The Nurses Ball 2025 begins with Drew and Nina hosting the red-carpet arrivals to the ball. Lucy arrives with a llama named Sabastian to help promote llama rescue and adoption. Sonny arrives with his daughter Donna who is excited about her first Nurses Ball red carpet and his appearance. The other citizens of Port Charles arrive dressed in their best to benefit AIDS research.
Everyone in town that hates Drew expresses their hatred for him while still smiling at the cameras.
Mac tells Chase that he must arrest Tracy and bring her to the station. Chase goes on the red carpet and tells Tracy he needs to talk to her in private, but Tracy insists that Chase tell her why she is being arrested on the red carpet. Chase arrests Tracy for drugging Drew and handcuffs her and reads her Miranda rights to her and walks her off the red carpet.
Maxie is unable to go to the ball because Baily Lou is sick, so Spinnelli brings Georgie and James with him to the ball.
Willow makes her relationship official on the red carpet and tells everyone that she and Drew and their children are a family.
Ric goes to Alexis’s place to get another payment from her. Kristina once again finds Ric with Alexis. After Ric leaves, Kristina tells Alexis to stop protecting her because her mistakes are her own. Alexis tells Kristina that she has to protect her because, if she doesn’t, they could both go to jail.
