Phyllis puts dinosaur bones at the construction site for Abby’s hotel in order to delay the construction of Abby’s hotel. Nick offers to sell Abby a choice of any of the buildings he owns so that she will only have to renovate her new hotel, but she must stop construction of the hotel across the street from the Grand Phoenix.
