He told Leo that he was free to go and would drop the vendetta against Gwen. Leo told him that he had more to offer than money. He told Dimitri that he would find true love if he searched for the good in himself. Roman saw Kate outside of the pub and wondered why she didn&#8217;t tell him what was going on with Titan. He said he cared about her welfare. Kate thought he would enjoy being right since her actions pushed EJ to retaliate against Titan. Roman said he wanted some good to come out of it. He wanted her to move into the guest room. Kate said it wasn&#8217;t what she was hoping for, but she would take it as a first step.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah went home and talked to Xander about Lexie. Xander told her that Maggie agreed to sell the estate to an Italian billionaire. He asked Sarah if she had somewhere to stay. Xander said he had his apartment and invited her to stay with him for Victoria&#8217;s sake. Sarah said she may consider it. Later on, Brady met up with Sarah. She told him that Xander got a buyer for the house. Brady asked her to move in with him. Sarah said she had to talk to her mother before she made a decision. Gabi told Philip that she wasn&#8217;t giving him the money. Philip said it was the only way to save her investment. Gabi said she looked into his poker past and found out he had a gambling addiction. Philip said he beat the addiction. Xander showed up and told them that the house was sold. Philip was upset about the news. Later on, Xander made a call and accepted the offer. He was upset about it. Kate went to the mansion and saw Philip looking at Victor&#8217;s portrait. She accepted the blame for what happened. Kate apologized to Victor&#8217;s portrait before she left.
