Actually, I think I&#8217;m gonna be adding to it in a moment.<\/p>\n<p>Waitress: Somebody else joining you?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, yeah. Somebody pretty special. Actually, somebody I haven&#8217;t seen in a really long&#8230; long time. There she is. Oh, my god. It&#8217;s been so long, ivy.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Too long.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Well, thank you for meeting me.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Uh, yeah, of course.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: You know, I really wasn&#8217;t sure if you&#8217;d be interested.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Uh, come on. Come on.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: I&#8217;m just&#8211; I&#8217;m being&#8211; I&#8217;m being vulnerable, here.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: So, um, what are you&#8211; what are you doing in L.A.?<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Well, not L.A. Exactly. I&#8217;m just passing through. But I made sure I scheduled an insanely long layover so i could spend a little time with my uncle eric.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Oh, my god, he must&#8217;ve been so thrilled to see you.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Mm-hmm, yeah, he&#8217;s already tried convincing me to move back. He actually said there&#8217;s a huge void in the, uh, in the jewelry department.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Uh, yeah, there is and he should be offering you, like, a bazillion dollar contract.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Oh, a bazillion?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Bazillion.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Well, we didn&#8217;t get that far in the negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Ah, shame.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Honestly, I&#8217;m just so happy to see him doing better and he just looks so healthy.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, it is. It&#8217;s a&#8211; it&#8217;s a huge relief.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Mm-hmm.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: What&#8217;s your secret?<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Well, what do you mean?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: You just look so happy and beautiful.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;re right. I know when it gets crazy here, I can&#8217;t even pick up the phone and I&#8217;m not even saving lives, so.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I&#8217;m sure he&#8217;ll be in touch when he can.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I know.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I mean, you&#8211; you have to admit, though, I mean, it must be a nice feeling, right?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: What?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Just knowing that a lot of people rely on your husband. You know, whatever he&#8217;s up to, I&#8217;m sure he is making a really big difference in someone&#8217;s life.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, I know he is. He&#8217;s always dealing with a life or death situation.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Yeah, so, whoever is in finn&#8217;s care, they&#8217;re in capable and caring hands.<\/p>\n<p>Deacon: Tell me we&#8217;re not too late. Finn, her eyes. Look at her eyes.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Mom. Mom, it&#8217;s me. It&#8217;s finn. It&#8217;s finn. You&#8217;re alive. You&#8217;re alive.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: You know, sometimes I do think about moving back to L.A. I did love it here.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Great, it&#8217;s settled. No take-backs.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Yeah. Wait, what are you doing?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: I&#8217;m, uh, calling your uncle eric. I wanna tell him to give you a corner office&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: No, no, no, please don&#8217;T.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Uh, no one knows better how busy I am than eric, okay? There&#8217;s&#8211; my life is very, very busy in sydney. Too much to walk away from. But, you know, we&#8217;ll see. Never say never. Anyway, enough about me. How are you doing?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Uh, you&#8211; you know, I&#8217;m hanging in there.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Yeah. Yeah, I was&#8211; I was sorry to hear about you and hope.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Uh, thanks. It&#8217;s okay. You know, it&#8217;s, um, it wasn&#8217;t easy to go through, but I think there are good things on the horizon. I mean, I&#8217;m&#8211; I&#8217;m&#8211; I&#8217;m, uh, concentrating on my work and&#8211; and my kids and, um, you know, who knows, maybe it&#8217;ll&#8211; it&#8217;s just preparing me for the next thing.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Maybe someone from the past, even. After all, I did hear that, uh, that thomas left hope.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Uh, yeah, I can confirm that is true.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: And that benefits you, maybe. Do you see yourself going back to hope?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Babe? Breakfast. You hungry?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Oh, um, no, I&#8217;m good. I, um, right now I have more questions than answers, but hopefully that&#8217;ll change soon and when it does, you&#8217;ll be the first to know.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Sorry about that. There was a bit of a holdup at customs. So, any other questions?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: No, I think we are good. Everything looks on target. Um&#8230; actually, I do have one more question. Uh, how you doing?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: You don&#8217;t mean with hope for the future, do you? You mean&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: You. How are you doing?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Well, it has been a bit of an adjustment since thomas and douglas aren&#8217;t in los angeles, but, uh, career-wise, I&#8217;m feeling rather positive. I think revamping hope for the future with rj, zende, luna, it&#8217;s been a really wonderful thing. So, I&#8217;m trying to focus on what I can control. The change has been challenging, but I have to believe that something good will come of it.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Well, the line has been incredible. What about you? Have you, uh&#8230; I mean, are you seeing anyone?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Seriously, steffy? Thomas hasn&#8217;t been gone that long. Wait. What, are you hoping that liam and I get back together?<\/p>\n<p>Deacon: You&#8217;re gonna be fine, baby. Just fine. Finn&#8217;s gonna take real good care of you. Yeah, that&#8217;s fair enough.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: I mean, I&#8217;ll&#8211; I&#8217;ll always care about hope, obviously. We&#8211; we have a child together, so there&#8217;s that.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Yeah, well, like you do with steffy.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, no, I&#8217;m very, uh, I&#8217;m very fortunate that&#8211; that each of my girls belong to an incredible woman, um, and&#8211; and I&#8217;m thankful to hope and steffy just for being so cool about the co-parenting stuff and&#8211; and being such great role models to kids.<\/p>\n<p>Ivy: Well, I&#8217;m sure they&#8217;re thankful for you, too. I mean, I know I would be. Any woman would. Liam, I hope you know that a lot of people think you&#8217;re pretty fantastic.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Yes, liam and I have been spending more time together, but that doesn&#8217;t mean that we&#8217;re&#8230; okay, look, all you need to know is that we have had some much needed conversations. Yeah, thankfully, the anger and resentment on both sides has calmed down a little, or at least it&#8217;s starting to, and I&#8217;m very, very grateful for that. I think it&#8217;s important to move past that, especially for beth&#8217;s sake. I want her to see her parents getting along, and I want to have a good relationship with her father.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: So you gonna make a play for liam?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: You know, steffy, maybe you shouldn&#8217;t worry so much about liam and me. Maybe you should focus that energy on finn.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: That&#8217;s what we&#8217;re gonna do, okay? We&#8217;re gonna help you. Are you in any pain? Deacon, we need to get her hydrated.
