Anna, Holly, and Robert figure out that Victor is going to engage in biological warfare. Anna tells Robert to call the WSB because Drew, Laura, and Valentin are going to need help to stop Victor.
Victor and his hostages get to the bunker, and Victor tells Liesl that if she works quickly, he will send her back to Port Charles so she can give Willow her bone marrow transplant. Victor also promises Pixel he will send Liesl home with enough antidote to save her family.
Michael and Willow’s wedding begins as Willow gets dressed for the wedding as Bobbie, Carly and Jocelyn give Willow her something old, new, borrowed, and blue. Willow is brought to tears as she is officially welcomed into the family. Willow tells the ladies that she finally has the family of which she always dreamed.
