Grayson was working as a bartender there. The manager gave Grayson a part-time job there. Ashley helped Jacob give Naomi an anniversary gift. She told Leslie that the hospital was cutting ties with the clinic. Leslie wondered if she did that because of the way she treated Shanice. Monica admitted that was why she did it. Leslie found out that Monica was messing with her head to see if she was a changed woman. They made an arrangement to work together.
