Steffy: Our parents are back together.
Katie: What?
Steffy: Yeah. My dad ended it with brooke and went back to his true love. Our family is finally reunited.
Hope: I– I wish I could help somehow.
Brooke: I just can’t make sense of it. I mean, ridge and I have had problems in the past, but we’ve always managed to work through it. But when did that change for ridge and why did ridge leave me for taylor?
Hope: But you don’t think it might have something to do with douglas’ custody?
Sheila: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You don’t need that. Spoils my view.
Deacon: What did I do to deserve my twinkle toes?
Sheila: Yeah. Well, I might only have nine toes, but I do still have nine lives.

Liam: Mm. I’m with brooke on this one. I know that’s shocking. But the guy has shown us how unreliable he is over and over again.
Hope: Okay. No, he’s not like that anymore. And I have spent plenty of time over at eric’s, I’ve seen it firsthand. And can we not change the subject here? Can we focus on you, mom? Because I’m tired of talking about thomas.
Thomas: Uh, yeah. So donna has had time to absorb the news, but this must be a shock and a blow to you. Brooke is your sister, and this is gonna be a difficult transition for her.
Katie: What– what are you even talking about? You knew about this?
Eric: Just since yesterday, katie.
Donna: Yeah. And– and we were hoping things would change.
Paris: This is crazy.
Carter: Ridge really ended it with brooke?
Steffy: Apparently my father did some deep soul-searching and then it finally hit him. He picked a future with my mom the way it should have been all along.
Thomas: Yep.
Deacon: I’ve gotta be a complete idiot. I mean, there’s no way this ends well. Me letting you stay here is gonna go down as one of the biggest mistakes of my life. And if you know anything about my life, that’s saying something.
Sheila: At least you’re doing it for a good reason.
Deacon: Oh, really? Enlighten me.
Sheila: You’re having the best sex of your life, you can’t deny that. And don’t forget the whole money thing. I’m in a position to get you some toys like that motorcycle you’ve been eyeing.
Deacon: You noticed.

Brooke: Ridge was very clear. He wants to be with taylor. Though I don’t know what it is that made him want to leave me.
Liam: You don’t think it has something to do with my dad, do you?
Brooke: No. There’s nothing going on between bill and me. Ridge knows that.
Hope: So has ridge officially asked for a divorce?
Brooke: I don’t know really what’s going on. All I know is that ridge is in aspen and taylor’s there and they both spent the night there.
Hope: You think.
Brooke: I’m assuming. Sorry.

Paris: Yeah. This is really hard for me to wrap my head around and I can only imagine how unthinkable it is for the family.

Eric: So we are. But, uh, we’ll take care of brooke. Everything she needs.
Katie: This doesn’t make any sense.
Thomas: I’m sorry if the reason for our happiness upsets you, but I’m not sorry that my parents are back together. They never should have been apart.
Steffy: Yeah. Brooke had her time with our dad. She blew it. Well, I just wanted to let you know what was going on.
Eric: There’s something else, since we’re bringing everyone up to date. There’s some more news, sort of unexpected and, uh, not quite as joyful as you feel your news was. But, um, carter, you wanna tell them?
Carter: How do you know?
Eric: Quinn texted me. She thanked me for all her years at forrester creations.
Paris: Quinn is leaving the company?
Eric: Yes, she is. And she has already.
Carter: And not just the company. Quinn left me too.
[ Loud banging on the door ]
Bill: Come on, sharpe, open up.

Paris: Wait. So after all that, after everything quinn went through to stop you from marrying me, she just left?
Carter: Yeah. And I’m still struggling to process it. And what we did to you was so unfair. Should have been honest with you. I was in love with quinn, and I know she loved me. I know she did.
Eric: Yes, of course, she did.
Carter: That text, it’s the only contact you’ve had with her?

Donna: Quinn didn’t say anything to him before that.

Thomas: I’m really sorry, man.
Steffy: No apology necessary. I’m sorry. It is true I wasn’t the biggest fan of quinn. Her jewelry line did exceptionally well for forrester. So on that level, she will be missed. But today’s really about celebrating our parents’ reunion.
Katie: Well, just remember in all that celebrating, no one should ever count out ridge and brooke.
Hope: We’re going to be here for you, mom. Okay? No matter what happens.
Brooke: I still don’t understand it. I mean how are ridge and I suddenly over?
Hope: Well, if it’s any consolation, I don’t get it either. I don’t get why ridge went all the way to aspen in the first place. I mean, I know that things were a little tense because of the douglas situation, but–
Brooke: Yeah, not that much. I mean, we still could have worked through that. So what was it? What? Is it– is it bill? Is it because of your father? What? I don’t get it.
Hope: It’s going to be all right. Okay? It’s gonna be okay.
Brooke: Oh, honey. Thank you. I just–
Deacon: So brooke and ridge are over.
Bill: Hmm. That really surprises you.
Deacon: Doesn’t surprise you?
Bill: Hell no. And that proves my point. You’re not worthy, not the brightest bulb in the chandelier. You see, the reason none of this should surprise you is that it’s painfully obvious ridge always lets brooke down. And if you paid even the slightest bit of attention, you would know that. But I will give you some credit. You always seem to know when brooke is vulnerable, and that’s when you slither in bringing trouble with you like the gutter snipe that you are. Well, don’t even think about it. This is my turf.
Deacon: Your turf? That’s interesting.
Bill: Ridge’s loss is another man’s gain. And that man is me, not you. So I am giving you a fair warning. Stay away from brooke.
Deacon: And that’s because what? You’re– you’re staking your claim?
Bill: Because brooke will come to me and you can count on that.
Deacon: Look, man, I think you’re jumping the gun in this whole thing. All right? You’re looking at it all wrong. Yeah. Beat your chest and, you know, grinding your turf, whatever. But treating brooke like a piece of property, all that does is it shows that you’re the one that really doesn’t know her at all. And now please welcome ana montoya.
Bill: Brooke doesn’t want you, deacon.
Deacon: Well, then you’ve got nothing to worry about.
Bill: She’s been hurt enough by ridge. She needs a man that can make her happy. Well, that ain’t you. You are nothing but a two-bit con man, always looking for an angle. And I’m, well, me. And I will help brooke get over ridge while on my yacht, which I will fly her to on my private jet. Am I painting a picture that even you can understand, convict?
Deacon: See, bill, I think you’re confused on this whole thing. It– it doesn’t matter to brooke how many zeros the guy has in his bank account. You know, she follows her heart. And she’s gonna go where it leads her.
Bill: And it will lead her straight to me.
Deacon: Hmm.
Bill: Because I check every box, heart, soul, and wallet. So you see that you’re out of your league on every level. In fact, if it wasn’t for hope, brooke wouldn’t even wanna be in the same room as you.
Deacon: I’m sorry, bill. I– I can see that bothers you that brooke and I have a child together. Um, well, look, I think I’ve been patient long enough, so I’m gonna ask you nicely. Please. Pretty please. Go.
Bill: Well that I can happily accommodate because frankly, it stinks in here.
Deacon: This guy, man. I’ll tell you.
Bill: That’s just a reminder of who you’re dealing with. The dollar bill spencer.

Steffy: I’m guessing you heard the news.
Hope: Mm. A victory for the forrester’S. Or at least that’s what you’re thinking, right?
Steffy: What are you implying?
Hope: That I know how you and your mother operate.
Steffy: Operate? What exactly did we do?
Hope: You actively planned and plotted to steal my mother’s husband away.
Steffy: No, no, no. Um, my mother is not a homewrecker, so that’s, like, way off base. There’s nothing premeditated about it. My mom’s always been honest about her feelings for my father. She just never acted on it. My mom has more integrity than that.
Hope: Mm. Really? I think my eyes must have deceived me then because I was at eric’s and I saw the way she was flirting with ridge. How she took every opportunity to get her hands all over him while he was still a married man. So what integrity? Your mom went about this in the most underhanded way possible and you helped her.
Steffy: Okay.
Hope: But I’m not going to let you get away with it. You and taylor are not going to be the reason that my mom’s marriage gets destroyed. And I will do my damnedest to stop you.
