Alexander plays Alice&#8217;s husband, Doug, who&#8217;s an artist. Matt plays a world-weary cop. Both actors were a lot of fun to chat with &#8211; the complete opposite of their somewhat-dour characters. I hope you watch the show, which twists and turns with many mysteries and has lots of humor, too. It reminds me of &#8220;Desperate Housewives,&#8221; with a little bit of &#8220;Devious Maids&#8221; and &#8220;How to Get Away with Murder&#8221; thrown in.
