Abby worried Chance would spiral after Reyâs death, the way he had after Spain. Chance promised he had things under control this time. Victor visited Abby and Chance and gave his son in law some words of wisdom after Reyâs death. Victor learned that Rey had a heart attack. Phyllis was alarmed when Jack considered giving Diane the benefit of the doubt. Jack promised he wouldnât let his guard down around Diane. Diane talked to Kyle and explained that she left him because she wasnât fit to raise him, but sheâd worked on herself and changed. Kyle felt abandoned by Diane. He wasnât sure he could forgive her, and he wasnât sure if he wanted her in his life. She accepted this. When Diane got home, Victor was inside waiting for her.
