Victor tells Noah he has a great idea but he won’t let him use the Top of the Tower for his night club. Noah tells Allie the bad news and she tells him to consider Summer’s idea and talk to Phyllis about using the Grand Phoenix. Noah also tells Allie about his complicated family and gives her one more chance to walk away. Allie tells Noah she isn’t going anywhere because she doesn’t scare easily.
Kevin helps Chance get an autopsy which says he died of blunt force trauma to the head when his head hit the windshield of his car.
Nick asks Sally to just report the facts about Ashland’s death. Nick continues to think that he killed Ashland and almost cracks when Chance interviews him again.
