She made a big mistake. She should&#8217;ve stayed undercover or left town immediately after escaping prison.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Oh, sorry to interrupt. Um. Did you ever hear what happened with our parents or?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: No. I&#8217;m guessing you haven&#8217;t either?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Nothing.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I&#8217;m dying to know what&#8217;s going on.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I feel the same.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I can&#8217;t believe we did this.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I can&#8217;t believe we did it. Oh, and the look on ridge&#8217;s face? Oh, gosh. He couldn&#8217;t believe we did it either.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Wow.<\/p>\n<p>[ Brooke sighing ] Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Are you sorry?<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I am.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: You are?<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: That we didn&#8217;t do this 30 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>[ Both laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: And what better way to celebrate than with this cake.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Oh, my gosh. Here, let me help you.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: This gorgeous cake.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Look at it. It&#8217;s so pretty. After all these years, we finally did it.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: We did.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Mm-hm.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: We kissed ridge goodbye. And that&#8217;s a kiss we can agree on.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yes.<\/p>\n<p>Bill: Why&#8217;re you looking at me like that?<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Nothing. Uh, it&#8217;s just a little weird to see you primping. Is that a diffuser?<\/p>\n<p>Bill: Yeah, sure is. Smells nice, right? I&#8217;m doing this for katie, liam, all right? She loves this stuff. I want her to feel totally comfortable when she comes over and ideally, she&#8217;s gonna stay for the rest of her life.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Are you expecting katie?<\/p>\n<p>Bill: She agreed to come by for a talk. And I&#8217;m hopeful that this is finally the night that I convince my katie to come home.<\/p>\n<p>[ Carter groaning ]<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Today turned out to be a longer day than I expected.<\/p>\n<p>[ Carter and katie laughing ] But I&#8217;m not complaining. I got to spend more time with you.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I was just thinking the same thing.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Let&#8217;s keep it going. Have dinner with me.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I would love to, but bill called and I agreed to see him.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Uh, I&#8217;m kinda surprised katie agreed to come over.<\/p>\n<p>Bill: Yeah, well, that&#8217;s why I&#8217;m encouraged. I mean, she could&#8217;ve just blow me off, but instead she agreed to come. I&#8217;m taking that as a positive sign.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah. I don&#8217;t know.<\/p>\n<p>Bill: I do. After tonight, things are gonna be very different for katie and me.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: So, you&#8217;re going to see bill.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I have to admit that I&#8217;m quite surprised, katie. You know what he wants. He&#8217;s gonna pressure you to take him back. Why put yourself through that again?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: He just doesn&#8217;t seem like himself. I&#8217;m worried about him.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Charlie said that my dad was with both of our moms. That has to mean that he&#8217;s made a decision.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Okay, but where is everybody and why haven&#8217;t we heard from anyone?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I don&#8217;t know. This is so weird.<\/p>\n<p>Charlie: Hi. Um, sorry to interrupt. I just wanted everybody to know that there is zero chance of sheila carter breaching this building. Why? Because I have my top security on this and I have eyes in the back of my head. See?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Ch&#8211; charlie, what exactly happened?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Yeah, did ridge leave here with my mom?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Or mine?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, this is sparkling water for you, my darling.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Ooh, the hard stuff.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Did you ever imagine in a million years that you and I could get to this moment at the same time?<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Never in a million years. I can&#8217;t believe this. I mean, after&#8211; after all this time, and&#8211; and ridge just waffling back between me and you and&#8211; it just became a way of life.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I know. It&#8217;s horrible. It went on so long that we came to accept it. You and I, we took our power back and it feels incredible.<\/p>\n<p>[ Both laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yes, it does. Did my father leave with my mother?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Or mine?<\/p>\n<p>Charlie: Y&#8211; you know I&#8211; I&#8211; I may have exaggerated just a little bit about having eyes in the back of my head. I really don&#8217;T. So, I don&#8217;t know which of the lovely ladies ridge left with.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Why not?<\/p>\n<p>Charlie: Because I didn&#8217;t see brooke or taylor or ridge leave the building. But, I do have camera footage, if you&#8217;d like to see it.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: No, I&#8211; I don&#8217;t really think that&#8217;s necessary, right?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Maybe we should text them?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Yes.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Good idea. Thanks, charlie.<\/p>\n<p>Charlie: Glad I could help.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: So, what&#8217;s got you so worried about bill all of a sudden?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: He just doesn&#8217;t sound like himself.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: And it&#8217;s on you to fix him?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: No, no. I&#8211; I&#8217;ve been through every bill mood there is, you know. The highs, the lows, the in-betweens. I just&#8211; I&#8217;ve just never heard him sound so&#8230; vulnerable.<\/p>\n<p>Bill: I&#8217;m telling you, liam. Katie and I are on the brink of a new beginning. I&#8217;m not saying I don&#8217;t have a lot of damage control ahead of me, but I&#8217;m willing to do whatever it takes and I think katie realizes that. I just want her to give me another chance.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: You know, I never wanted to be your life long enemy, brooke. &#8216;Cause you know why? You&#8217;re a bad ass. You.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Me?<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yes, you. You are. You&#8217;re&#8211; you&#8217;re so creative. You left a mark on the fashion industry, which is huge, and you&#8217;re really smart. And the hottest chemist I have ever seen.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: You know the best part though? You love your family. You&#8217;re a good mom. I could see how ridge was swept away.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Well, don&#8217;t underestimate yourself, taylor. I have respect for you too. What you&#8217;ve chosen to do with your life. How you get up every single morning determined to help people who are struggling. You are a healer and that is incredible.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: You know, this is the nicest we have ever been to each other.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: We haven&#8217;t had many chances to be nice.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Because we&#8217;ve been fighting over a stupid man.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I mean why? We&#8217;re parents. We&#8217;re grandparents.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Oh, god. How did we do this? How did we let this go on for so long?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: This is our opportunity to show the world that we can be strong and capable on our own.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: And that women should never bash each other, especially for a man. We should lift each other up.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Exactly.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke and taylor: Yes.<\/p>\n<p>[ Brooke sighing ]<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Let&#8217;s eat cake.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yes! I&#8211; I&#8211; I want us to make a vow to each other, right here, right now, okay? We will never fight over ridge again.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Vow taken.<\/p>\n<p>[ Taylor laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I mean, look, I know that we both played our parts in all of this, but god, the way that ridge just like ate up the attention from both of us for so long.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I know! And that was wrong, what he did. He left me, he went to you, he didn&#8217;t tell me why, he didn&#8217;t tell you why.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: No. No, and then he asked me to marry him and he basically left me at the altar again! Hm.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I&#8217;m sorry you had to go through that.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yeah. And the good news is they&#8217;re not over, just on pause. After tonight, we&#8217;re gonna put those spencer family gatherings right back on the calendar.<\/p>\n<p>Liam: Yeah, yeah, yeah and I&#8211; and I know that&#8217;s what you want. It&#8217;s not your job to monitor his emotional well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: You&#8217;re right. You&#8217;re absolutely right, but he is will&#8217;s father and that means that whatever he does affects will and I have to pay attention to that.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: You&#8217;re right, you&#8217;re right.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I have to go. I hurt you. I know that. And I regret it so very, very much.
