Devon talks to Jill and Lily because he wants to reverse the merger and get Hamilton-Winters back under his control. Jill and Lily talk alone for a while after listening to Devon’s concerns and they come up with a solution.
Tucker tells Phyllis he wants to find out about Daniel’s project and talk business with him sometime. Phyllis tells Tucker she will never let that happen in a million years. Diane, and Jack’s plan works like a charm. Chance finds blueprints to the building in Chicago where Victor and Nikki have an apartment. Chance also finds Nikk’s necklace although Jeremy tells Chance he was set up by Diane and Jack. Chance believes Diane and Jack instead of Jeremy. Chance turns Jeremy over to the Chicago police. Kyle and Summer argue about their mothers and Sumner asks Kyle to take Diane off the pedestal he has put her on, and see that she is a person with flaws
