What do we&#8211; what do we look like?<\/p>\n<p>[Laughing] Is&#8230;is that you?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: [Goofy voice] Spitting image, right?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: [Laughs] I don&#8217;t even wanna know how I turned out.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Ooh. Still working on that. Uh, kelly wants to get the, uh, the hair just right.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: That makes sense.<\/p>\n<p>[Laughter] I love when they are together.<\/p>\n<p>[Girls giggling in distance] I also love how it&#8217;s making me forget about deacon and sheila&#8217;s wedding today.<\/p>\n<p>[Sighs]<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, eric, you are looking better and better.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Makes me wonder what I looked like before.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: [Laughs]<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Thanks for checking in on me. I appreciate it. So, uh, is it true, what I&#8217;ve been hearing?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Is what true?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Donna&#8217;s with katie, and they just texted me, and they said that, uh, deacon and sheila are getting married today?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Bad news travels fast.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: What the hell is deacon thinking?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Well, I&#8217;m one to talk, aren&#8217;t I, having been married to sheila myself?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: That is not the same thing. There&#8217;s no comparison.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: [Sighs] Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Eric, you had no way of knowing all those years ago what a sociopath sheila was.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: But deacon knows. He&#8217;s gone into this eyes wide open.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: He knows exactly what that woman did to her family. But apparently, that makes no difference to him.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: If deacon was smart, he&#8217;d call off this wedding, save him all the pain and misery later down the line.<\/p>\n<p>[Girls chattering indistinctly in distance]<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Do you think they&#8217;re doing the deed right now?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: [Sighs]<\/p>\n<p>[Girls giggling in distance] Probably. I don&#8217;t know. Deacon and sheila told finn that they&#8217;re gonna have the wedding at the beach.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Oof. Wouldn&#8217;t be surprised if it was happening&#8230;right below us.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Trust me, I&#8217;ve already looked. I know sheila wants nothing more than to have finn at her wedding.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Look, I, um&#8230; I just came to pick up some pizzas.<\/p>\n<p>[Horn honks in distance] Okay, why&#8211;why are you get&#8211; you two said you were getting married on the beach.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Oh, we&#8211; we changed our mind.<\/p>\n<p>Deacon: Look, you&#8211;you gotta wait for your pizzas anyway. Why don&#8217;t you just stay?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: [Sighs]<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Yes. Sweetheart, please stay. This&#8211;this was&#8211; this was meant to be.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: [Sighs]<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The darkness of bipolar<\/p>\n<p>depression made me feel like<\/p>\n<p>Eric: How&#8217;s hope doing with all this? I mean, it&#8217;s one thing to realize the two of them are sharing an apartment, but&#8230; but for her father to marry this sociopath?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: You know my daughter. She says she&#8217;s never going to forgive or forget all of the horrible things sheila&#8217;s done to our lives, but&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Mm-hmm.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Meanwhile, she loves her father, and she&#8217;s over there supporting him right now.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You didn&#8217;t try to talk her out of it?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: No, I did try to talk her out of it.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Well, did you succeed?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Apparently, she thinks that there may be a change in sheila.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: What?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Well&#8230; [Sighs] She thinks that it&#8217;s because of her father, because of his positive influence, and the love that deacon has for sheila is actually making a difference.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I&#8217;m so sorry. And this is ridiculous. I know you love your daughter, but if she thinks that sheila has changed, that&#8217;S&#8230;not just concerning. That&#8217;s dangerous.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: [Sighs] The girls will be getting hungry soon.<\/p>\n<p>[Girls chattering indistinctly in distance]<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, well, I&#8217;m sure, &#8217;cause making&#8230; eerily realistic sock puppets&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: [Laughs]<\/p>\n<p>Liam: &#8230;Works up an appetite.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Oh, my gosh.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: It&#8217;s actually really nice of finn to go pick up the pizza.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, it&#8217;s nice of him to drive all the way to il giardino, especially when there&#8217;s so many pizza joints around here. But kelly&#8211;I mean, she just&#8230; loves deacon&#8217;s specialty pizza, so&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Liam: [Laughs] She&#8217;s very particular.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: She is.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: It&#8217;s kind of ironic&#8230; finn going to deacon&#8217;s restaurant today of all days.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Well, at least he doesn&#8217;t have to worry about running into sheila today.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Please, finn, sweetheart.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I&#8230; [Sighs]<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Say that you&#8217;ll stay for the ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Deacon: Come on, finn. What do you say? Look, tom&#8217;s gonna keep it short and sweet. Won&#8217;t you, buddy? I mean, you remember tom, right?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Yeah, uh, from when we found sheila.<\/p>\n<p>Deacon: Yeah, he told us to look in the warehouse, you know, where sugar was keeping your mother. I mean, we never would have known to look. In my book, that makes this guy a superhero.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: In mine, too.<\/p>\n<p>Tom: Oh, s-superhero is laying it on a little thick, don&#8217;t you think?<\/p>\n<p>Deacon: No, I don&#8217;T. You helped save my bride&#8217;s life. In my book, that makes you a superhero, and I&#8217;m just glad that you&#8217;re here. I mean, life is so crazy, right? I mean, who knew when I invited tom to come to the wedding that it would turn out that he&#8217;s actually a licensed wedding officiant?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Huh.<\/p>\n<p>Tom: I wore many a hat in my past life.<\/p>\n<p>Deacon: [Laughs] I mean, are we lucky, or are we lucky? And hope&#8217;s agreed to be your mother&#8217;s maid of honor.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: You have?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Mm-hmm.<\/p>\n<p>Deacon: So, come on, finn. What do you say? Just stick around to the end of the ceremony while you&#8217;re waiting for your pizzas.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Finn, sweetheart, please. Uh, deacon&#8217;s right. I&#8230; it&#8217;s gonna be a short ceremony. It&#8217;s just us exchanging our vows.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Uh&#8230; [Sighs] S-sure. Sure.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Yes!<\/p>\n<p>[Laughter]<\/p>\n<p>Tom: First of all, I wanna say how honored I am to be here. Now, I have not known you two for very long. Life works in mysterious ways. Fate brought me here&#8230; just as fate brought you two together. Now, deacon, I saw the passion and care you had in saving this woman&#8217;s life. You, too, finn. I mean, you are both amazing men. And, sheila, I look into your eyes, and I see the passion and love that you have for deacon and finn. Now&#8230;I&#8217;ve spoken with deacon, and I know a little bit about your past. I think all of us here believe in the power of redemption and second chances.<\/p>\n<p>Bladder leak<\/p>\n<p>underwear has one job.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I agree with ridge. I think it&#8217;s frightening that&#8211; that hope&#8211;that hope would even buy into this, this whole idea that sheila&#8217;s changing.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Wait. Okay. [Laughs] I don&#8217;t think she&#8217;s buying into it. I just think she&#8217;s being open for her father. By the way, I did tell her how I felt about it, especially her being maid of honor.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Wait. Wait. She&#8217;s standing up for sheila?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yeah. Can you believe that?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah. I just&#8211; I just hope she doesn&#8217;t go through with it.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Why can&#8217;t she just do what finn did&#8211; just walk away from it?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Well, about that&#8211; she did say that she thinks there&#8217;s a part of finn that would like to be there for his mother.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Oh. I&#8217;m sure there is. The point is, finn is gonna be nowhere near that wedding. I promise you.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Hey, can I ask you something?<\/p>\n<p>[Girls chattering indistinctly in distance]<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Uh&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>[Girls giggling in distance] Finn wouldn&#8217;t tell me, but how is he really doing, knowing that his birth mom and deacon are getting hitched today?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Honestly, I&#8217;M&#8230; I&#8217;m not completely sure. But I-I do know this. Finn totally gets why he can&#8217;t make an appearance at the wedding today.<\/p>\n<p>Tom: Well, all righty. You two lovebirds didn&#8217;t come here to listen to yours truly gab.<\/p>\n<p>[Laughter] So&#8230; it&#8217;s time for you to talk to each other, speak your vows.<\/p>\n<p>[Horn honks in distance] Have at it, deacon.<\/p>\n<p>Deacon: Okay, um&#8230; I didn&#8217;t write anything down because I wanted to make sure that I-I spoke from my heart, not from my head. Sheila, you came into my life like&#8230;a hurricane, and you turned it upside down in every possible way, in the best possible ways. You know, I&#8217;ve made a lot of mistakes in my life, and tom talked about redemption and second chances, and the good lord has also seen fit to give me quite a few of them, coming out of prison, reconnecting with my beautiful daughter&#8230; having this unbelievable business, but most important, having the second chance to be with the woman who I love more than anyone in this world and to be the very best husband that I can be, and that&#8217;s one second chance that I&#8217;m gonna make the most of because I love you.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Wow. Well, you talk about miracles. Brushed up my life, and I&#8217;m here getting married to you. I have hope as my maid of honor, and I have my son, who&#8230; is here to share on my wedding day. My heart has never been so full. Deacon, you have always stood by me, no matter what. When I need strength, you are my strength. And when I need guidance&#8230; you make me a better person. You complete me. And all I&#8217;ve ever wanted&#8230; I have right now. Because all I&#8217;ve ever wanted is to be loved&#8230; completely. And I feel that. True&#8230;complete love. And you give that to me. You give that to me every day, always. However, his loyalty, his commitment will always be to steffy.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: It better be.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: It was deacon&#8217;s idea, right, to invite finn today?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Apparently, he knew how much it would mean to his bride if her son were there.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, yeah. Do you think sheila put deacon up to it?<\/p>\n<p>[Girls giggling]<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: You know what? Sheila can try to manipulate him, but it&#8217;s not gonna work.
