EJ told Gwen that they needed to keep everyone distracted from what was going on in the clinic. While they were talking, Julie called EJ asking for Chad. Gwen insulted the Hortons and talked about how they have been treating Chad. Theo called EJ to get help with a contract. EJ went to help Theo, Gwen decided to have her own fun. EJ went to DiMera Enterprises to help Theo. Theo said he needed advice since Tony was missing. EJ gave him a pep talk and said he was looking for Tony. He told Theo that he would help come up with a plan, When they finished, Theo went to Johnny and Chanel’s place for Thanksgiving. Paulina teased Theo for being late. Theo said EJ helped him with something. Abe took the news well. Paulina said she was proud of Abe. He flashed back to asking EJ to fire Theo. A drunk Xander beat himself up about losing Sarah. He went out to the square and ran into Gwen. She told him they were spending Thanksgiving together. They went to the DiMera mansion. Xander told Gwen what happened. He told her that he and Sarah were divorced. Xander said Sarah took Victoria from him and Brady was flirting with her. Gwen understood why Xander was drunk. Xander wanted to know what Gwen got out of it. Gwen said she didn’t get anything for it. EJ went to the lab and spent time with the cryotube. He said it was the closest he had to love ones. EJ said Rolf was close to a breakthrough and hoped to see the person soon.
