Frank: Almost time.

Sonny: You know what to do when he gets here.

Frank: I do.

Nina: Looking for someone?

N’neka: Can I get you anything else?

Maxie: No, we’re okay. Thanks, N’neka.

N’neka: Well, in that case, enjoy the rest of your night.

Maxie: You, too.

Austin: Thanks. You know, we could get another one and then just ride share.

Maxie: Oh, I wish, but I need to relieve my mom and Mac of babysitting duty.

Austin: Okay. Want to make a plan for tomorrow night, then?

Maxie: I’m counting on it.

Austin: Alright. I got it.

Maxie: I was going to treat you.

Austin: Please, it’s my treat.

Maxie: But I did order that fancy top-shelf drink.

Austin: Maxie, I’m a doctor, remember? I can afford to buy you a drink.

Elizabeth: I miss you, too. I wish I could be there with you guys. Things are just… really hard right now. But remember, it’s only temporary until we figure out what’s going on at home, okay?

[ Knock on door ]

Elizabeth: Honey, I have to go. That’s room service. I love you. Tell Aiden I love him, too, and I’ll call you soon, okay? Bye.

Finn: Hi.

Michael: Dr. Westbourne.

Britt: Can I help you?

Michael: Yeah, look, Willow and I have been waiting for an update on Harmony.

Britt: Ms. Miller is still in surgery. I will make sure Dr. Ashford finds you and Willow as soon as he has an update.

Michael: That’s not good enough!

Alexis: Cafeteria really needs to improve their selection.

Sam: You know what, Mom, maybe this isn’t a good idea right now. Maybe we should go back home. I think you need to rest.

Alexis: I need to check on Harmony.

Sam: She tried to kill you.

Alexis: Harmony and I have unfinished business. And I intend to finish it.

Willow: My mom’s accident makes no sense. Do you know what happened?

Carly: Gladys told me that Sasha’s the one who hit Harmony.

Willow: Sasha said my mom came out of nowhere and ran right in front of her car. But why? Why was she there in the first place? That area is so remote. In the E.R., You said you and Alexis were with my mom before the accident at Rana Point.

Carly: We were. Yeah. This is going to be hard to hear and even harder to understand. So you’re going to have to prepare yourself.

What happened? W-why was my mother even there?

Felicia: Is someone having trouble sleeping? Huh? Huh? Aww.

Mac: I hate to break it to you, kid, but sleep doesn’t come any easier once you get older.

Felicia: Oh, no, no, no. Don’t listen to grumpy grandpa. Georgie and James are sleeping just fine.

Mac: Yeah, for now.

Felicia: You are so beautiful. Yes, you are. Just like your mama and aunt Georgie. Remember Georgie and Maxie? Remember those days?

Mac: Like it was yesterday.

Felicia: Ah, those were special times, weren’t they?

Mac: I miss them. Wish I could go back in time and relive those days.

Felicia: Me too. If only that was possible.

Maxie: Look, I’m sorry if I offended you.

Austin: No, I — oh, Maxie, I-I’m sorry. I think maybe the wrong words just came out of my mouth. You know, you bought dinner, so I-I thought I could pick up the nightcap because balance is an important part of a good relationship, right?

Maxie: Spinelli?

Spinelli: Um, greetings and felicitations, fair lady. Um, might I trouble you for a moment of your time?

Maxie: Oh.

Austin: Ooh.

Maxie: Oh, poor Spinelli.

Austin: Yeah.

Maxie: He’s trying to re-enter the dating pool.

Austin: Looks like he just, you know, dove into the deep end head first.

Maxie: Yeah, he and Ellie were such a good match. Now it looks like he’s maybe trying too hard.

Austin: What’s he wearing?

Maxie: I know, right? Spinelli has such a unique sense of style, and now it’s like he’s trying to be somebody he’s not.

Austin: I could talk to him, you know, if you think that might help.

Maxie: Really?

Austin: Yeah.

Maxie: That’s so sweet. I know he’s missing Jason. Spinelli! Over here.

Spinelli: Oh, Maximista. Delight to see you, as always. Dr. Gatlin-Holt.

Austin: Please, call me Austin. It’s good to see you.

Maxie: This is the second night I’ve seen you here.

Spinelli: Oh. [ Chuckles ]

Austin: You like The Savoy?

Spinelli: Uh, I — it’s the — it’s the perfect aesthetic for my — for my needs.

Maxie: Companionship? Don’t you want to diversify? I mean, there’s other places to meet people aside from The Savoy.

Austin: Yeah, doesn’t have to be a bar or restaurant. It could be a group with common interests. You know, people who share similar interests.

Spinelli: I know what common interests are. Ah, you know, and I appreciate your counsel, but I assure you, it’s unnecessary. I’m managing perfectly fine.

Maxie: Oh, Spinelli. You don’t have to lie. We saw that woman turn you down.

Nina: Fancy meeting you here. So what brings you to the savoy? Business or…pleasure?

Sonny: Well, actually, I’m just taking in the sights, and they’re incredibly beautiful. You look good.

Nina: Thank you. I’m… I’m just meeting Britt and aunt Liesl here for a girls’ night out.

Sonny: Where are your cowboy boots?

Nina: Oh, I think they only work in Nixon Falls, although they’re a lot more comfortable than these heels.

Sonny: Everything’s a lot more comfortable in Nixon Falls, right?

Nina: Mm-hmm.

Sonny: Especially after we exposed Elijah Crowe.

Nina: Sounds like you miss the place.

Sonny: Well, you know, sometimes I think about what it would be like to be back there, especially after a hard day.

Nina: Hard day like today?

Michael: Look, I’m sorry. I was completely out of line. No, just Willow — Willow’s a wreck. I saw my mom briefly in the E.R., But I… couldn’t say anything to her. And then I explain to my son why Willow and I won’t be home to tuck him in tonight. Kept asking me why, and I can’t — I can’t — I can’t say why. How — how — I can’t explain what’s going on with both his grandmothers.

Britt: And helplessness is not a trait you’re comfortable with.

Michael: No, but still, I shouldn’t have — shouldn’t have lashed out like that.

Britt: It’s frustrating waiting for answers, I know.

Doctor: Dr. Westbourne. Dr. Ashford and i need to consult with you.

Britt: Will you excuse me?

Sam: I don’t understand how she can befriend you after everything you’ve done for her. Mm. She seeking some sort of an absolution?

Alexis: If so, she’s not getting it from me. I won’t let her deflect blame either. I want Harmony to fully understand the extent of her destruction.

Sam: You want closure.

Alexis: Which I might never get if Harmony doesn’t survive.

Britt: We need to find Willow now.

Michael: She’s in the chapel.

Alexis: Excuse me. Do you have an update on Harmony miller?

Sam: Mom.

Alexis: Is she out of surgery?

Britt: Ms. Miller’s family will be notified first. We’ll let you know.

Sam: Uh, okay. The hell with this. Um, excuse me, doctor. I just saw you with dr. Westbourne. I’m Harmony Miller’s niece. This is her sister. Is she out of surgery?

Doctor: She is.

Sam: She is? Oh, thank goodness. Would you happen to know what room she’s in?

Carly: Your mother attacked me and Alexis.

Willow: Wait. Oh, my — are — are you okay?

Carly: Yes, I’m fine.

Willow: What — no, no, no. What ha– what happened?

Carly: We are both fine.

Willow: Why would my mom attack you?

Carly: I was at Alexis’s house. Harmony was there. We got into a fight, and Harmony stuck me with a syringe and she drugged me.

Willow: My — my mother drugged you? W-what were you fighting about?

Carly: I discovered a secret that Harmony wanted to keep.

Willow: What would be so bad that my mom would attack you?

Carly: I know you have a lot of questions. Starting with how Harmony ended up on Rana Point. She drove us there in my SUV. I don’t know what happened because I was unconscious, but when I woke up, I could hear Harmony and Alexis arguing. And when I climbed out of the trunk, Harmony was about to attack Alexis.

Willow: Oh, my god. That is… I don’t understand.

Carly: I was able to stop Harmony, but when she heard Alexis calling 911, she took off for the woods and she must have found the road, and that’s where she jumped in front of Sasha’s car.

Willow: But why did my mom attack you in the first place? What secret was she trying to keep? Whatever it is, I can handle it. I promise.

[ Door opens ]

Michael: Hey.

Carly: Hey.

Michael: Willow, there’s an update on your mom.

Carly: Um, this can wait, alright? I’m going to give you some privacy.

Willow: How is she?

Britt: Harmony made it through surgery. She did, however, suffer several substantial injuries. She’s been admitted to the ICU.

Willow: What’s wrong with her?

Britt: She had significant internal bleeding, as well as damage to multiple organs. The surgical team did all they could, but your mom became severely hypotensive and they had to stop operating. For now, we will continue to stabilize her while evaluating the extent of her injuries.

Michael: Will she need further surgery?

Britt: That’s still being determined.

Willow: Can I see her?

Britt: She’s unconscious, but she’s allowed visitors.

Willow: Thank you. All this time in nursing school and my mind is…blank. What does this mean?

Michael: It’s still touch and go.

Willow: So now it’s up to my mom to survive.

[ Monitor beeping ]

Alexis: [ Sighs ] This seems wrong. What if Harmony’s not even awake?

Sam: Then we stay until she opens her eyes.

Alexis: [ Sighs ]

Sam: Mom, this could be your last chance to get closure. I mean, it’s going to be up to you. Do you want it or not?

Maxie: It was that woman’s loss, not yours.

Austin: It happens to everybody. Don’t even think about it.

Spinelli: Quartermaines still think about you trying to wrangle a share of their company?

Maxie: Spinelli!

Spinelli: Sorry, sorry.

Austin: Do you kayak? It’s getting really nice and I was thinking about going out on the lake, and if you’d like, you can join me. It’d be fun.

Spinelli: My schedule’s rather full these days.

Maxie: Oh, kayaking sounds fun. Are you sure you can’t go?

Spinelli: Sure I can move some things around.

Ausitn: Great.

Spinelli: Let me know when you’re planning to go.

Maxie: It’s settled! Perfect!

Austin: You bet.

Maxie: Okay, now we have to go.

Spenelli: Oh.

Austin: Hey, man, and if you get a chance to talk to another woman tonight, don’t overthink it. Just — just be yourself.

Maxie: Yeah. Don’t overthink it.

Maxie: Oh, hey.

Austin: How are you?

Nina: You want to talk about your hard day?

Michael: You tore this family part. I’m not gonna excuse it or gloss it over.

Sonny: I love you. You’re my son. I’m always going to love you.

Michael: So you keep saying.

Sonny: But I’m not gonna forget this. If you want me to forgive, you’re gonna have to beg.

Michael: Well, don’t hold your breath.

Sonny: It’s all good, Nina. Nothing I can’t handle.

Nina: I’m sure you can. But —

Liesl: sorry I’m late, Nina. I reserved a table. Come.

Nina: Um, bye?

Sonny: Everything good with the game?

Frank: Smooth.

Sonny: Alright. Can you wait for me outside?

Frank: Yeah.

Spinelli: Uh, Mr. Corinthos, sir. Just wanted to pay my respects.

Sonny: What can I do for you, Spinelli?

Spinelli: Just far too many unsavory characters here tonight.

Finn: Violet and I spent the whole afternoon at the nail salon. I actually got a nice lavender high gloss, but it didn’t go with my shoes. Violet, however, is over the moon, in between her Uncle Chase staying with her and her new manicure, she barely acknowledged my departure.

Elizabeth: Staying with her? You make it sound like he’s moved in.

Finn: Yes, temporarily. I booked the room next to you.

Elizabeth: Finn! The whole point of staying here was so that I’d feel safe and away from whoever’s stalking me. I don’t want you upending your life for me. I’ll be fine.

Finn: Mm. You know, Elizabeth, you’re, um… you’re always brave for everyone else. It’s… it’s okay to admit you need someone, too. It’s kind of why I’m here. I… and because I owe you.

Elizabeth: For what?

Finn: Where to start? When I thought I killed Peter August, when I was working myself into the ground to find a cure for Chase, I wasn’t the easiest person to be around during all that. And you showed me nothing but kindness and you were supportive. And it’s the least I can do to thank you.

Elizabeth: You don’t owe me anything.

Finn: You know, one of the best parts of our relationship — is it okay if I call it a relationship?

Elizabeth: I’ll allow it.

Finn: Just this once?

Elizabeth: Mm-hmm.

Finn: Okay.

Elizabeth: [ Chuckles ]

Finn: It’s that we trust each other and… we’re honest with each other and we can be there for each other. Yeah?

Elizabeth: Yeah.

Finn: Good. So how are you really?

Elizabeth: I’m totally freaked out. I just want to go home with my boys and forget this nightmare ever happened.

Finn: I think I might be able to help you with the last part.

Willow: How did this happen? How did my mom end up like this?

Michael: I-I know things seem bleak right now, but you can’t lose faith, alright? Your mom, she’s tough. She’s going to make it through this.

Willow: I thought so, too, but after what Carly just told me…

Michael: What did my mom tell you?

Willow: I-I’m sorry. I know I should tell you. I-I just — I can’t. I can’t think about it right now.

Michael: Okay. That’s okay. Don’t worry. I’ll get the story from my mom. All you have to do right now is you have to focus on how much your mother loves you. She’s going to do everything in her power to stay with you.

Willow: I pray you’re right. Okay. I’m ready to see my mother.

Spinelli: May I purchase a cocktail for you? Whatever it is that you prefer beverage-wise?

Sonny: Platinum, huh? So what’d you do, win the lottery?

Spinelli: Oh.

[ Both Chuckle]

Spinelli: I’m just, uh, working on a new business venture.

Sonny: Yeah? What’s that?

Spinelli: It’s still in the planning stages, but, you know, when I’m ready to launch, you’ll be the first to know.

Sonny: Well, you know, it looks like you got a lot going on in your life.

Spinelli: I honestly don’t know what you mean, Mr. Corinthos.

Sonny: Well, I mean, a new business venture, maybe even a new woman.

Nina: What the hell was that? You completely ignored Sonny.

Liesl: The man threatened mein Scott.

Nina: Because Scott provoked him.

Liesl: So Scott was asking for it?

Nina: Oh, Liesl. You know about Scott and Sonny’s history and their tempers. Sonny won’t hurt Scott again as long as your boyfriend doesn’t go around looking for trouble.

Liesl: I don’t care who seeks out whom. If something happens to Scott, Sonny Corinthos will feel my wrath.

Nina: What? You mean you’re gonna take on Sonny? That’s a good one.

Liesl: Mob hits and gunfights will be pleasant memories compared to my vengeance.

Nina: Let it go.

Liesl: I can’t believe you would side with that man instead of your own family.

Nina: I’m not siding with anyone, but don’t force me to!

Britt: Are you two actually fighting over guys?

Felicia: If there was a way to relive those days, what do you think that would look like?

Mac: Not following.

Felicia: I mean, you never had a child of your own.

Mac: Yeah, but it didn’t matter to me that Maxie, George, and Robin weren’t mine biologically. I mean, you know I love them and raised them as if they were.

Felicia: Mm-hmm. You were a father to them in every way that counted. I was and I still am very grateful for that. But surely you wish that you would have had a child of your own, one we could have raised together?

Mac: That would have been nice.

Felicia: Really feel that way?

Mac: What are we talking about here?

[ Monitor beeping ]

Alexis: This is ridiculous. How am I supposed to talk to you while you’re like this? I wanted to tell you how absolutely furious I am with you. Furious doesn’t even begin to cover it. I never asked for your friendship, but you came along when I needed it most. And I valued our friendship, stood up for you when everyone told me to dump you. Now I learn your friendship was just a way to clear your conscience about killing Neil. I saw glimpses of a good person in you, Harmony. Was any of it even real? Maybe you could have had a different life. You could have had a relationship with Willow based on honesty.

Willow: Alexis.

Spinelli: And who, pray tell, might this new woman be?

Sonny: Well, maybe not new, but rediscovered, ’cause I saw the way you were looking at Maxie when she walked out with her boyfriend.

Spinelli: I-I-I will always love Maxie. She’s — she’s the mother of my child. But I do not love her romantically. I just — I just — I just wish for her happiness and…a better man than that — than that would-be Quartermain.

Sonny: Spinelli, man to man, if there’s a woman that you’re after, uh, that you — you — you care about, right? Whether it’s Maxie or anybody else, you got to follow your heart. You got to tell them what they mean to you before it’s too late.

Spinelli: Thank you, Mr. Corinthos, sir, for your hard-won wisdom, which, of course, I know you also live by.

Britt: It was just a punch in the gut, how close Willow is to losing her mother. Especially since it hasn’t been that long since we reconnected. And then I almost killed you with that spear gun.

Liesl: [ Chuckles ] But you didn’t, Britta. Here I am, safe and sound. [ Chuckles ]

Britt: I know I’m supposed to keep my professional distance, but I couldn’t help being reminded that none of us have as much time as we think.

Nina: I regret my missed opportunity to be close with my daughter. You’re very lucky. Life is really short, isn’t it? And I’m not going to waste it being mad at someone that I love.

Liesl: Neither will I. [ Sighs ]

Felicia: You ever seen such an angel?

Mac: I’m looking at one.

Felicia: [ Sighs ] So, about reliving the past.

Mac: Is that what we were talking about?

Felicia: Weren’t we?

Mac: Felicia?

Felicia: Mac. [ Laughs ] Well…

[ Door opens ]

Felicia: Oh, hey, welcome back. How was your night?

Maxie: Hi! Oh, you know, other than tripping at the Metro Court, we had a great time.

Felicia: Oh, my God.

Maxie: We went to a wine tasting.

Mac: Oh.

Felicia: Nice.

Mac: Ouch on the finger, but sounds like fun.

Austin: Eh, it was pretty good.

Maxie: Hey, the way you downed that foie gras, I think you thought it was more that pretty good.

Austin: Okay, so here’s the thing. Like, my — my life so far, my tastes have run towards the can of beans and hot dog over an open fire kind of thing. Turns out… goose liver is delicious.

Mac: Well, Maxie’s always had expensive taste.

Felicia: Well, there’s nothing wrong with enjoying the finer things in life.

Mac: All I’m saying is it’s a good thing Maxie’s company went public so she can pay for those finer things.

Maxie: Hey, it’s better than when I used to run up your credit card in high school, right?

Mac: [ Laughs ] Yeah, well, we can all laugh about it now, but wait till it’s your turn. I mean, you know, it may seem like years off, but blink, and before you know it, your own kids will be running up their own extracurricular shopping.

Maxie: Okay, well, when that day comes, I’ll be thinking of you. So be kind.

Mac: Okay. [ Chuckles ]

Elizabeth: Okay, so now that the dinner portion of our evening is over, how are you going to help me forget that I’m being stalked by a dangerous weirdo?

Finn: It’s funny you should ask.

Elizabeth: We’re playing cards?

Finn: Not just any cards. This is slapjack. You never played slapjack?

Elizabeth: [ Chuckling ] No.

Finn: Oh, my goodness. Alright. So we each get a pile of cards, alright? We take turns flipping them over.

Elizabeth: Mm-hmm.

Finn: And if one of us gets a jack, we try to slap it. Whoever slaps it first gets to take it. Any questions?

Elizabeth: No questions, doctor.

Finn: [ Laughs ] Ladies first.

Elizabeth: Alright. Oh!

Finn: You got to be kidding me!

Elizabeth: Who taught you how to play, Violet?

Finn: My daughter loves a good, semi-violent card game. Okay, my turn.

Elizabeth: Okay.

Finn: [ Sighs ]

Elizabeth: Go.

Finn: No. Kidding me.

Elizabeth: How did you know? Know what? This is exactly what I needed. After seeing people in my house, hearing voices…

Finn: wait. Voices? Has someone tried to contact you?

Alexis: Willow, I am so sorry about Harmony.

[ Monitor beeping ]

Michael: Do you want some privacy?

Willow: Do you mind?

Michael: It’s fine. I’ll be outside the room if you need me, okay?

[ Door closes ]

Willow: Oh, mom. What have you done?

Sam: Did you get what you needed?

Alexis: Yes and no.

Carly: Hey.

Michael: Hey. Sorry we, uh — we kept missing each other.

Carly: Yeah, well, you’ve been with Willow, and that’s where you need to be right now.

Michael: Well, you had a tough night, too.

Carly: Yes, but Willow is more important, okay?

Michael: Yeah, well, she’s… with Harmony, so now you can tell me. So what were you and Alexis doing in the E.R., And what does it have to do with Harmony?

Alexis: Let’s go home.

Sam: You sure?

Alexis: Yeah. Carly can handle things from here.

Carly: Thank you for everything you did tonight.

Alexis: Back at you.

Michael: Care to explain?

Carly: Harmony drugged me and tried to kill Alexis.

Michael: W-why?

Carly: For Willow.

Willow: What am I supposed to think, mom?

[ Monitor beeping ]

Willow: I knew you were capable of doing harm, doing wrong. But I thought you were misguided. I never thought you were a murderer. Well, there’s got to be more to this story. Your rehabilitation was not an act, unless it was and I didn’t want to see it. Because despite everything you’ve done to me and to others, you are still my mom. I never stopped loving you, even when it hurt. So please… Mom… wake up. Do you hear me? I still love you. Isn’t that worth living for?

Nina: I’m going to go to the ladies’ room, okay?

Britt: I’ll order you another drink.

Nina: Sure. I’ll just take a ride share home. Be right back.

Britt: I’m glad you and Nina kissed and made up.

Liesl: She is as dear to me as you are, Britta. I wish you both happy and full lives for the future. I know your diagnosis weighs on you. How could it not? But you still have much to look forward to.

Britt: I’m trying, okay? It’s just been a rough couple of days.

Liesl: Aside from this woman Harmony’s terrible accident, what else has happened?

Britt: Well, for one thing, I was stood up by the stupid date that stupid matchmaking service set me up with.

Liesl: That schwein! How dare he reject my beautiful and intelligent daughter?

Britt: It was the guy with the cat.

Liesl: I told you not to date the cat man. If you want an attentive person, find someone with a ferret.

Britt: [ Laughs ] Okay. But, I mean, here’s the thing. Why waste time I really don’t have on a man?

Liesl: Is it that you don’t want any man or that you only want the man you lost?

Britt: I didn’t lose him.

Liesl: Yes, Britta, you did. Jason should have chosen you. If he had, all our lives might be different. What is indisputable is that he saved your life and helped you to save mine. You were different with him, Britta. Stronger, and yet more vulnerable. It’s unfair that what was between you was left unfinished, and you have every right to grieve. But the greater waste would be to deny yourself happiness now in the present, longing for a man who is… dead and a love that is gone.

Britt: Well, let’s just say Jason made a strong impression.

Liesl: Which is why you should broaden your horizons. Instead of looking for a danger-man who could rescue you in a hail of gunfire, find someone who will get you out of the hospital doing fun things. A shoulder you can cry on, or — or share a great laugh with you. If you won’t do it for yourself, my dearest Britta, do it for me. Mm?

Britt: Well, you sure play hardball, don’t you?

[ Both laugh ]

Liesl: Don’t I always?

Britt: Okay, mother, okay. I will carry on with my man hunting.

Liesl: Good. Now, I must be off.

Britt: Already?

Liesl: Scott awaits. He promises an eventful night.

Britt: Oh, okay, go, go. Get out of here.

Liesl: I love you, Britta.

Britt: I love you, too.

Liesl: Tell nina I said auf wiedersehen, okay?

Felicia: Don’t you just love being grandparents?

Mac: Well, other than being married to you, it’s the best feeling in the world.

Felicia: You’re such a charmer. I just love spending time with those precious little ones.

Mac: I would spend all my time with them if I could. Would you?

Felicia: Absolutely. Who could ask for anything more?

Mac: Who could?

Elizabeth: No, no one contacted me. It was nothing.

Finn: Then — then what did you mean about hearing voices?

Elizabeth: Okay, so a — a patient called to remind me that he wanted an extra blanket, and he started out by saying, ā€œDon’t forget me.ā€

Finn: Like the intruder said to you.

Elizabeth: At first it sounded like a completely different voice. Almost otherworldly. Obviously, I misheard him. It was a really long day.

Finn: Yeah, you sure that Lucy hasn’t got into your head?

Elizabeth: I am not sleeping, I’m stressed, I…

Finn: But?

Elizabeth: But between Aiden’s Ouija board and hearing Lucy talk about her beliefs, I don’t know what to think anymore, other than I’m completely losing it.

Finn: No. No, I… I can’t imagine anyone else handling this as well as you have. These occurrences would have broken a weaker person. I mean… I already knew you were strong, but I’m… kind of in awe of you.

Elizabeth: I don’t feel strong. Or awesome.

Finn: Doesn’t matter. ā€˜Cause I’m going to keep telling you that you are. Strong. Awesome. I think you’re perfect.

Austin: Kids asleep?

Maxie: Sleeping the sleep of the innocent.

Austin: As they should be. Sounds really nice, actually. I should get going.

Maxie: Okay.

Austin: Thank you for a really lovely evening. We’ll do it again sometime.

Maxie: Name the day.

Austin: Tomorrow.

Maxie: Tomorrow? We did say we would do something tomorrow, didn’t we?

Austin: Mm-hmm.

Maxie: Or did we? Honestly, you know, there was so much going on between that vulture photographer and then running into Spinelli. Thank you, by the way, for being so kind to him. He’s usually like that, you know, really stand-offish. But he’ll like you as soon as he gets to know you. I know he will. I’m just so worried Spinelli’s lonely. He lost Jason and Ellie in a time span of just a few months, and he’s trying to figure out what’s next for him.

Austin: Maxie.

Maxie: Where was I? Oh, yes, tomorrow. Okay, um… I do really want to see you tomorrow.

Austin: Great.

Maxie: But Georgie and James have activities, and I really need to bake. Or I need to go to Eckert’s and throw myself at their mercy for four dozen cupcakes, which will probably clean them out, but —

Austin: Okay, Maxie. If you don’t want to hang out tomorrow night, all you got to do is say so.

Nina: Where’s your mom?

Britt: She — she dumped us for Scott. She told me to tell you auf wiedersehen.

Nina: Oh. Who would’ve guessed out of the three of us, she is the one who has the love interest?

Britt: Never would have thought. No. Busy day at GH, though. I’m going to call it a night.

Nina: No!

Britt: Yes. What about you?

Nina: I’m going to be sulking because you’re calling it a night. It’s alright. I’m just going to finish my wine, and… no matter how short our visit is, it’s always nice to see you.

Britt: Back at you.

Nina: I love you. I’ll see you soon.

Britt: Love you. Bye.

Spinelli: [ Sighs ]

Britt: That’s certainly colorful.

Spinelli: [ Chuckles ] The hope is that it would lift my mood. Speaking of.

Britt: How am I doing after my date stood me up? Oh, wonderful. Fantastic. I am filled with self-confidence. No self-pity at all.

Spinelli: Just research shows that the majority of people who sign up have a good experience with matchmaking services.

Britt: So I’m in the minority?

Spinelli: I just mean to say that you should keep trying. Your Mr. Right is out there, and waiting for him is definitely worth the effort. Just don’t give up.

Britt: You sound like my mother.

Spinelli: Liesl Obrecht. Heaven forfend.

Britt: [ Laughs ] Thank you for that, Spinelli. I needed it.

Spinelli: Does that mean you’ll take my advice and try matchmaking again?

Britt: [ Sighs ] I said yes to my mother just to pacify her, so don’t push your luck. Enjoy your drink. [ Chuckles ]

Sonny: I’m sorry. Um, is this seat taken?

Nina: It is now.

Michael: So you saved Alexis’s life?

Carly: Well, she saved mine, too. I don’t know what would’ve happened if Alexis didn’t show up. I think Harmony was trying to stage some kind of accident and make it look like I drove off Rana Point.

Michael: Why? What was she trying to cover up?

Carly: A secret about Willow. And before you ask, I need to tell Willow first. I’m just debating whether I tell her tonight, because she’s got a hell of a lot going on right now.

Michael: Look, mom, you don’t have to protect Willow. She’s strong, and she deserves to know the secret that her mother was willing to kill for.

[ Monitor beeping ]

Willow: If you don’t come back to me, we’ll never know if we can sort this out. I have so many things I didn’t get to say to you. We have a lifetime of things left to say to each other. Please, mom, give us that chance, I’m begging you.

On the next ā€œGeneral Hospitalā€ —

Lucy: And it’s about to get hotter.

Austin (to Maxie): You’re just looking for an excuse to push me away.

Valentin (into phone): I will do what has to be done.

TJ (to Michael): If I ever cross that line, it’s time to put down my stethoscope.

Sonny (to Nina): That’s something I can’t easily forgive.

Willow (to Carly): Whatever it is, just tell me.

Elizabeth: Finn!
