Can you forgive me and come home?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>[ Liam sighing ]<\/p>\n<p><em>Liam: Honestly, being a dad I think is the best part of my life. Once in a while, I reflect on how fortunate I am, and even when I&#8217;m not with you, I just keep you right here. It&#8217;s easy. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Steffy: We feel the same way about you. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Liam: It&#8217;s been nice. It&#8217;s been really, really nice to spend this time here with you guys. Kelly, daughter of mine, do you know how lucky you are? Do you know what a totally cool, totally loving, totally responsible mother you have? Do you even&#8211; do you even know? <\/em><\/p>\n<p>[ Liam sighing ]<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Brooke: Mm.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: How do you do that?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: What?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: One kiss and all my troubles just melt away.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Well, I thought you could use a pick me up.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yeah, you have no idea.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: So, how was it? I know you went to see Finn earlier.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yeah, I did. How could someone so smart be so reckless with my granddaughter? What happened to him?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Brooke: It is awful, what happened to Kelly, but at least she is okay.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: She&#8217;s okay because of Sheila. I thought we had this woman out of our lives for good, locked up and now&#8211; now, she&#8217;s back in it. I don&#8217;t blame Steffy for taking the kids and leaving, and I made sure Finn knew that as well.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: So, what did Finn say? I know he&#8217;s all about his family.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: He is. He takes responsibility for what happened with Kelly, but&#8230; he doesn&#8217;t think Sheila is responsible for what&#8217;s happening in his life and in his marriage. He thinks it&#8217;s Liam.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Wyatt: Rushmore. It&#8217;s today&#8217;s puzzle. It&#8217;s what you&#8217;re doing, aren&#8217;t you?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Oh, uh, no. No, I was actually just checking on Kelly.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Oh. How is my little niece doing?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Uh, you know, so far so good, although&#8230; can&#8217;t be too careful with you-know-who on the loose, so.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: I still can&#8217;t believe that psychopath was out there playing Malibu lifeguard.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: No, let&#8217;s&#8211; let&#8217;s&#8211; let&#8217;s be honest about this. She was stalking her dear son. And I told Finn, like dude, this is&#8211; this is enough. You gotta keep Sheila away from Steffy and the kids.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Wait, you talked to Finn? When?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Oh, my&#8211; I didn&#8217;t tell you. No, yeah. He&#8211; he paid me a visit. Uh, I am&#8211; I am officially on notice now. I am not to interfere in his and Steffy&#8217;s marriage.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Finn: This isn&#8217;t how it&#8217;s supposed to be, after everything that we&#8217;ve been through, so please, let&#8217;s just go home and we can work on this together. &#8216;Cause I&#8211; I can&#8217;t take being apart from you any longer. And look, I understand why you did what you did. I screwed up, but I will never let Sheila near us, Steffy. Tell me that you believe me. Tell me that you&#8217;re gonna go get the kids and you&#8217;re gonna come home and we can just be a family again.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Brooke: So, after breaking his promise to Steffy and allowing Sheila back into their lives, he blames Liam for the problems in his marriage. Can&#8217;t he see that Sheila is the one causing all the problems?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yes, but he also thinks that Liam is undermining his marriage. That he wants to be with her again. That&#8217;s why I went to see Liam today.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: You went to see Liam?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I did.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: And we talked and we agreed on a lot of things. Steffy taking the kids and getting out of there was the right thing to do because being with Finn was just too dangerous.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I think I know why Finn is so upset with Liam. Why he&#8217;s blaming him for the separation from Steffy. It&#8217;s because Liam is the one who showed Steffy the video of Finn and Sheila hugging outside the judge&#8217;s chambers.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I&#8217;m sure that&#8217;s part of it, but there&#8217;s more. Um&#8230; Finn thinks that Liam is still in love with Steffy, and he&#8217;s not wrong.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Wyatt: Okay, back up here. Finn told you not to interfere in his marriage? When? He came by here?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, I mean, if you&#8217;re implying what I think you are, no punches were thrown.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Ah, damn it.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Although, honestly, the guy, he really&#8211; he wanted to deck me, I could tell. And if I&#8217;m being honest, I had to show some restraint too.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Dude, I don&#8217;t blame you. I would&#8217;ve laid the guy out after what the guy did to Kelly.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Well, yeah. I mean, it&#8217;s his stupidity that almost got my daughter killed.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: 100%. I mean, what kind of idiot turns his back on a child at the beach?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: That&#8217;s&#8211; that&#8217;s the thing. Like, you would think, if he were gonna visit me for anything, maybe it would be to apologize for that? But no, it&#8217;s just&#8211; the whole thing was just stay away from Steffy.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Finn: Look. Everything will be okay, all right? I&#8217;ll go pack up the kids&#8217; things and when they come back, we can just go straight home. I&#8217;ll&#8211; I&#8217;ll reach out to&#8211; to security, we&#8217;ll get more surveillance. When I&#8217;m done, our home will be safer than Fort Knox. But most importantly, Steffy, look. I promise you, I will never contact or communicate with Sheila ever again. I just&#8211; I love you so much. I will do whatever it takes to bring our family home.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Brooke: Wow. So Liam is in love with Steffy. He actually admitted that to you?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I had to find out how he feels about my daughter. The whole world is upside down right now.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Completely! The last thing Steffy needs is for Liam to enter her world.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I don&#8217;t think that&#8217;s what he&#8217;s trying to do. He&#8217;s not trying to interfere in the marriage at all.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: But&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: But, he&#8217;s also not gonna deny how he feels about Steffy. And I know this is hard for you to hear because of Hope and&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah, it&#8217;s&#8211; it&#8217;s all very hard for me to hear.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: But the bottom line is&#8230; Liam loves Steffy.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Wyatt: Stay away from Steffy? Like that&#8217;s gonna happen. She&#8217;s the mother of your child.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Exactly. That&#8217;s the&#8211; I mean, Steffy and I are always gonna be connected through Kelly, which is why I&#8217;m not&#8211; I&#8217;m not going anywhere. But&#8211; but Finn&#8217;s not wrong that Steffy and I have a history. I don&#8217;t think he understands how deep that history runs though and&#8211; and&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Right.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: I did tell him that.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: You did? To his face?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, to his face. Listen, I&#8211; you know, when I think about just everything. You know, everything that&#8217;s happened, I&#8211; obviously, I love Hope, I love the life that we created together, but if I&#8217;m being honest with myself&#8230; the biggest mistake of my life was walking away from Steffy.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Steffy: Finn, I want you to know how much the kids and I miss you. And I also want you to know that I&#8211; I hear you. I do. But this is an extremely difficult situation. Every time I close my eyes, I&#8217;m haunted by the thought of Kelly just being swept up by the undertow.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I know. I know and I&#8211; it haunts me too, but Steffy, look. Kelly, she&#8217;s okay, right? She&#8217;s happy, she&#8217;s healthy and she&#8217;s surrounded by love and that&#8217;s&#8211; that&#8217;s&#8211; honey, that&#8217;s all that matters.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: She&#8217;s alive, Finn. Oh, she&#8217;s alive because of&#8230; Sheila. Because of your birth mother. Ever since our wedding date, she&#8217;s been like this dark cloud hanging over us, just causing misery and madness. Even before, when she terrorized my family.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I know, okay? And I&#8217;m sorry for all of that.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: God, I just&#8211; I can&#8217;t do it. I can&#8217;t&#8211; I can&#8217;t&#8211; I can&#8217;t get this image of you hugging Sheila outside the judge&#8217;s chambers office. I&#8211; I&#8211; I just, I can&#8217;t. And it just proves that Sheila&#8217;s gonna be&#8211; she&#8217;s gonna be in your life forever. I love you, Finn. I love you so much, but I didn&#8217;t want this. I didn&#8217;t want to take the kids and come here. I&#8217;m sorry. No, I&#8217;m sorry. What you&#8217;re asking, it&#8217;s&#8211; I can&#8217;t do it. I can&#8217;t come home. I can&#8217;t put our children in that dangerous environment. I won&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ridge: I know you&#8217;re worried about Hope.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yes, and I know you&#8217;re worried about your daughter.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: It&#8217;s crazy, right? It&#8217;s so ironic that both of our daughters are struggling with their marriages.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Despite the fact that Hope and Liam signed divorce papers, I keep hoping that they&#8217;re going to find their way through this somehow. But Hope always told me that she felt that Steffy was like the third member of their marriage, and now you&#8217;re telling me that Liam has always loved Steffy, so I guess Hope was right all along.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: No, what I&#8217;m telling you is that we can help our kids and that the two of us can do anything together.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: And I&#8217;m telling you how grateful I am to have my Logan back.<\/p>\n<p>[ Brooke chuckling ]<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Looking through that keyhole in Rome, I saw my future. It was so crazy. It&#8217;s the most beautiful thing I&#8217;ve ever seen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ridge: Brooke! <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Brooke: Ridge. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ridge: I found you. I don&#8217;t wanna spend another day without you. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ridge: What a waste of money, though. Going all the way to Rome while my destiny was right here in front of me the whole time.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>Liam: I want you to know that I know I was a fool to let you go, and&#8211; and if I ever got a chance at a do over, I wouldn&#8217;t make that mistake again. Something really scary. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Steffy: Oh, really? What happened? <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Kelly: I almost drowned. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Steffy: What? <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Kelly: Finn&#8217;s mom saved me. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Steffy: Li was there? <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Kelly: Not Li. Sheila. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Finn: My mother saved Kelly&#8217;s life! <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Liam: I&#8217;m telling you, Finn and Sheila were physically embracing each other.
