It\u2019s all I\u2019ve dreamed of and now, knowing that I am\u2026 that I\u2013 that I approached you on a beach, you\u2013 you didn\u2019t recoil. You didn\u2019t tell me what a monster I was. You heard me out and I heard you and still, I mean, to think that it would\u2013 it would lead to this. Falling in love, but it has. I love you and you love me and that is everything, Bill. That is everything.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Katie: Wait a second. Sheila is free because of Bill?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: That doesn\u2019t make any sense. There\u2019s no mention of Bill being involved at all.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Sheila wouldn\u2019t be a free woman if it weren\u2019t for your ex-husband.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: That doesn\u2019t make any sense. Bill can\u2019t just wave a magic wand and Sheila walks.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Yeah, as powerful as he is, Bill\u2019s not even capable of that.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I mean, how could he have made that happen? And what possible reason could he have had?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Look. The last thing Steffy and I expected was for Sheila to walk free. We\u2019re both shocked and confused and\u2013<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Wait, wait, wait. You told the judge everything and they still let Sheila go?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: She has a list of charges and there\u2019s not even a full trial? Finn, man, I\u2013 I don\u2019t get it. Why?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Blackmail.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Sheila\u2019s blackmailing Bill?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: No. Bill\u2019s blackmailing Steffy and me.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: What?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: That\u2019s what this is all about. Bill\u2019s blackmailing us to keep Sheila from paying for the crimes that she committed.<\/p>\n<p>[ Katie sighing ]<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Steffy: Bill, don\u2019t let her do this to you. Sheila is using you. She knows nothing about love.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Well, that\u2019s not true. I\u2019ve been unlucky in love, until now. You heard Bill. He loves me and I love him.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: You don\u2019t know how to love.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: All you do is manipulate and destroy.<\/p>\n<p>Bill: All right, stop. Both of you.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: God, why can\u2019t we just stop this, all right? We are all very much aware of my past and I have made some\u2013 some horrible decisions that I am ashamed of, but I\u2019m not alone, Steffy, with that. Now, we have all made mistakes, your mother included. I mean, Taylor made one that I\u2019m sure she will regret for the rest of her life. Bill kept quiet about your mother shooting him. He forgave Taylor and moved on, so why is it so difficult for the two of you to do the same? I mean, we could just\u2013 we could go on and live our lives. Steffy, you love my son. And I\u2013 I love Bill. We love each other. They say that\u2013 that love changes a person and I already feel that happening for me. Can\u2019t we just accept the situation, please? You\u2019re gonna have to accept it. You have no choice.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Why is that? Because you think there\u2019s nothing we can do?<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: There is nothing you can do.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I don\u2019t know about that. I can confess. I can go to the police. I can tell them what happened all those years ago. I was the one who shot Bill. I can do that. And then guess what? No more blackmail. And you go to prison for the rest of your life.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Carter: I mean, Bill can be ruthless, yes, in business, but\u2026 I mean, Steffy is the mother to his granddaughter. To put a knife to her throat, to yours, too&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Katie: What could he possibly he have on you that would be worth blackmailing you over?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I can\u2019t get into the details, but what Bill\u2019s doing is reprehensible.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I\u2019ve known Bill for a very long time. We were married, we share a son and I\u2019ve seen all sides of him, good and bad, but for him to do this, to protect Sheila, I\u2013 I just\u2013 I can\u2019t even imagine what he\u2019s thinking.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Apparently, Bill and Sheila are in a relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Katie and Carter: What?<\/p>\n<p>[ Katie sighing ]<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Taylor: It\u2019s a simple solution, really. I confess. Yeah, I\u2013 I lose everything, but if I were to allow you to blackmail my daughter and me, it would be so much worse. Because that would mean that Sheila gets away with shooting Steffy and Finn and all the lives that you\u2019ve destroyed, and I\u2013 I\u2013 I can\u2019t let that happen.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Mom, please. You do not have to do this.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: No, but I do.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: No, you don&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yes, I do. Look, I\u2013 I\u2013 I should\u2019ve come forward years ago because if I did\u2013<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: No, Mom, you need to stop blaming yourself. You were protecting me. Stop.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: From Bill. From Bill. Isn\u2019t this ironic? Here I am protecting you again and I\u2019ll\u2013 and I\u2019ll\u2013 I\u2019ll keep doing it. I am not going to let you and Finn and Hayes and Kelly be in danger. Because he\u2019s allowing this woman to\u2013 to be out on the streets, to escape justice. I\u2019m the only one that can stop this.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: No, you can\u2019t, Mom. Bill already bought a judge. He\u2019ll buy another and another. He\u2019ll do whatever it takes to keep Sheila out of prison\u2013<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: And you will end up in jail for the rest of your life.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Can you just shut it, Sheila? Shut it.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: You know, whether you believe me or not, I don\u2019t want to see your mother go to jail. Taylor, you saved my life and I saved yours. I\u2013 why can\u2019t we just live our lives? I mean, we can go on in peace and live in love and be with our families. Can you imagine your life without your grandchildren? Without your daughter or\u2013 or your son? And from what I understand, Thomas could really use his mother\u2019s guidance right now.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Don\u2019t you dare use my son and do not talk about him right now.<\/p>\n<p>Bill: That\u2019s not she\u2019s doing.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: That\u2019s exactly what she\u2019s doing. I can\u2019t believe you\u2019re defending her.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Let\u2019s just take a minute here, okay, and catch our breath. Let\u2019s start out by acknowledging a fact, that the woman standing before you today is not the same woman that you feared and loathed.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Because you\u2019ve changed? No, Sheila. We\u2019ve heard that before. We\u2019re not buying it.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Yeah, well whether you believe it or not, it\u2019s true.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Oh, you know nothing about the truth, Sheila.<\/p>\n<p>Bill: Sheila will not be a threat to you, to your mother or anyone else.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: It\u2019s true because I have everything I\u2019ve always wanted. To be appreciated, valued and most importantly, loved.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Oh, my god.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Sheila: I suppose we should\u2019ve expected it. Taylor turning herself in just to see me go back to jail, but the way Steffy was pleading with her to not go through with it\u2026 what do you think?<\/p>\n<p>Bill: If something comes up, we\u2019ll figure it out. Together.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: This doesn\u2019t make any sense. Bill is a lot of things, but he is not an idiot. He would never get involved with someone as diabolical as Sheila. Oh, we just heard. Sheila is free and it\u2019s all because of Bill.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I\u2019m glad you\u2019re okay.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I, uh, explained to Katie and Carter about the blackmail, but I didn\u2019t get into details.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: And we\u2019re not asking. I just couldn\u2019t be more stunned. I mean, I know Bill better than anyone. For him to defend Sheila and get her out of jail because he\u2019s personally involved with her? I mean, it just\u2013 it can\u2019t be possible.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, that\u2019s what I thought, but sadly, it\u2019s true.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yeah, Steffy and i were just over at Bill\u2019s and Sheila was with him.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I gotta talk to Bill. I gotta confront him.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I\u2019ll go with you.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: No, I think it\u2019s best if I go by myself.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: What if Sheila&#8217;s there?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I will handle her. The stakes are too big.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Sheila: It is unbelievable to me that in this very room, Taylor pulled a gun on you and shot you in the back. Thank god you survived.<\/p>\n<p>Bill: Hm. I doubt a lot of people would agree with you. Especially now.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Are you worried about what people think? Because I\u2019m not and\u2013 and I don&#8217;t. Oh, wait. There was that one time where I came back for my son\u2019s wedding and that did matter because I knew that the Forresters would be against me and that I was going to have to prove to them that I\u2013 I was a changed woman for them to accept me and let me be part of their family, but it really didn\u2019t really matter because Steffy refused to accept me and, you know what? All of the Forresters didn\u2019t and the Logans and that holds true to this day. But then, you came along. And this incredible thing happened between us. I never would\u2019ve guessed in a million years that you would\u2019ve been the man, the love that I\u2019ve been looking for all these years, but you are. You always will be.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Steffy: You should have seen my mom. She really let Bill have it.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Ugh. I mean, he\u2019s\u2013 he\u2019s blackmailing us. He\u2019s blackmailing us so that someone as dangerous as Sheila is free. Free to terrorize the people I love.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: My mom still wants to turn herself in.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Oh, there\u2013<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Put an end to this.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yeah, well, there wouldn\u2019t be anything to put an end too if I hadn\u2019t lost control that night and shot Bill.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Mom, stop. I know what happened is always gonna haunt you, but you can\u2019t keep doing this to yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I think about it. I don\u2019t even\u2013 I don\u2019t even recognize myself. It\u2019s\u2013 it\u2019s like I\u2013 I don\u2019t know who I was, you know? To actually pick up a gun, aim it and\u2013 and\u2013 and pull the trigger.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Mom, you need to stop beating yourself up. Bill has lost his mind and he\u2019s blackmailing us because he\u2019s supposedly in love with Sheila.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: What? Love?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Oh, yeah. Bill professed his love to Sheila right in front of my mom and me. Like anyone could ever love a woman like Sheila. It\u2019s like so vile. But, I guess the spell that she cast over him is working because he is committed to defending her. Bill is lost to Sheila and that is gonna destroy him. His love for her will destroy him.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>Bill: Meeting you, the time we spent together, I finally know what that\u2019s supposed to feel like. I love you, Sheila.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Katie: I know what happened. How Sheila avoided going back to prison, where she belongs. And you\u2019re involved and I don\u2019t\u2013 I don\u2019t understand that. I\u2019m just wrap my head around that and I can\u2019t, so that\u2019s why I\u2019m here because I\u2019m hoping that you can explain it to me because you don\u2019t do anything without a reason. Steffy and Finn say that you\u2019re blackmailing them and I\u2013 I\u2013 I don\u2019t know why and I don\u2019t really want to know what the specifics are, it doesn\u2019t matter. I just\u2013 I\u2019m just hoping that I could get through to you and maybe you could help me understand. I know you better than anyone. Maybe even better than you know yourself. You said that to me. You\u2019ve told me that. And\u2013 and this is not you. Sheila Carter? Bill, you know. You know all of the horrific things she\u2019s done. How can you defend her? Her presence in our lives. Her evil presence, it threatens all of us. Think about will. Think about our son. How are you going to explain this to him? How? How are you going to explain her? How could you even imagine her being anywhere near our child? [ Katie sighing ] I know you haven\u2019t been yourself lately, and I\u2019ve been really worried about you, I have and I know that you\u2013 you asked me to help you and I didn\u2019t and I\u2013 and I wish I could take that back. I wish I could and I\u2019m so, so sorry, but for you to do something like this, I\u2013 you\u2019re the one who was responsible for getting her arrested and that was a good thing. That was good. And now Steffy and Finn are\u2013 are saying that you\u2019re in some kind of relationship with her, which is crazy. It\u2019s\u2013 it\u2019s not possible. I get it. You\u2019re\u2013 you\u2019re depressed. I get it. You\u2019re\u2013 you\u2019re sad and you\u2019re lonely and I know what that feels like, I do. I know what it feels like. It feels horrible, but I can help you. I can help you with that. You don\u2019t have to turn to someone like Sheila Carter, you don&#8217;t. You don\u2019t because she will hurt you. That\u2019s all she\u2019s good at. That\u2019s what she does. You can\u2019t allow her into your life and into this home. You can\u2019t allow it, Bill.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: It\u2019s too late for that, Katie. You passed up on the greatest man alive and he exposed you to a life that you could never dream of. He\u2019s powerful and he\u2019s passionate and he\u2019s the love of my life and I\u2019m the love of his.<\/p>\n<p>[ Katie scoffing ]<\/p>\n<p>Katie: The love of his life. You have to listen to me, please. Please, just listen. She doesn\u2019t love you. She\u2019s not capable of it. She destroys. And she will take everything you love and care about and she will break it. You have to get her out of your life. You have to. If you don\u2019t, then we are at the mercy of her. All of us. You especially. You have to see that. Please tell me that you see that.
