There are many different characters, so it’s sometimes hard to remember who’s who. There’s a writer who’s investigating the paranormal, and a young woman who kept hearing things in her apartment. It turns out that her boyfriend is haunted from visiting the house. He keeps seeing the ghost of this young woman, holding her dead baby. A young girl, who had some sort of scandal at her previous school, starts at a new school. Two girls and a guy convince her to go to the haunted house, to see the stray cats living there, but they have something darker in mind.

The show starts out a little slow, but it gets better, and scarier. The ending of the first episode is shocking. This is probably too scary for me to keep watching, but you may like it. Plus, it’s only 6 episodes!

MORE INFORMATION:

JU-ON: Origins

Season premiering in United States on July 3, 2020 2:00 AM CDT

The legendary horror franchise that is “Ju-On” is set to once again shake the world as Netflix Japan sets to release its first-ever horror of Netflix Japan Original, “JU-ON: Origins.”

“JU-ON: Origins” will focus on the true events of which is the inspiring base of the story.
