I&#8217;ll make sure to bring back something really special for them.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah. We&#8217;re gonna miss you.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I&#8217;m gonna miss you too. So, that means you better have your phone on, because I will be calling you constantly.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: I&#8217;m excited for you. This&#8211; this fashion preview, I think it&#8217;s gonna go great. I think&#8211; I think the press is gonna love every single dress. I really do.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Fingers crossed.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah. I mean, come on, like, there was no question that the business part of it is just gonna&#8211; it&#8217;s gonna be amazing. It&#8217;s&#8211; it&#8217;s just, you know, that other noise, that&#8217;s&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Liam.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: You know, I don&#8217;t&#8211; what do you want me to say? That I&#8217;m&#8211; I&#8217;m not still concerned about thomas going to rome with you?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: There you go. That voice isn&#8217;t getting any better, is it?<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: No, it still sounds like I swallowed a goose.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I like you quiet. It&#8217;s nice.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Okay, do you have your passport?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Huh?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Really?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Yes. I do.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: [ Laughing ] Yes. Okay, good. Oh, my gosh, I&#8217;m gonna miss you guys so much. Me, of course, I would love to be with you in rome, but I&#8211; I get that this is a business trip.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Ah, kind of stinks that you&#8217;re not going. Um, I&#8217;m gonna miss you, and I know you&#8217;re gonna be rooting me on.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I am.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Oh, oh, no. Oh, no.<\/p>\n<p>[ Thomas laughs ]<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: You know who&#8211; who isn&#8217;t gonna miss me on this trip? Brooke.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: So, you called out taylor for breaking your girl code, and she&#8217;s trying to flip it around on you?<\/p>\n<p>Donna: But she&#8211; she deliberately tried to set you up with deacon and hollis.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: So that you&#8217;d be distracted when she was making moves on a ridge.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: But that&#8211; that&#8217;s just so messed up.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Well, needless to say our pact is broken. But I did get some clarity from it. I realized that deep in my heart, ridge is the love of my life.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Well, we could have told you that.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yes, yes.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: But if that&#8217;s really what you want, then that&#8217;s what will happen. You and ridge will be together.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: And maybe, even sooner than you think.<\/p>\n<p>[ Donna laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, okay. [ Laughs ]<\/p>\n<p>Donna: So, where do you and ridge stand as of now?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Well, he&#8217;s&#8211; he&#8217;s being cautious. You know, he&#8217;s being protective of himself and his heart, since taylor and i did banish him.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: That break had to happen. You had to end that cycle. You, taylor, you, taylor.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Yeah, it wasn&#8217;t healthy or fair to either one of you.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I know that, and ridge knows that. He totally understands. It&#8217;s just he&#8217;s questioning things. I mean, he&#8217;s not even calling me his logan. It&#8217;s almost like he&#8217;s guarding me and him against any future pain or heartache.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: You know, brooke has been here almost as long as I am.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yes. I know. I know. She&#8217;s an important part of forrester creations. Yeah, she deserves to be going. But you know, the&#8211; the timing isn&#8217;t in my favor, really. But you know, this isn&#8217;t about me. This is about you and all the success that you and hope are gonna have in rome.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Well, the line&#8217;s solid. And hope and i are going to kill it. And I think these new designs are going to surprise everybody.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Liam, you know, thomas is my lead designer.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: No, I know, but it&#8217;s your baby. It&#8217;s your name on the billboard. The whole&#8211; this whole trip is about you.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Liam, if&#8211; if you&#8217;re this concerned, I mean&#8211; I don&#8217;t know, maybe&#8211; maybe, you should just come.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: What?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Come with us to rome. You know that feeling of having to rewash I&#8217;m not buying that.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: You must feel so disappointed.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Taylor claimed she meant no harm.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Oh, please. I&#8217;m not buying that. I mean, it&#8217;s obvious that she was trying to set you up with somebody other than ridge.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah, she set me up all right.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: I&#8217;m sorry, brooke. But you know what? At least now you know who taylor really is.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Yeah, and now, you can be together with ridge. There&#8217;s nothing holding you back.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah. It&#8217;s just, uh&#8211; it just feels different. Ridge has put up a wall between us, and uh, he&#8217;s deliberately not calling me logan. He says, &#8220;brooke.&#8221; Says, &#8220;hi, brooke.&#8221; &#8220;How are you, brooke?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Oh, my god. Stop that.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Stop that.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Brooke, brooke.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I know. It&#8217;s weird.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: It sounds so weird coming from ridge.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: It is, I&#8217;ve never heard him say that.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: It sounds like you think he&#8217;s given up on love. Is that true?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: He did say that he has given up on destiny. That he doesn&#8217;t believe in that anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Well, maybe, this trip will change things. Rome is a magical city.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: You&#8217;re right about that. But it won&#8217;t be magic for me without you by my side.<\/p>\n<p>[ Brooke laughing ] So cute.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: All right, katie arranged for us to bring some vip swag.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Great. I&#8217;ll make sure that ends up in the car. I got to pick up my suit from alterations. I&#8217;ll be right back.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yes, you do.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Hey, mom?<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yes.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: This is it.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I know. I know. Oh, my gosh, I love you.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I love you. I&#8217;ll call you when we land.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yes, please do.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I love you.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I love you too. You&#8217;re gonna kill this.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yes, we are.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: See you over there.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Bye! And you. Oh, my gosh, you are&#8211; you are getting it done.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: I&#8217;m getting it done.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: You are. And&#8211; and I think this trip is going to be just the first in&#8211; in many successes in your career.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: This isn&#8217;t just about me. You&#8217;re a part of this too. I mean, you were woven into every fiber of everything I create.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Oh, honey. You know, you are doing so much work. So much hard work and&#8230; it&#8217;s a lifetime journey to commit to healing the way that you are, but you&#8217;re doing it.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: I know. I am. And I promise that I&#8217;m gonna keep working just as hard as I have, right? And um, like this trip, obviously, nothing is gonna happen with hope and me.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I am not worried about you, okay? That&#8217;s all I&#8217;m gonna say.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: But I&#8217;ll also say that&#8230; I am so proud of you. And I&#8217;m really looking forward to everything, and all of the good news and all the amazing stuff that you&#8217;re gonna tell me.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Thanks, mom.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: You want me to come to rome?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: You&#8217;re my husband. Is it really that much of a mystery why I would want you there? I mean, do I really need a reason?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: You don&#8217;t have to do this. I&#8211; I don&#8217;t need to&#8211; I don&#8217;t want to be your chaperone.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: No, that&#8217;s not what I meant.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Hope I&#8211; I want you to enjoy yourself over there. I want you to bask in the&#8211; in the applause and accolades, and I&#8217;m gonna be cheering for you from here in spirit, but you don&#8217;t need thomas there and it&#8217;s not too late. There are so many ways that you could pull him from this trip.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I had to get one<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I had to get one last look before I left.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Are you excited?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: About the trip? Yes. About leaving you? No.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Well, trust me. If it were up to me, I would take you back to my place and I would lock you in the bedroom and I wouldn&#8217;t let you go.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: That is not a terrible idea.<\/p>\n<p>[ Both chuckling ]<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I might get in trouble with some of the higher ups.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I don&#8217;t know. I think I know a guy.<\/p>\n<p>[ Katie chuckling ]<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Seriously. I&#8217;m so excited that you&#8217;re getting this opportunity, but&#8230; I&#8217;ll miss you.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I&#8217;m gonna miss you too.<\/p>\n<p>[ Both chuckling ]<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Toss a coin in the trevi fountain from me, okay?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, I will. I&#8217;ll make an extra wish for you.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Yeah? And have a fun trip. You know, I have a feeling that rome is gonna change everything for ridge. And his logan.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: [ Laughing ] Okay.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: You&#8217;ll see.<\/p>\n<p>[ Brooke laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Uh, all right.<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Arrivederci!<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Ciao!<\/p>\n<p>Donna: Ciao, bella!<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Hey.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Oh, hey. Hey. Hi. Nice to have a moment alone.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yeah. You know, I am so&#8211; so happy for thomas.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I am too.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Look what he is doing, what he&#8217;s done, the changes he&#8217;s made.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: You&#8217;re responsible for most of that.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I can&#8217;t take all the credit, but thank you. Yeah, I don&#8217;t&#8211; I don&#8217;t want you to lose faith in me. And I know it&#8217;s tricky right now with all the&#8211; the brooke drama.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Let&#8217;s not get into that again.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Okay, first of all, we haven&#8217;t gotten into it at all. We haven&#8217;t talked about it. But I will say this, I&#8211; I pulled a fast one on you the other day and I&#8211; I&#8211; I wasn&#8217;t trying to&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I know you weren&#8217;T. And look, I&#8217;m&#8211; brooke will come around, eventually.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I don&#8217;t think that she will ever own her part of this whole situation. She&#8217;s going to continue a smear campaign on me while you&#8217;re in italy. I know&#8211; I know that. But just remember the source. That&#8217;s all I ask.<\/p>\n<p>[ Taylor chuckling ] Because&#8211; oh, damn it, I love you. And I will always love you. I mean, if you weren&#8217;t so devastatingly handsome&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I know, it&#8217;s a lot.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Incredibly charming. All of this.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: How does he do it?<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I don&#8217;t know. And it makes you a&#8211; a hard man to shake, ridge forrester.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I can&#8217;t force thomas not to go.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Literally, everyone would understand, given the history.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Not in the 11th hour now. Not when the&#8211; the schedule has been set. The invites have gone out, the press release. I mean, this&#8211; it&#8211; plans have been solidified.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: It wasn&#8217;t the 11th hour the first time I asked, and plans can absolutely change. It&#8217;s not the end of the world if thomas doesn&#8217;t go. What matters is that all these people are there to see you because it&#8217;s your line, right? You&#8217;re the face of it. You&#8211; you understand that, don&#8217;t you?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I do.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Okay, so, please, please? Because you&#8217;re&#8211; you&#8217;re all staying together, and I&#8217;m telling you, hope, it just&#8230; doesn&#8217;t feel right.<\/p>\n<p>[ Relaxing music ]<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I&#8211; I have to get to the airport. I&#8217;m sorry about that.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: If you don&#8217;t want to come, then you&#8217;re going to have to find a way to accept the fact that thomas is going to be there. I love you and um, I do have to get to the airport. So, I&#8217;m just gonna go. Um, and yeah, I&#8217;ll see you when I get back.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Away we go.<\/p>\n<p>Pilot: Welcome aboard.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Well, we got half a group anyway, right?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: We&#8217;re just waiting on hope and thomas.<\/p>\n<p>Pilot: Not a problem. Not a problem.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Thank you.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: This is exciting, isn&#8217;t it?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Mm-hmm.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Tomorrow, we&#8217;re gonna wake up in glorious rome.<\/p>\n<p>[ Carter chuckling ]<\/p>\n<p>Carter: We have an amazing local crew in place.
