Devon feels betrayed when Abby votes with Jill not to kick Billy out of the company while he is on a business trip. Lily later confides in Abby that she is thinking about reaching a settlement with Daniel in order to avoid a lawsuit.
Audra is angry with Tucker because he, once again, wants to postpone their trip to Paris in order to help Devon this time. Audra decides she is going to go to Paris and turn the board of Glissade against him. Nate tells Audra not to go to Paris and asks her to stay and have dinner with him instead.
Phyllis quits her job at Chancellor-Winters before Devon can fire her.
