I didn&#8217;t really sleep that well last night.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I don&#8217;t imagine you did.<\/p>\n<p>[ Steffy sighing ]<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Hayes fell asleep right away. Kelly wanted to play all night.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Well, I&#8217;m very happy they&#8217;re enjoying this art project outside so much.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, enjoying a beautiful day outside. Thank you so much for everything, granddad.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Of course. You and the kids are welcomed here anytime you want. I love having you here. I just wish it was under better circumstances. You don&#8217;t have to explain those circumstances to me until your dad gets here, but I just&#8211; I want you to know that you and the kids are safe here anytime you want. This is your home, too.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Thank you.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Hey, you two.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Hi.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Ridge, hey. We&#8217;re having a coffee. You want some?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I&#8217;m okay. My daughter summoned me, so here I am. What&#8217;s up?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Okay, there&#8217;s&#8211; uh, there&#8217;s something I wanted to fill you in on. Something happened that you don&#8217;t know about. Look, the bottom line is, the kids and I are going to be living here for a while.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Who&#8217;s the brilliant artist?<\/p>\n<p>Kelly: Me. I drew it to make you come home. I missed you, finn.<\/p>\n<p>[ Finn sighing ]<\/p>\n<p>Finn: You&#8217;re leaving?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I&#8217;m gonna stay<\/p>\n<p>at my grandfather&#8217;S.<\/p>\n<p>I need to know that the kids<\/p>\n<p>are gonna be safe from sheila.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Nothing is more<\/p>\n<p>important to me<\/p>\n<p>than you and our children.<\/p>\n<p>I love you.<\/p>\n<p>You have to believe that.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t take the kids, okay?<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;T. I was, uh&#8211; I was just headed to paradise cove, so I thought I&#8217;d stop by and, uh, say hi to you and steffy and the kids. Are they around?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Uh, no. No, they&#8217;re not.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Okay. Are they down by the beach or something? I was thinking maybe later we could go grab some lunch, if you&#8211; if you&#8217;re interested.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: They&#8217;re gone, rj. They left.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: I can&#8217;t believe kelly almost drowned. I mean, I&#8217;m&#8211; I&#8217;m&#8211; I&#8217;m so glad she&#8217;s okay. I&#8211; I just&#8211; I&#8217;m sorry this happened to you, man.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: You&#8211; this happened or that finn allowed it to happen?<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Why would he take his eyes off her at the beach?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: I don&#8217;t know, man. I don&#8217;t&#8211; I don&#8217;t even know. Could you imagine how terrified she was, though? Like, if we had lo&#8211; if we had lost her that day&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: I don&#8217;t even want to think about that. Just thank god finn was there. He realized and then&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Oh, whoa, whoa, whoa. No, no, no, no, no. No, wasn&#8217;t finn. No, wasn&#8217;t finn. It was sheila. Yeah. Sheila pulled my daughter out of the water.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Finn, what do you mean that they&#8217;re gone? I thought because of the whole sheila situation, you decided to keep the kids home from&#8211; from camp, right? Until you found a new nanny?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Yeah, that&#8211; that was the plan.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Well, hey, I don&#8217;t mind entertaining them. I&#8217;m&#8211; I&#8217;m free, you know, if you need help with anything. I know you guys are up to your ears with work and everything else.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: She&#8217;s going to have plenty of help at her granddad&#8217;s house. That&#8217;s where steffy went after she took the kids and left.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: She&#8230; left? And you&#8217;re saying she, like, she walked out on you? Why? What happened? Why would my sister do something like that?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Because of liam.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yep. Yep. Apparently, sheila was at the beach that day and she got to kelly first.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: What? Was she sunbathing? I don&#8217;t understand. Why was she there?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: I think you know the answer to that.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Of course. Finn.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: So, you&#8217;re moving in here? Okay. Why?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I left finn. I had to get the kids out of the house as fast as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I saw how upset you were last night, but I had no idea it was something this big.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I couldn&#8217;t stay there, granddad. It was too dangerous.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Because of sheila? What happened?<\/p>\n<p>Zyrtec!<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Kelly&#8217;s my niece. She could have died. It was your job to keep her safe, finn.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I know, okay? And there&#8217;s no way that I can apologize enough. I am horrified about what could have happened.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Now, I see why steffy was so upset. That&#8217;s her little girl, you know? Is&#8211; is this why she walked out on you? Is this why?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I wasn&#8217;t the one who saved kelly.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Well, who did?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Sheila. My mother saved kelly&#8217;s life.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Wow. I mean, this&#8211; this&#8211; this whole situation is crazy. Look, I&#8217;m glad kelly&#8217;s okay. That&#8217;s the most important thing here, but see, this&#8211; this proves that sheila&#8217;s just not going to stay away.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Oh, yeah. Oh, no, 100%. She&#8217;s barely, barely out of jail, and she&#8217;s already stalking finn and my daughter.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Yeah, I mean, look, I&#8217;m glad&#8211; I&#8217;m glad steffy made the decision to finally take the kids and get away because that&#8217;s just&#8211; honestly, that&#8217;s the right thing to do here.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, no, the kids&#8211; the kids are okay. They&#8217;re going to be safe at eric&#8217;s, which is really, you know, all I care about.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: But whether finn wants to admit it or not, he is&#8211; he is a magnet for sheila, especially after hugging her, you know, like, sending that message. Now, she&#8217;s really gonna&#8211; she&#8217;s not gonna give up on being in his life. And&#8211; and so, thankfully, steffy and I are on the same page now. There&#8217;s&#8211; there&#8217;s no way we&#8217;re letting that monster anywhere near our family.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: What was finn thinking?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Wait, he&#8211; he took his eyes off kelly for a phone call?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Finn is horrified about what happened, and thank god kelly is okay. But that&#8217;s only a part of the story. Finn didn&#8217;t save kelly.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: What do you mean?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Sheila was there.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: What&#8211; what do you mean sheila was there?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Sheila rescued kelly. Finn swears he had no idea that she was there.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: But she was there? She was watching them?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I&#8211; I guess. I don&#8217;t know. I&#8217;m still trying to process all of it. I&#8211; I can&#8217;t believe that my daughter is alive because of sheila, that awful human being who tried to kill me and the people that I love. And after everything that happened, finn is actually defending sheila. He says that I should cut that psychopath some slack.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Cut her some slack?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: He called sheila his mother. Look, I&#8211; I love my husband. I&#8211; I really do, but he admits, he admits that he has a connection to his birth mother. And honestly, I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s ever going to go away. After everything sheila has done to me and my family, I just&#8230; I can&#8217;t live with that.<\/p>\n<p>The thought of getting screened<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Well, thank god she&#8217;s okay. It could have been a lot different, finn.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I know, okay? It was all my fault. I keep seeing it play over and over in my mind. It&#8217;s terrifying.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Well, the fact that sheila was involved&#8211; yeah, I understand why steffy walked out.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Yeah, well, liam? He&#8217;s stoking it. He&#8217;s using the fact that sheila&#8217;s my birth mom to try and break up my marriage.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Finn, what are you talking about?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: How did you even know<\/p>\n<p>about that? You weren&#8217;t there.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Liam told me.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Liam told you?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: He followed you.<\/p>\n<p>He saw you and sheila together.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: So he just&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>he told you everything?<\/p>\n<p>I mean, he must have loved<\/p>\n<p>doing that.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: He didn&#8217;t just<\/p>\n<p>tell me, finn.<\/p>\n<p>He showed me.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: What are you<\/p>\n<p>talking about?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: He recorded it<\/p>\n<p>on his phone.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Liam has it out for me. He wants steffy back, so he&#8217;s doing everything he can to undermine my marriage to your sister. I&#8217;m not going to let him get away with it.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: You and steffy seem to be a united front when it comes to sheila.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Why you got to&#8211; why you got to do that? Why you got to make it sound like that&#8217;s a&#8211; a surprise?<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: I&#8217;m not surprised. I&#8217;m just&#8211; I&#8217;m happy. But, uh, what about, uh, finn? Does steffy feel the same way that you do about her husband?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Obviously, steffy and my number one priority is keeping the kids safe. And obviously, finn has proven he&#8217;s not capable of helping us do that, so.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Right, but, dude, you got to admit that things are a little complicated here with your feelings, right? You&#8211; you kissed steffy twice. Once back in rome, and then recently when you got back to L.A.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, there&#8217;s&#8211; yes, there&#8217;s a lot of history there. And&#8211; and I will continue to love steffy very much, which I have been honest with you about.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: But god&#8217;s honest truth, man, I&#8217;m not&#8211; I wasn&#8217;t&#8211; I really wasn&#8217;t trying to break up their marriage. It was just a&#8211; it was a moment, you know? And I even&#8211; I&#8211; I told steffy, like, I will never do that again.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Fact of the matter is, she still walked out on finn, so there&#8217;s that.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Okay, yeah, but, bro, the whole situation is different now. I mean, like, new information came out, right? So for me, I&#8217;m just&#8211; I&#8217;m, like, tunnel vision. I&#8217;m laser focused on&#8211; on&#8211; on keeping steffy and kelly and hayes safe.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Right. And I get that. But, dude, I&#8217;m just saying, maybe deep down, somewhere, you realize there&#8217;s an opportunity here that you could possibly reunite with steffy.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Sweetheart, I&#8217;m sorry you&#8217;re having to go through all this. I am. I&#8217;m so glad that kelly&#8217;s okay. All right?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You can stay here as long as you need to. I love you. And selfishly, I&#8217;m very glad to have you here under&#8211; under my roof.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Thank you. And I love you, too. I feel safe here.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You are safe here. I&#8217;ll give you two some time alone, and, uh, I&#8217;ll let the staff know you&#8217;re going to be staying. Okay.<\/p>\n<p>[ Steffy sighing ]<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I&#8217;m sorry. I&#8217;m so sorry.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Oh, it&#8217;s just&#8211; it&#8217;s just a lot. Oh, it&#8217;s a lot.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: It&#8217;s a lot.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah. So afraid for my children. The thought of kelly losing&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Hey, kelly&#8217;s fine. You&#8217;re fine. You did the right thing coming here. Don&#8217;t doubt that. We&#8217;ll get through this. Everything&#8217;s just moving so quickly.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: You know finn&#8217;s going to hear from me, right?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: How does he take his eyes off his daughter at the beach? You saw it? He&#8211; he told you?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: No, liam did. Liam took a video of it and he showed me. He said he was picking up this weird vibe from finn in the judge&#8217;s chambers. And when finn left, liam followed. And that&#8217;s when he saw finn and sheila.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Hugging.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah. I&#8211; I wanted to believe in my husband. I&#8211; I really did. Like, there was some kind of explanation.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: How do you explain that? How?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I don&#8217;t know. I don&#8217;t know. After what happened with kelly at the beach, I&#8211; I don&#8217;t know how I&#8217;m supposed to trust my husband. With finn, sheila&#8217;s always going to be part of our lives.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I&#8217;m sorry.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah. Do you&#8211; do you hear yours&#8211; the woman shot you. She shot you! She shot your wife! And you&#8217;re still&#8211; you&#8217;re still here defending her. I mean, you&#8217;re&#8211; you&#8217;re even embracing her physically.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: See, the&#8211; there it is. There it is, liam. Exactly. You took that video and you didn&#8217;t come confront me about it. No, you ran straight to steffy and showed it to her, didn&#8217;t you, you little puke? She&#8217;s with a real man now and I&#8217;m not going to let you interfere with my marriage, so you need to stay away from steffy.
