I felt you come in. I know you&#8217;re there, even in my sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Really?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Mm-hmm. In my sleep, in my dreams.<\/p>\n<p>[ Brooke chuckling ]<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I was gonna make up for it this morning when I woke up, no logan.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Well, I had to help hope take the kids to camp this morning. But I did kiss you on the cheek when I left.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yeah, that&#8211; that was a dream.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, you thought that? What about this?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Hm. That&#8217;s better than a dream. Why did you have to help hope? What&#8211; what was it? Where&#8217;s liam? What&#8217;s going on?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: What&#8217;s going on? Is it the kids? Is there something&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Uh, no&#8211; no, the kids are fine. It&#8217;s hope.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: It&#8217;s hope? She should be at the top of the world right now after what she and thomas pulled off in rome.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah. I&#8217;m just concerned about my daughter&#8217;s marriage with liam.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Why?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Hey.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: You didn&#8217;t even hear me come into the room. What are you thinking about?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I was thinking about you. How lucky I am to have you and the kids.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Hm. Okay. Now, I could buy that, but, uh, I think it&#8217;s more likely you were thinking about how hope kissed your brother.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: How could you do something like that?<\/p>\n<p>[ Knocking on door ]<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Hey.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Hi.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Is it okay if I come in? Is it a good time?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Yeah, of course. Come in. I just, I, um, it&#8217;s a bit of a mess. I haven&#8217;t really had a lot of time. I mean, I haven&#8217;t even unpacked yet, um&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Can I&#8211; can I help you at all?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: No, no, no, no, it&#8217;s fine. I&#8211; I got it. Um, the kids have been dropped off at camp and uh, I&#8217;m gonna work from home today, so&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Hope, can I&#8211; can I help you with all this? Has he texted you or anything?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Um, no, but I&#8217;m&#8211; I&#8217;m good. I&#8211; I&#8217;ve got it managed. I&#8217;ll be fine.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: You know, it&#8217;s okay if you&#8217;re not.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Rj, um&#8230; liam&#8217;s gone. He&#8217;s gone.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: It&#8217;s okay. Come here.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: No, it&#8217;s my fault.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Hey.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Hi.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: You&#8217;re all ready?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, well, it doesn&#8217;t take long to get ready when it&#8217;s just me.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Right. Look, uh, I&#8211; I know you&#8217;re hurt and spending the night away made sense, but after you&#8217;ve had a little time to think it through&#8230; are you gonna go home to hope or not? Ffy: No, I think it&#8217;s better that thomas ridge: What?<\/p>\n<p>Brook<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Hope and thomas kissing in rome. How does this happen?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I don&#8217;t know. But she didn&#8217;t even know that liam was there until she got home.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: This whole time, I thought thomas was getting better. He was done with this obsession with hope, but no, he&#8217;s running around rome, kissing your daughter.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Uh, it wasn&#8217;t thomas that kissed hope.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: What?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Hope kissed him.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: You sure you don&#8217;t want me to stay? I mean, I could push my rounds an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: No, I think it&#8217;s better that thomas and i have this conversation brother to sister. He needs to know that his secret is no longer a secret anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Hmph.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Steff.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Hey. Oh, finn, are you on the way to the hospital?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I am. Congrats on the show, by the way. I heard it was a great success.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Best time of my life.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Okay. Well, I gotta run but, um, hey, just call me if you need me.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah. Love you.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Love you. See ya.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: See ya. So your&#8211; your text seemed important. What&#8217;s up?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I know what happened between you and hope in rome.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Hope, here you go.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Thank you. I mean, you really&#8211; you really shouldn&#8217;T. I mean, you don&#8217;t have to take care of me. And besides, it&#8217;s not like I deserve it.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Hey, look at me. Stop it, all right. Stop beating yourself up.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I think this might be over and it&#8217;s because of something that I did. And how&#8211; how could I do that with a man that he hates more than anyone? I mean, I&#8211; I kissed thomas.<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Hope, look at me. It&#8217;s all gonna be okay.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: You know hope loves you, right?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Do I know that? She didn&#8217;t look very in love with me when she was making out with thomas at the colosseum.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Okay. You&#8211; you feel betrayed? I&#8211; I get that, all right. You&#8211; you have every right to feel that way, especially after hope kisses thomas, of all freaking people. The guy who&#8217;s been wreaking havoc on your life for years now. It&#8217;s unthinkable. But liam, you&#8211; you&#8217;re married. You have a family, you got a daughter you gotta think about here. Are&#8211; are you willing to just throw all that away?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: I&#8217;m not the one throwing it away.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: I just want to know something. Are you not willing to fight for it? Are you not willing to go to hope and just try&#8211; just try to find some kind of forgiveness?<\/p>\n<p>Living with diabetes?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: So hope started this, not thomas? And liam saw them?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yes, it&#8217;s terrible.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: How does this happen?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I don&#8217;t know. I guess she got swept up in the moment. You know, that feeling of success and excitement over the preview for hope for the future.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I would love to say that this has never happened to anybody else, but it has, to us. We&#8217;ve had moments like this&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Right. I guess it&#8217;s hard for somebody to understand unless they&#8217;ve gone through it, you know, feeling that euphoria.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: But knowing how liam feels about thomas&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I&#8217;m sure he feels very betrayed. He left. He walked out on hope.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Rome was unlike anything I&#8217;ve ever experienced. I mean, the&#8211; the preview, the press conference, hope and I rocked it.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I&#8211; I guess I&#8217;m more interested in, you know, what you did after the press conference.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: I guess all the&#8211; the normal stuff. Exploring around, you know, when in rome&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Did you swing by the colosseum?<\/p>\n<p>Rj: Hope, liam might have left, but that doesn&#8217;t mean you can&#8217;t get through this.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Yeah, but thomas has been the worst for us so many times. I mean, I don&#8217;t understand why I did it. I don&#8217;t know if it&#8217;s because I got caught up in rome and the showing and the celebrating, but it wasn&#8217;t real. I mean, that was just A&#8230; that&#8217;s a fantasy. I&#8211; I just, I feel like maybe I have just&#8230; trapped myself with all of these expectations and standards and it&#8217;s almost like I&#8217;ve built this gilded cage for myself of righteousness and control. And sometimes I catch myself wondering what it might feel like to just break free and just stop caring so much about what other people think and how other people feel. And I guess I am just figuring that out right now. And liam is never going to forgive me for this, by the way. He&#8217;s not&#8211; he&#8217;s not because I betrayed him with a man who has done horrible things to our family. I mean, what is wrong with me? How can I fix this?<\/p>\n<p>Rj: You made one mistake. One. That&#8217;s it, okay? Once liam realizes that, he&#8217;s gonna walk through that door, right? And then it&#8217;s gonna be okay.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: I&#8217;m on your side, you know that, right? Like 100%.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: No, I do. I do know that. Thank you.<\/p>\n<p>Wyatt: Okay. So as someone who loves you and cares about you and looking out for your family&#8230; I mean, you know, nothing&#8217;s ever going to get solved if you don&#8217;t talk about it, right? So go to hope, give her a chance to explain this a little better and&#8211; and keep an open mind, you know, just&#8230; let her try to fix it.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Hey, hope and liam, they&#8217;re gonna find their way back to each other.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah, well, it just can&#8217;t tear their family apart. Hope really regrets what she&#8217;s done. She wishes she could take it all back. She wishes it didn&#8217;t happen at all, but it did. She made a mistake. I mean, god knows we&#8217;ve made a few.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: We have. We&#8217;ll be here if they need us. Look, the two of them, they love each other. And love, I don&#8217;t know, has a way of making people find their way back to each other.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Uh, well, no trip to rome would be complete without seeing the colosseum.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Mm-hmm. So much history. Tragedy too.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: You know, thomas, when I saw your designs, I was absolutely floored. You did such an amazing job, but it was also a reflection of you.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Well, I mean, no, I mean, it was&#8211; it was hope&#8217;s vision. I just executed it.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, but without you, hope&#8217;s vision would be just an idea. Not a reality. She needs you.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Okay. Steff, where&#8217;s all this coming from?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I know what happened, thomas. You worked so hard to do right by her. You have turned your life around and that didn&#8217;t matter to hope. No, it didn&#8217;T. I know she kissed you.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I, um, I didn&#8217;t know if you would come home. I&#8217;ve been texting you and calling you and&#8230; well, the kids are already at camp. They missed you this morning. Don&#8217;t worry, I covered, I said you had an early morning meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: I&#8211; I spent the night at my dad&#8217;S.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Okay. Well&#8230; right, well, um, obviously I have had a lot of time to think about everything. About how I could act so recklessly. When I think about it&#8211; it&#8217;s almost like I don&#8217;t even recognize myself. I don&#8217;t know who that person is and that&#8217;s&#8211; that&#8217;s not an excuse. I&#8217;m not making any excuses. You deserve so much more than that. But&#8230; there&#8217;s&#8217;s a little bit of a problem now because I&#8217;m not sure you&#8217;re even going to believe anything I say. I just can only hope and pray that you will hear me. Liam, I love you and I love our family and the life that we share together is precious to me and I will do everything I can to try to earn back your trust. I will. I&#8217;m just begging for a chance to do that. And I know I hurt you and I&#8217;m so sorry and I can see the pain in your eyes. And I hate more than anything that I am the person that put that there. I never, ever wanted you to look at me like that.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Never thought I could.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: But that can change. Liam, that can change. And I know that because we&#8211; we still love each other. I know you love me and I am so sorry that I betrayed you with thomas, of all people. I am just asking you to please allow me a chance to repair the damage that I have done. Our family is worth fighting for. We can get through anything together. And I have to believe that&#8211; that a part of you knows that, liam. Otherwise, you wouldn&#8217;t be here. Liam, you&#8217;re here now. You showed up. That&#8217;s what matters. Please, please let me fix this. Please. Can you say that you can forgive me?
