“Genndy Tartakovsky’s Primal: The Complete First Season” Review by Suzanne 5/25/21
This is a truly great animated series on Adult Swim about a caveman. There is no speaking. Everything is just action, sounds, and grunts. It’s not the type of series kids should watch, though, as it is violent. It has great animation and storytelling, with a bit of fantasy. Anyone should love it.
The only feature is a behind-the-scenes interview that’s interesting to watch. Don’t miss this one, and it will be a great holiday gift as well. I can’t wait for Season 2, which should be out later this year.

“A piece of elemental storytelling that finds some real emotional depth without either of its protagonists uttering a single word of dialogue.” – IndieWire
