    (3:01AM ET) Season 2, 6 episodes: Master detective Evert BĂ€ckström (Kjell Bergqvist) is in peak form. He is still making tabloid headlines with his ability to solve murders quickly and efficiently – and arrogantly. But when his rival, celebrity lawyer Tomas Eriksson, is murdered, it proves difficult not to let emotions interfere in the investigation. The evidence points in multiple directions, and before long, more dead bodies are found. The motive connecting the murders seems to be an old music box from Russia depicting the storybook character Pinocchio, worth 300 million kronor. Lies abound and it doesn’t take long before BĂ€ckström himself starts to hide things from his colleagues in the police department. He wants to solve the crime and claim Pinocchio for himself. His friend, art expert G Gurra, is going to help him get it. But everything becomes complicated when Ankan seriously begins to question BĂ€ckström’s leadership – and honesty.     “#106” (8:00PM ET) OPPORTUNITIES — Returning to Florence after his years in Milan, an uninspired Leonardo (Aidan Turner) is presented with new opportunities, but has little drive to accept them, until he is asked to paint the portrait of Lisa del Giocondo (Maria Vera Ratti), that will become the Mona Lisa. But after failing to repair his broken relationship with Caterina (Matilda De Angelis), Leonardo accepts an offer on behalf of the city and goes to Imola, where he receives much praise from his enthusiastic employer, Cesare Borgia (Max Bennett). Warned by NiccolĂČ Machiavelli (Davide Iacopini), a Florentine ambassador at Imola, that his value will only endanger him, Leonardo realises not all is as it seems and reaches out for help. With the work forcing his mind to dark places, all hope is lost until assistance appears in the unlikeliest of places. Freddie Highmore, Carlos Cuevas, Alessandro Sperduti, James D’Arcy, Robin Renucci, Hugo Becker, Miriam Dalmazio and Max Bennet also star.     “Fight For Survival” (9:00PM ET) A NEW PLAN – Now knowing that he is a target, Massimo (Alessandro Borghi) is desperate to retrieve the evidence that has been stolen from him. He comes up with a new plan to protect Europe and its citizens, offering a ‘third way’– assuring neither China nor the United States will win the data war. Help comes from an unlikely source who is prepared to betray Dominic (Patrick Dempsey), but Wu Zhi (Li Jun Li) gives Massimo some news that will change everything. The kids are distracted by their personal issues rather than the videos, and in helping Lachie (Peter Thurnwald) with a relationship issue. Oly ponders her current stalemate with Santi (Carlos Sanson Jr.). Reema (Safia Arain) changes her mind about Vince (guest star Ioane Saula). Angie (Claudia Karvan) and Matias (Ricardo Scheihing-Vasquez) confront the possibilities of their relationship, while Dom (Angus Sampson) goes head-first into a new venture that unfortunately backfires. After Santi shows his true feelings, Oly decides to reach out to him, not wanting to repeat their miscommunications of the past.     3-Episode Premiere Episodes 1-3. The “Andor” series will explore a new perspective from the Star Wars galaxy, focusing on Cassian Andor’s journey to discover the difference he can make.     At Final 4, if the HOH wins Veto then he or she would pick which HG stays “safe” and makes the sole vote, or if a non HOH-HG wins Veto it’ll be his or her decision on who to go while also securing their own spot in the Final 3.
    But while we’ll get the Veto comp tonight we will not get the Veto meeting. That decision, since it’s basically an eviction decision in itself, will be part of the live show on Thursday night (9/8c). After that we’ve got the Memory Lane on Friday and the big finale on Sunday, Sept. 25th. It’s almost all wrapped up for the summer!

    And we’re back! It was a quiet few days in the Big Brother 24 house as the remaining HGs had wrapped up all their events back before the weekend and have been wandering aimlessly ever since. Tonight (9/8c) that wraps up for one of the F4 and the remaining three will set off on their final adventure of the BB24 season.
    Brittany, Monte, Taylor, and Turner are all that remains of the original sixteen Houseguests as we enter the final four days of the summer season. Crazy that it’s almost over and one of these HGs will soon be $750K richer. Well, it won’t be Brittany.
    Yes, CBS will try to make it look like Monte is undecided between the two nominees but with Monte holding all the power after his Veto win we already know which way he’s going with this vote. Monte and Turner have been close most of the season as they were even allies in the precursor to The Leftovers with their Pound alliance. He’s not about to flip on his ally now, especially not when he sees Brittany as far more likely to keep Taylor for F2 than Turner would. He’s right.
    Brittany and Taylor would take each other while Turner would take Monte and, well, tough to be sure on who Monte will take between Taylor and Turner. But that might also be part of Monte’s plan to let them decide for him. Risky, but you never know. But first, we’ve got to get to that decision point.
    There are three competitions remaining in the season and the first of those should kick off tonight well after the live show ends. If the routine follows the past years then we’ll get the HGs toasting to their F3 achievement followed by off-Feeds celebration dinner for the Memory Lane episode (that’s on Friday night). Once they’re done with that the HGs will head outside to the backyard for Round 1 of the Final HOH. This should be an Endurance Comp and we probably won’t get to watch it but spoilers should arrive in the middle of the night.
    Then without much time left in the season (finale is on Sunday!) the HGs will probably get Round 2 on Friday and we’ll be watching for those spoilers to share too. Once we have the winners of rounds one and two we’ll know who is facing off live on Sunday to decide the last HOH of the season and soon after the F2 decision to face the Jury.
    The Houseguests are ready to face the vote tonight on Big Brother 24 as the Final 3 are set to be revealed. It’s a one-hour live show at 9/8c and we’ll be back here live at 9PM ET for our coverage with all the results as they arrive.

    Big Brother 24 is back tonight (8/7c) on a special day and time for the season’s penultimate “Memory Lane” episode. Sure, it’s a throwaway that you can probably skip because there won’t be anything but a teaser of the Round 1 Final HOH, but it’s Big Brother so we’ll be watching.
    The Final 3 was confirmed last night when Brittany was sent packing to Jury but the season ain’t over yet and it’s going to be a crash course in these final three days.
    Monte, Taylor, and Turner closed out Thursday’s episode with a bottle of bubbly and after the show ended they gathered at the small kitchen table to reflect on the season while dining on lobster and the hopes of their former HGs. That’s what we’ll be watching as a narrated tale of the season’s events complete with bloopers and the inevitable Diary Room cry session montage.
    Once that was out of the way the remaining HGs went outside for Round 1 of the Final HOH which, sure enough, was an endurance competition similar to last year’s “hang on and survive.” This time around the HGs were clinging to giant hot dogs because “Welcome To Biiiig Brother!” I’m guessing tonight’s Memory Lane episode will end with the HGs stepping out to ohhs and ahhs before the credits roll and we’re left to see it playout in Sunday’s two-hour finale starting at 8/7c.
