Interview with Daisy Head, Amethyst Davis, Hannah James, Rob Morrow, Robert Knepper, Christopher McDonald, Sam Trammell, and Keith David of “The Gray House” on Prime by Suzanne 2/4/26

I really enjoyed speaking with the actors from this entertaining miniseries. Head, Davis and James star in this story, which focuses on strong women in Richmond, Virginia, before the Civil War as they fight for freedom and against bigotry and misogyny of all kinds. Morrow plays a Jewish lawyer/senator; McDonald plays a Pinkerton spy; Trammell plays Jefferson Davids; and David is an eloquent pastor who travels around, inspiring blacks.  It’s a large, talented cast.

I loved watching Rob Morrow in his previous roles, especially “Northern Exposure” and “Numb3rs.”  Sam Trammel was one of my favorites in “True Blood.”  Christopher McDonald and Keith David are TV/movie legends that I’ve interviewed a few times before. I’m very happy to interview with the women, who lead this action-packed miniseries. I wish I could have a longer interview with Daisy Head, but it would probably be embarrassing because her father is Anthony Head, whom I adored so much in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer!” 🙂 I hope you enjoy it! It begins today, Feb. 26, on Prime.
