Sheila: Yes. Honey, yes, it’s mom. I’m– I’m right here.
[ Machine beeping faster ] Thank god you’re back.
Taylor: Ridge, how do you think steffy is doing?
Ridge: How do I think she’s doing? I know how she’s doing. She’s doing okay. Because she’s strong and she’s going to continue to be strong for her kids.
Taylor: Yes. Yes, that is true.
Ridge: That is true. And she’s got kelly. Kelly’s gonna keep on her toes. Man, that kid. She reminds me of steffy when she was young.
Taylor: Yeah. She’s so curious and feisty.
Ridge: Yeah. Remember steffy? She used to hide under my desk and– and racks of clothing. I mean, she’d be in the warehouse trying dresses on. High heels. Always… was trying to be involved.
Taylor: Yeah.
Ridge: So sweet.
Taylor: Steffy’s always been such a bright light. If sheila dulls her sparkle, I–
Ridge: Can you not– don’t– don’t do that. It’s not going to happen. Steffy’s going to stay the strong, independent woman she’s always been. And that lunatic sheila, she’s not taking anything else away from us. It’s not going to happen. We’re done with that.
Hope: Hey.

Hope: I just– I feel like I’m just going to be on high alert, like on pins and needles until sheila is found. And I know– I know that I should relax and be present in the moment. But–
Liam: I– I know, well– but, hey, listen, listen. This is– this is why maybe we– we just start a new habit, right? Every– every morning we wake up and we remind ourselves of all the things that we can control, all the things that we are grateful for. Like the kids. Kids are good. Liam: Yeah. Yeah. I mean, even if it means eric has to go through the pain of divorce, I– I’m imagining they’re just trying to enjoy themselves in the meantime. And– and you know what? I think eric deserves that, and I couldn’t be happier for him. So there.
[ Liam laughs ]
Ridge: Well, you know, the all– the security and the extra guards, that– it’s just a precaution, right? I’m not good sitting around doing nothing.
Taylor: I know. God, I appreciate you so much. Any of us could be a target with sheila on the loose. We’re all grateful for the added security. At least there haven’t been any incidents.
Ridge: No. But I think we both know she’s not going to stay away forever.
Taylor: No. She’ll show her face again. I just wish we knew where she was.
[ Heart rate monitor beeping ]
[ Finn moans ]
Sheila: Does that hurt?

Sheila: You nee– you need to tell me where or– or what or i can’t help you.

Sheila: Finn?

Finn: You’re… ho– hospital… what?

Hope: And the whole paris and carter thing. I mean that always felt a little off, right? I mean, I– I really wanted to try to be a happy, supportive friend. Liam: Yeah. I mean, I– I’ve found that doesn’t work out too often.
Hope: Well, thankfully, it was quinn who was the uninvited guest at the wedding instead of someone else, like sheila carter.

Hope: I’m so thankful to ridge that he got that extra security for the venue and for here at the property.

Taylor: Okay. We also didn’t think that sheila could escape from jail, but here we are.
Ridge: Okay. Let’s take a breath. And let’s try to remember what motivates sheila. All she wanted– all she ever wanted was to be part of finn’s life.
Taylor: Finn’s life. Isn’t that ironic? She took it from him. She killed her own son. What is she going to do next?
Sheila: Yeah, well, we– we need to manage your pain and– and you need to get some rest.

Hope: I am really trying to not judge ridge for deciding to stay at eric’s, when my mom asked my dad to stay away for ridge’s benefit. And–
Liam: Yeah. I mean, ridge did effectively ban your dad from the property.
