javi wanted to leave to meet his boyfriend. Lexie let EJ know that she and Theo were DiMeras and Carvers and were going to find their balance. While Johnny and Chanel were spending time together, he felt the baby kick.
