Mariah and Tessa’s family and friends gather to watch the couple exchange vows which they wrote for each other. Once vows are said and the rings exchanged, Kyle pronounces Mariah and Tessa officially married. The reception has everyone shaking their groove thang on the dance floor.
Summer (now being played by Allison Lanier), arrives at the Abbott house to drop off all her luggage and change clothes because she is late for the wedding since her flight was delayed. Summer meets Allie and they become fast friends. Summer persuades Allie to go to the wedding with her.
Kyle is upset to see Diane at the wedding because she wasn’t invited and also because he wanted to enjoy the wedding without having to think about his mother. Diane promises Kyle she will leave if he will introduce her to Summer.
