Rocco tells Lulu that he shot Ross Cullum to protect Jason and Britt but nobody knew that he was there because nobody saw him. Lulu tells Rocco that she will take care of everything.
Danny and Charlotte arrive at Carly’s to ask Valentin fo help because Jason is on the run from the police. Danny calls Alexis and finds out that Jason has been arrested for shooting Ross Cullum. Valentin, Carly, and Danny know that Jason wouldn’t shoot Ross Cullum unless he had a good reason so Valentin promises Danny that he would help Jason. Once Danny and Charlotte are gone, Valentin tells Carly that he has friends in France that can help Jason escape and go on the run. Valentin tells Carly that the only way Jason can come home is for them to prove that Ross Cullum is a double agent.
Britt tells Nathan that Jason shot Ross Cullum to defend her because Ross Cullum was threatening her. Britt demands that Nathan take her to the police station to see Jason. Jack arrives at the police station to take Jason into custody. Alexis Britt and Danny arrive just before Jason is taken away by Jack. Jack tells Alexis that if Ross Cullum dies Jason will never see his family again. Britt cries and tells Jason she loves him. Jason asks Alexis to take care of Danny because he made her Danny’s legal guardian . Jason tells Danny that he loves him before he is taken away by the WSB.
Isiah and Elizabeth are unable to save Marco who lost too much blood to survive. Elizabeth tells Lucas the devastating news about Marco. Lucas blames himself for Marco’s death because he asked Marco to steal Britt’s medication.
Chase tells Jens Siddwell that Marco was stabbed and, when he arrives, he says a tearful goodbye to Marco and he vows to avenge Natalia’s death and now Marco’s death.
