- AMC+ KIN – Thursday, September 9 Show More
- Irish gang drama Kin, premiering September 9 on AMC+, unveiled an engrossing trailer and key art for the series today, a first look at a devastating war begun by a murder in a family where loyalty is paramount. Starring Charlie Cox (Daredevil, Boardwalk Empire), Clare Dunne (Herself), Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones) and Ciarán Hinds (Game of Thrones, The Terror), Kin charts the lives of the Kinsellas, a small but tight-knit crime family embroiled in a war against a powerful drug kingpin, Eamon Cunningham (Hinds). A boy is killed and his family embark on a gangland war with an international cartel – a war that is impossible to win. It’s David and Goliath. Out-numbered, out-financed and out-gunned, the Kinsellas find themselves holed up in their Dublin stronghold while their businesses fail, and family members and associates are picked off. But they have something the cartel does not: the unbreakable bonds of blood and family. Kin is a world where gangsters are treated like reality stars, with nicknames and celebrity status, where assassins dress up as women, and drug dealers keep exotic pets in their den. A world of drugs and guns and murder and loyalty and family and men… and a woman. Promo

- “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” kicks off the commemorative week on SUNDAY, Sept. 5, with an in-depth look at the fallout from America’s withdrawal from Afghanistan with insight from Raddatz and her two decades of on-the-ground reporting in Afghanistan.
Anchored by Davis, the hour-long special “9/11 Twenty Years Later: Women of Resilience,” streaming MONDAY, Sept. 6 (7:30-8:30 p.m. EDT), on ABC News Live, features the dramatic stories of four inspiring women who survived trauma and loss on 9/11 to find purpose and peace after two decades. One is the first-ever female FDNY firefighter who, along with her fellow first responders, rushed to ground zero on 9/11. Another is a heroic Army colonel at the Pentagon who narrowly escaped death and saved several lives while jumping from the burning inferno. A mother and a widow share their stories of loss and redemption, ensuring their lost loved ones will never be forgotten.
Narrated by Stephanopoulos, five-part documentary series “9/11 + 20: The Longest Shadow,” streaming on five consecutive nights beginning MONDAY, Sept. 6 (8:30-9:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC News Live, examines a nation and world completely changed by the terrifying moments when al-Qaeda operatives used U.S. jetliners to attack America on Sept. 11, 2001. Returning to the morning of Sept. 11, the series explores what America is and has become in the aftermath of one of the most traumatic events in history. From families still searching for answers, their responses and the failures that allowed terrorists to turn planes into missiles to the fear over an anticipated “second wave” of attacks and a seemingly endless war on terror, each episode navigates viewers through the past twenty years to today. The series, produced by ABC News’ Investigative Unit, will be rebroadcast on ABC News Live in full following the commemoration ceremonies on the anniversary, Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021.
For the first time, after two decades, the women whose lives changed forever on Sept. 11 tell their stories of survival, pain and redemption in a landmark two-hour documentary special, “Women of 9/11: A Special Edition of 20/20 with Robin Roberts,” hosted and executive produced by Roberts, airing WEDNESDAY, Sept. 8 (9:00-11:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC. From the heroic female first responders and workers who risked everything in dangerous jobs at ground zero to the miracle survivors, including Genelle Guzman-McMillan, the last person pulled out alive from the World Trade Center rubble after 27 hours, and the women who suffered heartbreaking loss; all of them bonded in trauma, grief, and after two decades, remarkable strength and resilience. “The Women of 9/11” is produced for ABC News by Rock’n Robin Productions in collaboration with Plimsoll Productions.
- ABC 20/20: Special Edition (9/10) Show More
- “20/20” will present two specials on Friday, Sept. 10:
• Two decades after 9/11, anchor David Muir reports on how the day’s tragic events forever changed the world. In the one-hour special event, Muir interviews survivors and family members who lost loved ones in the attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and United Flight 93 in Shanksville. The survivors share their harrowing personal stories of rescue and escape, including Florence Jones, who Muir has followed for years. Muir also spends time with families who lost loved ones, including the family of Flight 93 passenger Tom Burnett who, along with other passengers, helped stop an additional attack on our nation’s capital. “20/20” will also revisit Joseph Pfeifer, the New York City Fire Department chief, who Muir has profiled, who led the command post at the north tower following the initial attack – and firefighters who survived the north tower collapse. Muir’s interviews include personal and moving messages to the American people from survivors and relatives of some of the victims on what they’re hoping Americans will do to honor those who were lost — 20 years later. The special edition of “20/20” airs Friday, Sept. 10 (9:01-10:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC.
• Twenty years ago, in the wake of Sept. 11, ABC News anchor Diane Sawyer sat down with young women holding their infants — who were pregnant when their husbands died in the attacks. The mothers she met were fresh in grief, holding new babies who often looked like their dads. Over the years, Sawyer and her team followed these families as they look at the world through their unique lens, with their children’s lives in part shaped before they were even born. Now, as those children approach their 20th birthdays, a special edition of “20/20” brings nearly 40 families together again. Has grief given them new purpose? Are some following in their fathers’ footsteps? A master class in resilience and hope comes from a group forever bonded by a national tragedy. With lessons to teach us after a year of national trauma, they hand us a blueprint for survival. The special edition of “20/20” airs Friday, Sept. 10 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC.

While the second eviction is going to be impossible to predict, we’ll still run some scenarios. But for the first, it’s going to be Xavier or Claire. And let’s be real, it doesn’t take a psychic to predict who is going home between those two. It is going to be Claire. The Cookout has not turned on each other yet. That could happen in the second half the show tonight, however.
But in the first eviction, it will be Claire heading out 3-2 or 4-1 vote. We can expect Hannah and/or Azah to give Claire a vote to stay, but that’ll be about it.

- USA Network WWE RAW – Monday, September 6, 8:00PM Show More
- 09/06/21 – Bengaluru, September 6: Heading into Extreme Rules 2021, WWE Monday Night Raw will present a jam-packed edition with two title matches on the card. Raw Women’s championship and 24/7 Championship will be on the line in traditional singles encounters, while a huge tag team turmoil has been added to the card to determine new contenders for the tag titles.
Two of the most physical competitors from the red brand will go to war with the United States championship opportunity on the horizon. Plus, Women’s Tag Team Champions will be back in action after a brief hiatus on the show which is set to emanate from the FTX Arena in Miami, Florida.
Starting with the WWE Championship, Bobby Lashley has taken his status to the next level after successfully defending the belt against Goldberg at Summerslam. The legendary superstar is still focused on the champion after the altercations went down at the PPV event. But for now, it appears that a Viper could be lurking around the WWE Title. Lashley wanted to become a dual champion as he and Lashley challenged Team R-K-Bro for WWE Raw tag team titles, last week. Riddle pinned MVP, clean to retain but a frustrated Lashley took him out with a Spear. Orton claimed payback with an ‘RKO outta nowhere’ which was a setup for a future title match. As per Wrestling Observer, Orton vs. Lashley could happen at Extreme Rules as we wait for the confirmations from WWE.
A heated back-and-forth battle went down between Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax, last week which was touted to be a shoot fight between the two. In the end, The Irresistible Force picked up an important win over The Queen after connecting with a vicious Powerbomb. This non-title win earned the Samoan Superstar a title match opportunity. As per WWE’s announcement, Nia Jax is set to challenge Charlotte Flair for her Raw Women’s Title, tonight. This marks the first title defense for the champion after she won the belt, her 12th title win by defeating Rhea Ripley and Nikki Cross ASH in a triple threat at Summerslam 2021.

“48 HOURS” GOES INSIDE THE INVESTIGATION OF WHO KILLED DANIEL ANDERL AND MARC ANGELUCCI IN “THE DELIVERYMAN MURDERS” Preview
Correspondent Tracy Smith and 48 HOURS’ report into the murders of Daniel Anderl, the son of prominent federal Judge Esther Salas and attorney Mark Anderl, and of attorney Marc Angelucci in an encore of “The Deliveryman Murders,” to be broadcast Saturday, Sept. 11 (10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+. Anderl was shot in New Jersey and Angelucci was killed eight days earlier and 2,800 miles away in the mountains of San Bernardino, Calif. The two murders captured the nation’s attention because they involved the family of a federal judge and a high-profile attorney and each involved a killer impersonating a deliveryman. Investigators would later link the two crimes to one killer: Roy Den Hollander, a 72-year-old attorney with extreme views on men’s rights. Investigators say he held grievances against Angelucci and Judge Salas. Den Hollander was later found in the Catskill Mountains of New York with a fatal, self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head. Smith and 48 HOURS report on the murders through interviews with friends of Daniel Anderl and a close friend of Angelucci, investigators and more. The broadcast also pieces together the events of the weekend of Daniel Anderl’s death, when he celebrated his birthday with his family and close friends.
