At the beach house, Finn received a call from the hospital about a former patient needing to see him. He was upset and snarled that he would do it one last time. Steffy praised Finn’s dedication to his patients before heading to the office.
At Forrester Creations, R.J. expressed concern about Hope’s marriage to Liam, who seemed torn between her and Steffy. Steffy learned that Sheila’s trial was approaching and expressed her desire to see her behind bars. Meanwhile, at the jail, Mike visited Sheila, warning her not to get her hopes up. Finn also visited, as her doctor. She was desperate for his help and told him that she would always be there for him.
Back at the cabin, Hope admitted to kissing Thomas but also pointed out that their marriage had other issues, including Steffy’s involvement. Liam questioned why she was bringing up Steffy and didn’t understand her analogy. Hope grew frustrated and confronted Liam about his feelings for Steffy. Liam defended his dedication to her but couldn’t comprehend the situation. Hope then presented him with divorce papers, saying she didn’t want to raise their daughter in a broken family. After signing the papers, Liam left, hiding his emotional breakdown from Hope. Alone, Hope wept as she put on Liam’s wedding ring.
