Trying to save trina might not work. If the jury finds her guilty, I’d have confessed for nothing. It had to be done. If you kept quiet, you wouldn’t be who you are, the man I knew you could be. Jordan says that I could help myself, maybe cut down on my prison time. If I named the people who helped me slip out of spring ridge. the invader to defend spencer, because it would destroy our credibility. It would also backfire on spencer. How? Trina is on trial for a crime that neither spencer or her victims believe that she committed. Can you imagine the uproar if a young white man is set free for a crime that he did do and a young black woman is sent to prison for a crime she didn’t do? That’s a category five blowback. And it will land, rightfully so, on both of you for orchestrating it. Also alienate spencer against you both. Isn’t there something that you could do? Spencer cares deeply for trina. I just saw him at the pcpd. Alexis, he is going crazy over what happened to her. I can’t keep spencer out of pentonville. Although, i can help ease his mind by helping trina.
