Chance and Summer disagree because Summer is starting to believe that Sharon killed Heather and Chance doesn’t think that Sharon killed Heather. Chance tells Summer that if he had evidence leading to another suspect he would follow the clues so that Daniel wouldn’t have to go through a trial.
Victor tells Kyle that Diane plans to sue Glissade because he stole her idea unless he fires him from the company. Diane later tells Victor she will give him one more day to fire Kyle or she will sue Glissade. Diane later calls someone and tells the person that things aren’t going according to their plan.
Victor surprises Nikki with a new house which is on their ranch.
