THIS STILL NEEDS EXTENSIVE EDITING!

I thought you found… the terms of my last offer acceptable. Let’s review. Alright, I’ll tell you what. Uh, tonight we open, uh, whatever I want and then open whatever you want. And then we open the rest tomorrow. Yeah? Alright.

[ Knock on door ] Dante. What a wonderful surprise. Come in. Thanks, nina. Hey, dante. Hey. Hi. Hey. Everything okay? Uh, yeah. Yeah. I’m sorry. I just, uh, wonder if I could have a word with you in private. Uh… ava: On christmas eve? Yeah. Uh, this — this can’t wait. Family for the holidays, am I right? I hope you’re enjoying your time with yours and I can’t wait to see you when you’re back. Merry christmas, blaze. Dr. Belson told us we’d basically be starting over, beginning with an egg donor. And we’d be at the bottom of the waitlist. The bottom? That doesn’t seem fair. Right? After everything the two of you have been through, the last thing you should be doing is waiting any longer. I’m honestly not even thinking about us right now. What happens next depends on kristina. Will you look at this place? Maxie, you have outdone yourself. Maxie’s always been great at decorating. Yeah, well, I had to get a little creative this year because of the whole deception situation. Fortunately, I am no stranger to decorating on a budget. Maxie, I am so s–

[ Knock on door ] Were you expecting anyone else? Well, it is christmas eve. Ho! Oh, my gosh. Ho ho! Hey, sasha.

[ Door closes ] I just feel so bad for monica. It was just her ankle. Could have been so much worse. Yeah, I warned her. Be careful in the driveway. It’s a sheet of ice. Does she listen to me? No. I’m sure you were happy to tell her you were right, huh? See? You get me. Willow: Oh, my god. Leo and wiley are so adorable. They absolutely love these antlers. What’s not to love? Willow, how long are you planning on wearing those antlers? I mean, it’s one thing for children, but don’t you feel a little self-conscious being the only adult in antlers? Lois: Oh, don’t you worry, tracy. I brought enough for everyone. Of course you did. Ned knows that I’m the one who tipped off the sec. Okay, but wh– what does that have to do with me? Well, he wants information on aurora to use against you and drew, and if I give him that information, then he will keep taking the blame. Alright, michael, what do you have to say to me that you can only say in front of the horses? I want a truce. This ought to be good. Yeah. Like it or not, ned. We’re family. It’s christmas, and I want to move on. So as a gesture of goodwill, I have a gift. What’s this? Everything you ever wanted.

Oh, come on, loosen up. Join the fun. Lois, what you call fun… I call torture. Tell me something. Do those three ghosts still visit you every christmas eve, or did you finally scare them off? Tracy, come on. There are three children in this house trying to enjoy the holidays. Would it kill you to put on a pair of antlers? Those three children are inundated with gifts and treats. They will not notice my lack of headgear. Well, this is a gift, tracy, so just take it. Lois, your being here would be gift enough. Except that I already live with a bridge and tunnel chick, and I don’t need another one. Okay, everybody, it’s christmas. So before we say or do anything that we can’t take back… oh, we moved way past that. Why don’t you take these antlers and your attitude and shove them where santa’s reindeer are afraid to fly? And why don’t you take the “a” train back to bensonhurst? Do not mistake this with the christmas spirit. I’m just trying to get in good with my new boss. Oh, I’ll let you know how you did, but prepare yourself. My kids can be tough customers. I live to be judged. And you? I have your present wrapped, ready to go. Uh, I just didn’t know you’d be here tonight, so I’ll drop it off later? I can’t wait to see what you got me. Hope you like it. Okay. Uh, let’s see, uh, one for you. Oh. And I got, uh, one for — for mac. Well, thank you. Tell me, do you usually buy presents for your boss’s parents? Well, no. You and mac have been good to me, so… where is mac, by the way? Argentina. Ah. Well, since you’re not with him, it’s clearly not on vacation. Nah, it’s more of a fact-finding mission. All very hush-hush. That’s a shame. It’s too quiet. That means the kids are up to something. Like what? Well, yesterday I found james making a booby trap to catch santa. And georgie, being the good sister that she is, was teaching him how to camouflage it. So I’m gonna go check on them. If I’m not back in five minutes, send help. Okay. Greetings. You. What are you doing here? Michael: I am giving you… the voting proxy on half my elq shares. I had my lawyer draw up the agreement and have yours check it out. And is there a catch or is this an out-and-out trap? I knew you’d never agree to a truce without a bribe. So…there it is. I know it hasn’t been that long since I recovered my memory, but I wasn’t born yesterday. I don’t understand. Do you want the proxy? What I want is to know why you’re doing nina’s dirty work. So I’m guessing you heard what happened at the docks. There was a shooting. You and anna stopped the gunman. You want to tell me why it had to go down that way? Well, it was about anna and it was about you.

When you offered to be our surrogate, we all thought this was going to happen within the year, but now… realistically, it’s going to be another six months at least, just to get to the fertilization and implantation. Not to mention the pregnancy. This is going to take a lot longer than any of us thought. It’s — it’s okay, I understand, and I’m still on board. But you have your lgbtq+ center and everything that’s coming up with it. I’ll make it work. Kristina, I appreciate your devotion to this, but please don’t decide until you’ve thought about it. Molly, I have thought about it. I mean, really, really thought about it. Because none of this has been easy or gone remotely according to plan. Facing yet another setback after getting our hopes up… we’re just not sure how much more heartbreak we can stand. Mom…what’s with this brochure? Are you doing an article on skydiving or something? Uh, no. Not exactly. Well, it’s not a christmas present, is it? I would never encourage my daughters to do something so insanely dangerous as jumping out of a plane. Wait, this is a liability waiver with your name literally on it. Please explain. I don’t think that I can. I can’t get you to show up at pilates, let alone go skydiving. I can’t actually see you planning to jump out of a plane unless someone was pushing you. Or dragging me. This doesn’t make any sense. Since when were you interested in going skydiving? Never. And I don’t want to go now. Then what…? I have to. Is it just me, or have sonny and dante been out there a long time? What’s going on? Why are you worried? Come on, nina, you and I both know that somebody’s trying to set me up for something. And now one of pcpd’s finest shows up at sonny’s doorstep. His son on christmas eve. Yeah, well, trust me, those two aren’t out there swapping eggnog recipes. So this brennan guy, he has ties with pikeman? Yeah, that’s — that’s why I’m here. Look, the government is coming down pretty hard on pikeman. Right. And if if you had any business dealings at all with them, I’m just letting you know that you could be getting a visit from the feds. They’re not gonna find anything. Okay. Speaking of the feds, what are they gonna do about brennan? You think he has anything to do with the metro court shooting? He’s denying it. What a surprise. Yeah, but he might actually be telling the truth this time because, you know, you’re the director of the wsb. Are you gonna hire a shooter with a gun that could be traced back to your own organization? And if the shooter wasn’t working for brennan or cyrus renault… whoever was targeting me and anna… is still out there. Oh. The “a” train doesn’t even go to bensonhurst. Don’t care. Oh, yeah? Well, there’s a whole lot of bridge and tunnel people trying to get to and from the city that care a whole lot. Not that that should matter to you. You’re right. It doesn’T. Oh. Do you have any idea how long it takes to get from bensonhurst to jfk? It’s not that far as the crow flies, but the train… it’s a nightmare. Oh, my god. I mean, you either got to take a cab or you got to take a rideshare. But if you’re gonna take the train, it’s got to be the “D.” I am never gonna need this information. I mean, you could take the “n” and the “R.” What? The never and the rarely? You have been out of brooklyn way too long. I’m not saying it’s efficient. I’m just saying that it is possible. No, you cannot take the “r” because it terminates in bay ridge. Oh, my god, you’re right. I have been away too long. Yeah. Maybe it’s time to move back. Couldn’t you take the “f” and transfer to the bus? Both: The bus?! Oops. Ugh!

[ Laughing ] The bus. Willow, hello. Don’t you need some help with your kids?

[ Clears throat ] Please tell me you need help with the kids. Uh, actually, I was just wondering, uh, how long do you think this is going to go on for? 12 days of christmas, right? Okay. In that case, I’m going to have to sneak out with michael. We’re spending christmas eve at sonny’S. Go. Love you. Stop! You win, both of you. Well, was there a prize attached that we are unaware of? This endless digression about transportation in the outer boroughs. You were doing it to badger me into submission, so you succeeded. Give me the damn antlers. Okay. I’ve conformed. Now that I have, I have one request, please, that we have a civil, peaceful, tasteful christmas. Is that too much to —

Monica, I’m so glad you’re home. Um, given that you are recuperating from an injury, don’t you think it would be a good idea if lois found other accommodations so you can have a peaceful home while you’re convalescing? Well, tracy, I like a full house. Yes, well, there’s full, and then there’S… overflowing. Tracy, I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but there are lots of bedrooms in this house for family and guests. If you do find this house too crowded for you, you can spend the christmas season elsewhere. Lois, on the other hand, you can stay as long as you like. What is your problem with cody? Spinelli and I got off on the wrong foot. Okay, that is a heinous oversimplification. I don’t — I really don’t want to get into it, because, frankly, I’m — I’m not proud of it. But let’s just say that when I first came to town, I wasn’t the nicest person to him — to — to you. But honestly, I thought that we had worked through all of this. And what instilled that delusion? When we teamed up to help sasha? Yeah, I was pleased to provide assistance to sasha. Sasha: And I appreciate it. And obviously, so does cody. I really do, man. Well…man… I think you can agree that christmas eve is for family. Yeah, absolutely. And, uh… my family’s here. And I’m not a part of it, so I’ll… yeah, I’ll — I’ll see myself out. Felicia: Cody, it’s not necessary. No. Uh, really, I just meant to stop by for a minute anyways and drop off the presents and go, so… what are your christmas eve plans? You know, the q’S. The q’s have invited me to join them. And honestly, I’m probably gonna be late if I don’t get a move on. So, uh, merry christmas, everybody. And, uh, that does go for you, too, spinelli. Okay. I realize that you and i don’t know each other that well, but you were completely out of line just now. I love that you want to commit to this, but it is a complicated process with a lot of steps and a lot of waiting in between. We can’t even say for sure when we’ll settle on an egg donor. Hey, molly, can we try the game you gave me? What game was that? It’s called “conspiracy,” a game so fiendish, it makes grown men cry. Yeah, sure. Let’s go play, scout. Tj, I’m sorry. This must be brutal for you guys. It’s a lot. It’s not like our lives stopped while we go through all the steps. Molly has a big case coming up. I’ve been offered a fellowship. What? That’s great. Yeah, but I think I’m going to have to turn it down. Ned: You and I both know that nina was the one who turned in drew and your mother into the sec. And I told nina that I would need some compensation in return for keeping quiet. And now, here you are, essentially giving me control of the company. Temporary control, ned, contingent on your continued silence. Right. What I don’t understand is if you now have the power to drive nina out of your family for good, what’s stopping you? Willow: Michael? In here. Oh. Hi, ned. Hi, willow. Everything okay in here? Yeah, yeah, just — just talking shop. Well, I was thinking now might be a good time to head over to sonny’S. Yeah, I’ll be right there. Okay. I’ll get the kids ready. Okay. Now, where were we? If it were up to me, nina would already be gone. But that would devastate my father and willow. And exposing nina won’t bring back all the time that drew lost in prison or the time my mom spent blaming herself. So you know what? Nina gets to stay, and, ned, you get to benefit. Look, I’m the single largest shareholder in elq, and I’m giving you the voting proxy on half of my shares. Merry christmas, ned. Michael. Yeah. [ Sighs ] I hope you know what you’re doing. I wouldn’t trust nina if I were you. Anyway, I’m sorry for interrupting your christmas eve. You’re never interrupting. I appreciate you telling me this. And you don’t want to say goodbye? No, I got to get out of here. Alright. Merry christmas. I just don’t get it. You know, whoever this person is has gained access to where you live. Just tell sonny. Absolutely not. Why? Why? You told him about mason and austin when they were causing trouble. And he helped you solve the problem. Nina, if I went to sonny every time somebody was threatening me, I’d be moving in with the newlyweds. No, no, I can handle this myself. Handle what? Nothing. Nothing, I got it. Some creep left ava a gun.

Nina, can you give me and ava a minute? Of course. I will go check on pilar and avery. Thank you. Okay. I want you to tell me everything and do not leave anything out. Right. The first envelope was mailed to wyndemere, and there was a picture in it and it was austin, dead, presumably at the house in pautuck and a note that said. “You’re welcome.” Why am I only hearing about this now, ava? And then, on the day that I was moving in to nina’s penthouse, there was another envelope. Somebody had slipped it into my handbag and there was a picture again, austin dead. And this time the note said, um, “don’t tell anyone.” And then after the movers left, there was a gun, sonny, a gun, and a third note that said, “you never know when you’ll need it.” Where’s the gun? It’s in a lock box in my apartment. Bring it tomorrow. It’s christmas. That’s not very festive. I’m gonna have brick trace the gun. Well, I’ll bring it as soon as I can. Tomorrow. I know you think fondly of cody for reasons which utterly escape me. For starters, cody risked his life, his freedom, his… alright. He has been heroic… thank you. …On occasion. But even you must agree that he has a duplicitous streak. Yes, cody may be the new face of deception, but forgive me, but I think that moniker is meant to be ironic. Cody is literally deceptive! If it weren’t for cody, I wouldn’t be here. Not celebrating christmas with friends, not free to go about my life. I wouldn’t even be breathing. So cody may literally be deceptive, but he also literally saved my life. He’s earned our trust. At least mine. I’m gonna go see if maxie needs help with the kids. Spinelli, no one is saying you’re not entitled to your opinion about cody. Thank you. But whatever he may have done wrong, he’s done a lot that’s right. What sasha said is true. If it wasn’t for him, she may not be alive. So while I will not forget cody’s previous misdeeds, I-I should be more accepting of who he purports to be in this moment, at least until incriminating evidence proves otherwise. I can’t tell you what to do. But you’re strongly hinting at that course of action. I’m glad you picked up on that. Alright.

[ Sighs ] Perhaps I should go see if I could catch up to cody.

[ Sighs ] Maxie will be disappointed to see that he didn’t say goodbye. And then when she realizes that it’s me, the reason that he left, yes, you are — felicia, you are as right as ever, as always. I didn’t say a word. Even so, clarity is one of your many gifts. I just…I don’t understand how I’m the only one that knows cody has something up his sleeve.

[ Door closes ] You’re not the only one. What do you mean? You have to go skydiving? Gregory is determined to skydive, and he would like me to go with him. Just because you told him you would go doesn’t mean you have to go. I want to. Mom! Okay, I want to want to. He’s a very nice person. He’s a very dear friend. And he’s been very helpful to me at work. Cool. So you’re going skydiving? And I gave him my word, and now he has it. You don’t seem very excited at all about this. It’s jumping out of a plane. The only thing that separates me and certain death is twine and some poofy fabric. And an instructor strapped to your back. They’re certainly not gonna let you jump on your own on the first time. It’s so funny that you think that I would ever do this a second time. Okay, then back out. You have the perfect excuse built in. Just say it’s your osteoporosis. She doesn’t recommend it. See? She doesn’t forbid it. Maybe she can lie and say that she does. I can’t lie to gregory. Oh, okay, mom, I understand that gregory is a dear friend of yours, but I’m sure if you told him you didn’t want to go skydiving, he would understand. Well, like I said, I gave him my word, and besides, I would like to prove to myself that I can do this. Hey, sorry I’m late. What’s this? Skydiving. Who’s going skydiving? I am. Really? It’s amazing. You’re gonna love it. You’ve done this before? Yeah. Yeah, I’ve done it a few times. It’s awesome. I mean, you get up there, it’s like you can see the curve of the earth. I mean, the first time I did it, the instructor, he kind of messed with me, like, he told me the chute wasn’t gonna open up or something like that, which isn’t that cool, really, when you think about it. But, you know, you’re traveling 120 miles, hurtling towards the ground. It’s getting closer and closer. You start to see people, you know, like… was it something I said? Thank you, though, for sticking up for me, monica. I mean, listen, I don’t want to overstay my welcome. So if you want me to go, all you got to do is say, “beat it, lois.” I will pack my bags. No hard feelings. No, no, no, no. You are welcome to stay as long as you want to. I happen to enjoy your company and your energy. And most of all, I enjoy watching you stick it to tracy. Oh, yeah!

[ Laughs ] Olivia, I — I want to apologize for calling you a bridge and tunnel chick. I shouldn’t have said that. Well, did you mean it? Now, be honest. Of course I meant it. I just shouldn’t have said it. Well, at least you’re consistent. Well, you accept my apology? I don’t know. Did you apologize to lois? No. Well, are you intending to? Why would I? I’m not sorry I said it to her. Like I said, you are consistent. Yes, tracy, in the spirit of christmas, I accept your apology. Thank you. Mm. I would like to point out that I was standing up for you. How do you figure that? Oh. You mean lois’s reluctance to leave doesn’t bother you at all? Why would it? She’s my oldest friend. We grew up together. And it doesn’t bother her that you married her former husband? Oh, my god. What? After all these years of being married to ned, you and lois have never hashed this out? What’s with the antlers? Where is santa right now? I’m sure he’s on his way. Once we’re settled, we’ll check the santa tracker, okay? Hi. Merry christmas. It’s nice to see you. Come in. Hi, honey. You look great. Thank you. You too. Come on in. Something smells wonderful. Yes, that’s hot cider for the adults. And then hot cocoa for the kids. What if I want cider, too, grandma nina? Okay, I think I can arrange that. Are you sure you want hot cider instead of hot cocoa? Oh, no. But just in case. Okay. Alright, so why don’t you guys hand me your coats? And don’t you look super handsome and festive? And guess what, wiley? While you do that and give me that, I think you should go check underneath the christmas tree. Go check there. Where is everybody? Oh, ava and sonny, they’re in the kitchen with avery and pilar. They’re making cookies. Can I go see? Of course. Okay, I’m going to get these things off of amelia. See if she needs a change. Be nice, you two. Always. Hello, precious. Well, I took care of the ned problem. Thank you. No, I don’t need your thanks. I did it for my dad and willow. I just hope I don’t live to regret this. To 50 years with my best friend and my soulmate.[Clanking]

[Gasping] Nooo… aya…

Did spinelli run cody off? What am I saying? Of course he did. You know, spinelli might be staying here, but that doesn’t give him the right to kick anyone out of my house. I like cody very much, and I know he’s been great to you, sasha. But? But I — I think that spinelli might be right. Something seems off. Okay, mom, I think I know where this is coming from, but this is not a peter situation. Cody freely admits that he used to be a con man. He’s not trying to paint himself as too good to be true. And bonus, he’s not a sociopath. If anything, cody is too hard on himself. I just keep thinking back to when we thought he might be mac’s son. When the dna results came back at gh, I lied right to his face while I was holding in my hands the test results that said that mac scorpio is my biological father. I know the test result proved that he wasn’T. Or at least that’s what cody said. Wait, you think he was lying? I don’t know how I could know. He wouldn’t show me the results. He wasn’t lying to you, mom. Cody was just disappointed. And who wouldn’t be? Who wouldn’t want to be mac’s son? Spinelli, are you here for riding lessons? What makes you presume that I’m not already an accomplished equestrian? Are you? Not remotely. But the point is, one should not assume.

[ Groans ] Which brings me to the reason for my visit. I’m all ears. I simply wish to say I regret my behavior towards you at maxie’S. Not exactly hearing an apology. Nor will you. Fair enough. Look, you don’t need to pretend to be my friend. Nor will I. But I will attempt to refrain from outbursts objecting to your presence. I appreciate that. Okay. I’m here because it is clear to everyone that you’re becoming closer to maxie’s family. Yeah, well, you know, they’re good people, and they’ve been good to me. But it is important that you bear in mind a certain set of facts. I am georgie’s father. Yes. Yes. And you are a part of maxie’s business, which is a big part of her life. And I understand and accept that. And as such, we will eventually cross paths, especially since I will be staying at maxie’s for as of yet indeterminate amount of time. Okay, well, I don’t really spend a lot of time at maxie’S. Okay. Even so, you will be around. So I wish to extend a truce if just to keep the peace. I gratefully accept. Okay, but just be warned. If you step out of line, any misbehavior, any malfeasance, and you shall find yourself prey to the jackal. Okay. Hey, why — why don’t you step away… I’m sorry. Are you — are you threatening violence? Because despite public opinion and my general appearance, I assure you that I can defend myself. And that’s great. But, uh, you might want to — ow! I’ll get the first-aid kit. I’m sorry, I didn’t know you were that nervous about the skydiving thing. Well, now you know. Yeah. Actually, you helped me make a decision. Oh. Gregory is really embracing this challenge, and I admire that attitude. And while I would like to think of myself as a brave person when it comes to jumping out of a plane, I’m not. I’m a coward. Okay. I mean, you could just change your mind, right? Thank you. Yeah. On the other hand, you can’t show courage if you aren’t scared in the first place. One, two. How did — how did you do that? It’s all about strategy, right, scout? I think you’re just lucky, aunt molly. I think so, too.

So do you have a nice chat with monica? Yeah. You know, I mean, she’s mellowed a bit since the last — since you were married to ned? Well, I was gonna say since brook lynn was a baby, but, yeah, same diff. And you know what? She invited me to stay longer. Well, that’s great. Are you gonna take her up on it? Um, yeah, maybe. But, you know, I don’t want to cramp your style. Please, honey, my style is uncrampable. If you want to stay, you got to stay. Yeah? Yeah. Mostly I want to stay just so I can continue annoying tracy. Well, she annoys everybody else. It’s only — only fair that she should get hers, right? Yeah, I don’t know. I just — I just want to make sure that I’m not overstaying my welcome. Because you know what they say. The best part of getting out of brooklyn is… both: …Is going back. Yes. No, no, no, no, honey, if you want to stay, I want you to — no, no. Scratch that. I want you to stay whether you want to stay or not. Okay? Oh, okay. Okay. Are you sure? I am sure. You know, I don’t think until you showed up, I realized how much I missed the old times, so, yeah, I mean it. Aww. Eggnog anybody? Yeah. Here you go. I figured the sooner we finish off the child-friendly batch, the sooner we can break out the adults-only stash. Hear, hear. A man after my own heart. Oh. Mmm. Mmm. Your tree is bigger than ours, grandpa. Michael: Yeah. We, uh, we cut our own tree down this year, so it’s something on the smaller side. The reason the tree is big is so we can fit all the presents underneath, and a lot are your presents. Go look at it. Go check it out.

[ Clears throat ] Who put coal in your stocking? No, it’s not– I just had another conversation with michael. That’ll do it. You know, he will never stop blaming me. Yeah. Aw, well. What can you do? Wait. It sounds like you’re siding with michael. Mm. Trust me, I will never side with michael. Thank you. But that doesn’t mean that he isn’t right. Ava! Nina. You did hurtful things to people that he cares about. You wouldn’t take that lying down. Why would you expect him to? Okay. Oh, no, I get this, I get this. You’re upset with me because I told sonny about the gun. No, no, I’m just frustrated because you constantly seem surprised that the people that you hurt don’t just…forgive you. Well, look, I’m your friend. I got your back. But I can’t wash away your sins. No one can. Cody: Sorry about comet. That horse should be named jaws. Yeah, he’s kind of protective of, uh, yours truly. Keep your distance. Your equine minion has done more than enough damage. I’m just gonna clean the wound so it doesn’t get infected. It’s just a bruise. I’ll be fine. Well, still have it checked out. Okay? Your concern for me is touching. If only it was sincere. Look, look, spinelli, I am sorry about everything I did to you. All of it. And you coming here and…not apologizing, I appreciate it. Shows me what kind of man you are, and that we both care about maxie’s family. And I want you to know that I’d never do anything to hurt them. Your word means nothing to me. So just remember, from this moment forward, cody, from here, from there, from everywhere, I’ll be watching you. It would be one thing if the test revealed that cody was leopold taub’s son. Then it would make sense for cody to lie and claim that mac was his father, not the other way around. That’s kind of my point. Can’t you see why cody wouldn’t want to share the bad news? I’d say he went out of his way to hide it. Cody can be very guarded. And you on occasion can be a professional busybody. Even so, it doesn’t add up. And I hate not knowing. And I can’t stop thinking about it. Sam: Okay, I’m gonna make this easy for you. I’m gonna call gregory, and I’m gonna say I’m sorry to disappoint you, but I’m a concerned daughter, and I am gonna exercise my veto. Oh. That’s very thoughtful of you. And I certainly can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t do that. Thank you. It’s not like you’re getting any younger or anything. I mean, who is, right? So even if it would be a life-defining experience that you would look back on with pride, knowing that you were frightened but did it anyway, I would just have to put my foot down. I went too far, didn’t I? Subtle. Alright. Fine. I will jump out of the toy plane. You’re gonna have the time of your life. I hope I live to tell about it. I need you both to hear me out. Can you do that? Sure. I’ll try my best. What if you didn’t have to find an egg donor? What if there was someone you knew who loves you both and really wanted you both to be parents? Kristina… what are you — what are you saying? What if I wasn’t just the surrogate? What if I was the donor, too?
