Yeah, thanks.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Caterer&#8217;s all set.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I&#8211; I love how they&#8217;re ready to go at a moment&#8217;s notice. It&#8217;s terrific.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Well, they&#8217;re not the only ones, mr. Insta-party.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Yeah, well, we have a lot to celebrate. I won&#8217;t deny that.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: I know, eric. Your progress is remarkable and it&#8217;s wonderful, but you&#8217;re not all the way back. And I worry about you taking on too much too soon and this party could be&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Eric: This party is exactly what the doctor ordered, even if he didn&#8217;t actually say it. Donna, I love that you worry about me. Thank you. But I want you to stop, okay? We&#8217;re gonna have a party tonight and it&#8217;s a party to celebrate the beginning of the rest of our lives together.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, it&#8217;s good to see you smile again.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: This was a rough road. My dad getting sick. And me having to make decisions for him. I&#8217;m just glad it&#8217;s behind us.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah, he&#8217;s on the road to recovery.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: You wanted to see me?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yes. Finn came by the house and the treatment&#8217;s working. Dad&#8217;s doing great.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Oh, man, that&#8217;s incredible, ridge. I can&#8217;t tell you how long I&#8217;ve been waiting to hear this news.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I know, I know.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: You know what I think? I think we deserve a medal. Or a comp day, at least. You know, I can&#8217;t believe the discipline and the restraint it took us to leave the beach house this morning. I mean, seriously, like, honestly, what do you have to do to win a statue around here, really? Seriously, though, that was the best first night in a new place, ever.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: It was perfect. You were perfect. I&#8217;m so glad I waited for you. The man I love.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: You know, I really did not want to get out of bed this morning. You know, the only reason that I did was to speak to my grandfather about the whole party, celebrating his positive prognosis, which is a party that you, my dear, are invited to.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: I know. I&#8217;m blown away. I mean, a beach house in malibu and now a forrester family party? And you? None of this feels real.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Well, get used to it. It&#8217;s your life.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: By the way, I&#8211; I texted my mom and she&#8217;s on her way over here. I&#8217;ve never stayed out all night before, so I don&#8217;t know how she&#8217;s going to react, but I&#8217;m not gonna worry about that. Because last night with you was everything and more than I could have ever dreamed my first time would be like. And that&#8217;s all I want to think about right now.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Granddad, that is such great news. And I got your text. What&#8217;s this about a party?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Oh, we&#8217;re gonna celebrate. We&#8217;re going to celebrate life, you know? No more wasting time. Letting time slip away. You know? There&#8217;s uh&#8211; not one day is actually promised to any one of us. Not one day. I don&#8217;t want to waste another second. Not another moment that I could be spending with my beautiful donna.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I can&#8217;t wait to congratulate eric on the amazing news.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: You don&#8217;t have to wait. There&#8217;s a party tonight and you&#8217;re invited.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Yeah, I just heard from donna. She texted me. And I&#8217;m thrilled that eric got positive news from finn and the medical team, but should we be having a party? He just got out of the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: She has a point.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I agree.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I do too, but dad has set his mind on it, so try changing it.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: All right, I guess we&#8217;re having a party.<\/p>\n<p>When your gut is<\/p>\n<p>out of balance,<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Dad&#8217;s gonna be okay. That&#8217;s good.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Why am I hearing a but?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Because I&#8217;m not sure that he should be having a party right now. I don&#8217;t know if he has the stamina for it.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Is there any chance that eric might consider putting it off?<\/p>\n<p>[ Brooke laughs ]<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Really? Have you met eric?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Mm. Very true.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Hi.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I&#8217;m surprised to see you here.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Well, um, eric wanted me to spread the news about tonight.<\/p>\n<p>MISSING PART HERE<\/p>\n<p>Eric: The forrester men. What a club. And you&#8217;re a card-carrying member too, carter.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Well, I&#8217;m honored, I&#8217;m honored. And it&#8217;s so good to hear about your prognosis, eric.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Thank you.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: We heard about your party, too?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Yes, yeah. You&#8217;re coming, right?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I wouldn&#8217;t miss it.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Good. I&#8217;m glad to hear it. Look, I&#8217;d like to talk to the two of you in private. Excuse us for a minute. Come here. I wanna talk to you.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Granddad&#8217;s really making his way back.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Yeah. No, it&#8217;s amazing with, uh, everything he&#8217;s been through. It&#8217;s really impressive. It&#8217;s not surprising, though. &#8216;Cause he is our grandfather, right?<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Yeah. Hey, rj, I realize that things have been tense between us lately. I just wanted to say, for what it&#8217;s worth, I meant what I said. Luna is remarkable. She is a unique, talented, very beautiful woman. And you, cousin, you&#8217;re an insanely lucky man.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: I&#8217;ve never seen you quite like this. You&#8217;re all lit from within.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: I&#8217;ve&#8211; I&#8217;ve never felt like this before. I didn&#8217;t even know that this was possible.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: Love looks beautiful on you, honey. And that&#8217;s what you&#8217;re telling me, right? That you&#8217;re in love with rj?<\/p>\n<p>Luna: Yeah. I mean, how could I not be? Rj&#8217;s, like, the most incredible man ever. And last night, mom, last night was just perfect. I mean, first of all, the beach house. Like, don&#8217;t even get me started on that.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: It is quite a place. I mean, you couldn&#8217;t design a more romantic setting.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: And rj made it even more so. I mean, he had the table set, candles lit, my favorite food delivered. The sound of the waves crashing in the back.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: I love you.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: I love you too. I&#8217;m just&#8211; I&#8217;m really happy that I waited to be with the man I love. And I do, mom. I love rj so much. (Vo) welcome to lobsterfest. Is your party ready?<\/p>\n<p>Rj: No, believe me, I&#8211; I know how lucky I am to be with luna. I&#8217;ll tell you something else. I&#8217;m never gonna let her go.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: Why would I be happy for you? You moved to L.A. With a suitcase and a dream. Alone. No connections. Right, well, I guess you had your aunt li, but I know she doesn&#8217;t count. Then you had finn, but you didn&#8217;t ask him to pave your way. In fact, you didn&#8217;t even tell him you were here. Instead, you just marched right into forrester creations and you got yourself an internship. And if that wasn&#8217;t enough, you found love along the way. With a kind and decent man who doesn&#8217;t even try to hide how much he adores you. No, I&#8217;m not happy for you, luna. I am ecstatic. And I&#8217;m so very, very proud.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: I can&#8217;t believe this is my life. And it&#8217;s all because of you, mom.<\/p>\n<p>Poppy: Me? I didn&#8217;t do anything.<\/p>\n<p>Luna: I mean, all of your encouragements. Ever since I was little. &#8220;You&#8217;re the best, luna. You&#8217;re the smartest, luna.&#8221; And here I am, in L.A., Living my best life, working at forrester creations. Taking night-time strolls in malibu with the best man in the world. And that&#8217;s what I&#8217;m most grateful for. The love that I&#8217;m experiencing with rj. It&#8217;s&#8211; it&#8217;s the greatest gift.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: I just want to tell you too, you know, I know that we haven&#8217;t been seeing things the same way recently. And I just want you to know that I really value you. And, I mean, not just as a designer, and zende, you&#8217;re an incredible designer, you know that. But, as my cousin, you know? You&#8217;re family. That&#8217;s&#8211; that&#8217;s never gonna change.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: I appreciate that.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Here&#8217;s a big shocker. The party is still on.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Was there ever any doubt?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: No.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Tried to talk him out of it, at least wait a couple of weeks to gain some strength.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: And ridge got nowhere.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: And why would we? Why would we do that? Not do the party and then tomorrow I could be walking by that portrait, it could fall on my head.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: That&#8217;s not very likely, but&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Yeah, it could happen.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: It could happen. So, I mean, look what happened to me a couple of months ago. Designing, and then my hand starts shaking, and I can&#8217;t work, and then I&#8211; I need all the help I can get. And&#8211; and donna helps me, and then I get finn to help me, and then I see stephanie, I go to the other side, and I see her and&#8211; and I told donna, that&#8217;s it. That&#8217;s it. From now on, I&#8217;m living my life a different way. It&#8217;s carpe diem, every day.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Okay, all right. You wanna have a party, we&#8217;re gonna have a party. I told you, we&#8217;re gonna do it. Okay?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I think I speak for everyone if I say we&#8217;re gonna have a party with you as often as we can.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Hear, hear.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Absolutely.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Hey, granddad, we love you.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: I just can&#8217;t help being concerned about eric.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: We understand what you&#8217;re going through. You&#8217;ve been traumatized. Eric&#8217;s sudden illness. You thought he was gonna die, but he&#8217;s gonna be fine now.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: He just needs a little bit more time, and he&#8217;ll be back to the eric that we all adore.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Yeah. Yeah, I just&#8211; I just love him so much, you know? And he&#8217;s just always been the one for me.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You are beautiful.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: It&#8217;s about time your handsome face hung above the fireplace.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Wow.<\/p>\n<p>[ Chuckling ] Look at that.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Well, you and eric have definitely stood the test of time.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: You have a beautiful and colorful history together. And you have been so devoted to him.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: I would do anything for my honey bear.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Ah.<\/p>\n<p>[ Brooke chuckles ]<\/p>\n<p>Donna: I just want as much time as possible with him. The love and support that I have felt from all of you through all of this has meant more to me than you can know. But I&#8217;m not leaving you yet. I have a lot more living to do.
