Eli confirmed that Dimitri’s DNA and fingerprints were found on the tablet and in the bedroom at Alamania. Rafe thought Vivian planned to use Dimitri to get Stefano’s money since Stefan passed away. Vivian disappeared again so they weren’t going to get answers from her. Rafe realized that Stefan didn’t sign the divorce papers. Since Stefan didn’t sign the papers, Gabi would inherit his money since she’s his widow. Julie let Jeremy know that she couldn’t stop the police from following him. He got upset and stormed off. Eli showed up at the Horton house to see Julie. He told her that he and Lani were moving back home. Eli was going to be Rafe’s partner after their trip to Alamania. Alex ran into Jeremy at the pub. He saw Jeremy and picked a fight with him. Jeremy didn’t want to take the bait. They started threatening each other. Jeremy told him that he was leaving Salem. Alex got in his face. Jeremy denied doing anything to Stephanie. He lost his appetite and left the pub. Stephanie posted the wedding pics on the website to catch her stalker. She considered eloping with Alex for real. Stephanie told Jada that they could trick Jeremy by getting married in Chicago on Valentine’s Day. They would have the same wedding day as her parents. Jada was down for it. Alex stormed into the apartment feeling angry.
Leo arrived in his room, and Dimitri arrived a few minutes later. Dimitri realized that he was coming on too strong and decided to take things slower with him. Gabi spotted Gwen at the town square. She offered to give her $50,000 check since she didn’t finish her dress. Gwen was relieved to get it until she realized there was a catch. Gabi filled her in about Stefan and Vivian. She asked Gwen to use her Alamanian contacts to find out what really happened to Stefan. Gwen was willing to try to find the info. She spotted Dimitri and Leo coming out of the Salem Inn. Dimitri noticed and grabbed Leo’s hand. He wanted to sit at a table where Gwen would see them. Dimitri wanted to be honest with Leo. He thought about him every day that he was held captive. Dimitri tried to get back to him and found out Leo moved on with someone else. Leo admitted that he still had feelings for Dimitri and hated himself for feeling that way. He told Dimitri that he talked to Marlena about their situation. Dimitri felt like he should take her advice. Alex told Stephanie and Jada about his conversation with Jeremy. He informed them that he almost slipped and told Jeremy about the plan. Jada went to talk to Steve about it. Jeremy noticed Stephanie’s post about the engagement online. Stephanie arrived at the pub while he was reading the engagement notice. Leo was about to answer Dimitri when Rafe arrived to arrest him. Gwen smiled in the background.
