I saw his face, mom. I thought I was in bed with him, but it was zende. I slept with zende.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: Oh, honey, I am so sorry.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Something&#8217;s not right, mom. Something was seriously wrong with me last night, and I don&#8217;t know what it is, but I need you to help me, please.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Honey, I&#8217;m sure there&#8217;s nothing to worry about.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Probably not. It&#8217;s just it seemed like luna was a little down when she was on the phone.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Well, at least you got to talk to her after trying to reach her all morning.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Yeah, but that&#8217;s&#8211; that&#8217;s the thing. Luna, she&#8217;s never without her phone. She always has it on her, ready to pick up.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: She probably just needed to sleep in.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: It sounds like it was more than that. I don&#8217;t know, but if you&#8217;re right, you know, and&#8211; and she&#8217;s just not feeling well, then, you know, I wanna be there for her, to help her and take care of her.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Well, it&#8217;s nice that you offered, you know, she knows that you care. But luna&#8217;s not alone here in los angeles. She does have her mom to look out for her.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: I thought that I was with rj, zende. I saw his face. How could I make that up?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Zende? What&#8217;s wrong?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I was getting some fresh air outside in the courtyard. I thought I&#8217;d stop in and say hi.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: I&#8217;m glad you did. Congratulations again to you and donna.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Thank you. Yeah, your, uh, your granddad is a married man again. I&#8217;m officially off the market.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: I feel bad for the ladies of beverly hills. They will be bummed to hear it.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: It was great last night. It was so much fun surprising everyone. And surprising donna, especially. I mean, the whole evening was a great, great treat.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Yeah, we are all really excited for you. Truly.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You okay this morning? I mean, you seem a little down this morning. You okay?<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Yeah, I, um, I just got a little bit of a stomach ache. That&#8217;s&#8211; that&#8217;s all.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: So, you&#8217;re feeling the effects of last night, are you?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Did anything happen with you and luna last night?<\/p>\n<p>Rj: No. Nothing. I mean, she was excited to be at granddad&#8217;S. She was really honored to be included. She was having a good time at the party. Um, and then after a few hours, she got tired and she wanted to go home. She went home early. I don&#8217;t know. It didn&#8217;t seem like a big deal at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: So, you didn&#8217;t argue or&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Rj: No. Nothing. Nothing at all. I&#8211; I don&#8217;t remember her being upset ever.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, honey. I&#8217;m sure she just wasn&#8217;t feeling well. And if that&#8217;s the case, she has her mother to take care of her. And a mother&#8217;s love is always the best medicine.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: How could i have done that? This isn&#8217;t me.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: No, it&#8217;s not.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: This isn&#8217;t who I am. I love rj. I would never cheat on him. Never. But I did. I cheated on the most wonderful guy. I mean, why would I even do that? How could I do that?<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: I&#8217;m so sorry. I&#8217;m so sorry. I hope you can forgive me.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Mom, what are you talking about? What are you saying? Open your eyes bigger.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You had a good time last night, didn&#8217;t you?<\/p>\n<p>Zende: At the party? Yeah, yeah, it was cool.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Good. I&#8217;m glad you enjoyed yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Yeah, you really pulled it together at the last minute there. An engagement and a wedding on the same night. Pretty badass.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Badass. That&#8217;s nice. I&#8217;m not called that very often. I think I like it. I had a lot of help pulling it off, though. Really.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Yeah, I don&#8217;t know how you manage it all. And you&#8217;re still recovering from a serious illness.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I feel pretty energized these days. Being married to a younger woman can really do that for a man, you know? I couldn&#8217;t wait to marry donna.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: After all you&#8217;ve been through, I bet.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Look, when you know, you know, right? Why put it off?<\/p>\n<p>Zende: I&#8217;m happy for you, granddad.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You know, zende, there&#8217;s a cure for what you&#8217;re feeling, right now?<\/p>\n<p>Zende: What?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Yeah, um you know, a lot of water and&#8211; and some aspirin, some vitamin b, maybe a little hair of the dog, some people say.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: I&#8217;m not hungover.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Are you sure? You&#8217;re not just feeling the effects of the evening? It&#8217;s nothing to be ashamed of, zende. It was a really fun evening. Everybody was drinking a lot of champagne, having a lot of fun. Everyone, everyone was. I&#8217;m just&#8211; I&#8217;m just glad there were no, you know, big slip-ups for the evening. It was a really unexpected night, wasn&#8217;t it?<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Totally unexpected. So that&#8217;s&#8211; that&#8217;s what love can do, you know?<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Love?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Yeah, love.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Is it pathetic that I already miss luna?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: No, honey. I think it&#8217;s sweet.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: It&#8217;s just that I&#8217;m just so used to seeing her every morning. It&#8217;s just, it feels like weird to me that she&#8217;s not here, you know? And&#8211; and it&#8217;s very unlike her not to text me when she first wakes up, you know? And then, when I do call her and she does pick up this morning, there&#8217;s this tone in her voice that was just like, you know, like I&#8217;ve never heard that tone in her voice before.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: It can&#8217;t be something too horrible. I mean, what&#8217;s the worst it could be?<\/p>\n<p>Rj: I don&#8217;t know. Maybe she&#8217;s mad at me?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I highly doubt it. And if she is, I&#8217;m sure the two of you could talk through it, right?<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Yeah, I guess. I mean, we&#8217;ve had a pretty solid track record so far. We&#8217;ve&#8211; I don&#8217;t think we&#8217;ve had a single disagreement since we first met each other at granddad&#8217;S.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I just can&#8217;t believe that you two met in the forrester mansion the same way your father and I met. It&#8217;s crazy. I look back at that time and I remember it fondly. Your father and I have had our ups and downs, but we will always have that intense connection. And now you and luna are together. I just hope your road will be much smoother.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: I am so sorry, baby. And I hope you can forgive me.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Mom, you&#8217;re making no sense. This isn&#8217;t about you. You weren&#8217;t there at zende&#8217;s last night.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: I know, but it was my fault.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: How? If you&#8217;re&#8211; if you&#8217;re gonna try and blame this on my upbringing, you have nothing to feel guilty about.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: No, no, it&#8217;s not about&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Then what is it? I&#8217;m the one that slept with zende. How is this possibly your fault?<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: It was a mistake, and I am so sorry.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Would you stop? What do you have to feel sorry about?<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: I think I know what happened to you last night. I would&#8217;ve called yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I was actually surprised you didn&#8217;t bring anybody with you last night.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Well, in all fairness, you hardly gave me a heads up.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I guess I didn&#8217;t, did I? I&#8217;m sorry about that. I just want to assure you, you&#8217;re welcome to bring anyone with you anytime you come to the forrester&#8211; you know that.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Yeah, yeah, no. I just wanted to focus on you being with the family.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I understand that. Sometimes, it&#8217;s easier not to worry about if someone&#8217;s being entertained or not, or if they&#8217;re just happy just being with you, you know. Although, who wouldn&#8217;t have had a good time last night? It was definitely an evening to remember.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Definitely.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: And you&#8217;re out there though, aren&#8217;t you? I mean, look at you. You&#8217;re this incredibly eligible young man, right? You&#8217;re handsome, you&#8217;re accomplished. You&#8217;re a forrester, for god&#8217;s sake. Any woman would be lucky to be on your arm.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: I appreciate that, granddad.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You&#8217;re ready, aren&#8217;t you? I mean, you&#8217;re ready to find that someone special, aren&#8217;t you?<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Yeah. Yeah, I am.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You already found her?<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Yeah, I mean, I guess we were bound to get on each other&#8217;s nerves at some point.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Happens every once in a while.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Yeah, I just can&#8217;t imagine it with luna though. I&#8217;m such a huge fan of everything she does. Except, you know what, there is one point of contention between us, and that&#8217;s the air. She likes it freezing cold for some reason.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, my gosh, that could be a problem.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: I don&#8217;t know. Honestly, now that I think about it, I mean, we&#8217;re just kind of like the most annoyingly compatible pair ever.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: That&#8217;s good. You&#8217;re a perfect match. I mean, there&#8217;s always setbacks and every relationship has its challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Yeah. You and dad have been through some really tough times.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: But it&#8217;s only made us stronger.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Yeah, and&#8211; and that&#8217;s good and all, but honestly, I would like to avoid all of the drama with luna if I could.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: You know what happened to me last night?<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: Tell me again what you were feeling.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Mom, please.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: Please, luna, just go over it again. Tell me what you were feeling.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Um, I was having fun at the party and then suddenly, I got like really tired, so I told rj that I was gonna head home, and he offered to drive me, but I insisted that I&#8217;m fine, and I&#8217;d just order a car like I usually do. Then, I was walking outside and I saw water bottles in one of the guest houses. For some reason, I was like unbelievably thirsty. So, I went in the room and grabbed some water. I don&#8217;t know, I must have laid down and fallen asleep. I&#8211; I seriously remember looking up and seeing rj. Like, he looked so sweet and gorgeous. I don&#8217;t understand how I saw him instead of zende. It&#8217;s almost like, I don&#8217;t know, like I was hallucinating or something. It makes no sense.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: But you said you had some champagne.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Yeah, like a little. Like, I don&#8217;t know, one or two glasses.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: And not much to eat.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Barely. But that&#8217;s not it. That doesn&#8217;t explain anything. I don&#8217;t understand. Why did this happen, mom? Why? A mystery!<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Don&#8217;t be discouraged, you know. She&#8217;s out there. That girl&#8217;s out there for you right now.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: I believe that.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I&#8217;ve been very lucky in my life to have&#8230; I&#8217;ve had some wonderful women to share my life with. The amazing stephanie, you know. And now&#8211; and now this beautiful young wife, donna. It feels kind of really fun for me to say that again. My wife.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Marriage really suits you, granddad. I haven&#8217;t seen you smile this much in a long time.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: That&#8217;s right. I mean, look at this. I have this career. I have&#8211; I have everything I need in this life. And then, to have this wonderful, wonderful, beautiful, lovely wife. It&#8217;s just icing on the cake.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: I bet.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You&#8217;ll find her, zende, you will. And when you do, I know you. You&#8217;ll treat her with&#8211; with love and kindness and respect. Because that&#8217;s who you are. You&#8217;ll make her very happy.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: I know I make luna happy, mom. I just want to protect her from all the drama.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Our family? Drama?<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Yeah. It&#8217;s shocking. It&#8217;s like we attract it. Like it&#8217;s in our blood. It&#8217;s really fun.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Well, you are half logan and half forrester.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Yes, correct. I come from two lines of constant public scandal. It&#8217;s great. I would just&#8211; I would just like to personally, I&#8217;d just like to tone it down a little bit. That&#8217;s all.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Okay, okay. I can understand you wanting to avoid the turmoil that your father and I have lived through, but I don&#8217;t think you and luna are gonna make the same mistakes.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: I just&#8211; I&#8217;ve never had a connection with a woman like this before. Ever. I mean, I&#8211; I just trust her. Completely.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I am so happy for you, sweetheart. I really am.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: It was rj&#8217;s face, mom. I swear, I saw his face. He was there. And I thought that he was the one that was in bed with me and that&#8217;s why I did what I did. I mean, only with rj. He&#8217;s the guy that I love.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: I know, baby.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: I mean, how could i do this? I&#8211; there&#8217;s no explanation. It&#8211; it doesn&#8217;t make any sense. No one at the forrester estate would drug me. That&#8217;s&#8211; that&#8217;s impossible. They would never do anything to hurt me, so&#8230; so what could it be?<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: Do you remember earlier when you said you had some mints?<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Yeah, I always do.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: Oh, my god! No, no, no, no, no, no, no.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: What&#8211; what are you freaking out about?<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: I messed up so bad, sweetie, and I&#8217;m so sorry.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: For what?<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: These are my mints. And I couldn&#8217;t find them.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Mom, I don&#8217;t care about your stupid mints. What does this have to do with me?<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: Everything. You know how I get anxious sometimes? And some people, they have a glass of wine, to unwind, or a cocktail, but I don&#8217;t drink. So, I found something that works for me. And&#8211; and I thought they were harmless. Until now, until this very moment. Somehow, you accidentally got my mints. They&#8217;re not regular mints, sweetheart.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: What?<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: It&#8217;s my fault. It&#8217;s all my fault. I am so sorry. I am so incredibly sorry.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Mom, what are you saying right now? What are you telling me? That me waking up in zende&#8217;s bed this morning was because of you and your mints? Oh, my god! Oh, my god!
