Just wanted to forewarn.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Good to know. Thanks. I mean, I can&#8217;t help it. But just you wait. Wait till you have a girlfriend. I walk in on you, that&#8217;s gonna be super weird. Yeah, whatever. Why don&#8217;t you actually have a girlfriend? What&#8217;s going on? I want to know about your dating life.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Uh, there&#8217;s not really anything to talk about.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Uh-huh?<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Not seeing anyone right now. Outside of work, I&#8217;m just focused on my son.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: So, ridge is coming home from aspen today?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: He&#8217;ll be landing anytime.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Well, I think it&#8217;s a good sign that he texted you.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah, but he&#8217;s not coming home alone. He&#8217;s been with taylor this whole time. They&#8217;re flying back to L.A., Together.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Well, thanks a lot, justin. You just made my life a whole lot more difficult. I didn&#8217;t think I&#8217;d be able to secure this deal. Now I&#8217;ve got to come up with a strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Justin: [Chuckling] Well, I&#8217;m glad I could be the cause of more work. That means that you&#8217;re starting to trust me a bit.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Don&#8217;t push it.<\/p>\n<p>Justin: Okay, I know. I have a lot to make up for.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Carter says you&#8217;ve been doing a lot of great work around here.<\/p>\n<p>Justin: Thanks. Uh, this place is refreshing. Inspiring. It&#8217;s a lot of positive energy.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Did justin barber just talk about positive energy?<\/p>\n<p>Justin: See, what can I say? I like it here. I&#8217;m using my law degree for something good. Helping people out while not tearing others down. But I must say, if you look at that deal, a lot of that work was carter. Those signatures, that&#8217;s all him. Speaking of, I actually have some forms that I need to get your wet signatures on. Do you mind if I come right back?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Yeah, of course.<\/p>\n<p>Justin: All right.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Hey, justin, um&#8230; I like seeing you like this.<\/p>\n<p>Justin: Thank you.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: There are plenty<\/p>\n<p>of people around here who think<\/p>\n<p>that you&#8217;re amazing, carter.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Like who?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: What are you plotting in here?<\/p>\n<p>[ Giggling ]<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Well, although I probably shouldn&#8217;t admit this to the C.O.O., I was, um, just daydreaming.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Hm. Depends on what you were daydreaming about.<\/p>\n<p>[ Giggling ]<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Well, I don&#8217;t want to distract you from your work.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Well, you&#8217;d be on my mind whether you were here or not.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Is that so?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: You haven&#8217;t been thinking about me?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I might have asked pam to text me when you got done with your meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Well, that explains the look she gave me. I thought it might have something to do with my sister.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: How is she?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: She&#8217;s heartbroken. She thought her marriage to ridge was solid and, all of a sudden, he&#8217;s leaving her. She can&#8217;t even say why.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I just want some answers. I need ridge to come home and explain to me what happened. I&#8211; I have no idea what happened. So, our marriage is over, and he&#8217;s suddenly with taylor? Why? And how? What&#8217;s going on?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Ridge said he&#8217;s coming over, right? So, that could be good.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Uh, yes. Yes, I suppose it could be. But, what if I can&#8217;t get through to him? I&#8211; I&#8211; I don&#8217;t know what else to do. And if I can&#8217;t, then our marriage could really be over.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I think it&#8217;s really great you&#8217;re enjoying this time with douglas.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: You&#8217;re not gonna give me a hard time about not dating?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: No. I&#8217;m too happy to give you a hard time.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: That&#8217;s a once in a lifetime thing.<\/p>\n<p>[ Car door thudding ]<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Car door. Hah!<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: What!<\/p>\n<p>[ Laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>[ Incoherent chatter ]<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Mom!<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I see you! I see you! Ah!<\/p>\n<p>[ Laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: I almost don&#8217;t believe it.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: You gotta believe it. We&#8217;re finally back together.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Forresters. The way we always wanted.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Oh, this is amazing.<\/p>\n<p>[ Thomas chuckling ]<\/p>\n<p>Ever notice how stiff clothes can feel rough on your skin?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: These ad buys are going to completely round out our full saturation approach. Thank you both very much.<\/p>\n<p>Justin &amp; carter: All in a day&#8217;s work.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Okay, let&#8217;s never do that again.<\/p>\n<p>Justin: Please, never.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: All right, here you go.<\/p>\n<p>Justin: All right. We&#8217;re all set. So, I&#8217;ll let you get back to it. Oh, and, uh, by the way, um, sorry to hear, word is getting around about brooke and ridge.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Yeah, well, I feel bad for my sister. I&#8217;m just hoping they can figure things out.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: You&#8217;re a loving, loyal sister, katie.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Well, I know how much ridge means to brooke and how hard they&#8217;ve fought for each other and their marriage. But until she talks to him, all I can do is worry, and I know she wouldn&#8217;t want me to do that. She would want me to be positive.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: And maybe I can help.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: You already have. Is that why you were looking for me? You thought I might need some cheering up?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Or I do. You gave me quite the ego boost the other day. You said I looked like a trout.<\/p>\n<p>[ Laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I just had no idea you, um&#8230; felt that way about me.<\/p>\n<p>[ Laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I find that hard to believe.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: It&#8217;s true.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Well, does that mean you&#8217;ve never thought about me?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: You were with bill.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Not anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Till quinn bailed on me, I thought I had something solid with her. But now&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Now you&#8217;re free to start something else.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, honey, you don&#8217;t have to wait around.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: You need me. I&#8217;m here.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Thank you. Actually, I would probably be driving myself absolutely crazy if you weren&#8217;t here. I still have so many questions.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: So, ridge didn&#8217;t give you any sort of clue as to why he is now with taylor?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: No. I mean, yeah, there was that kiss in monaco that they had, but ridge explained that. He said he didn&#8217;t want that to impact our relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Well, I know thomas and steffy took it as a sign that their parents should be together.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah. Steffy made sure that everybody knew, she wouldn&#8217;t let up, that&#8217;s for sure.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: But I thought that ridge made it clear to her that he was committed to you.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Yeah, he didn&#8217;T. He told me the same thing. And I actually believed him. I was just not gonna let anything or anybody come between us. Not steffy, not taylor, not the situation with thomas and douglas. Yeah, sure, sure, we were struggling a little bit, but we were working our way through things. And actually, we were in a good place.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: But thomas, steffy and taylor weren&#8217;t going to accept that, so they drove a wedge between the two of you.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: And I really hate to say it, but I think that maybe it worked.<\/p>\n<p>[ Forresters laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Here you go. That&#8217;s for mom.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Thank you.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Love birds.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Thank you.<\/p>\n<p>Thomsa: You know, dad, if you have, uh, some luggage, I can&#8211; I can bring yours down, too.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, we can bring the bags up to mom&#8217;s room. We could do that. Yeah, we should do that.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: You don&#8217;t need to fuss over us. Stop.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Come on, we would do anything for you guys.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, we should be doing more. You know what we should do? When the kids get home, we should have a barbecue.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: When the kids get home? They&#8217;re not gettin&#8217; out?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: They&#8217;re not here yet. They&#8217;re very excited to do, like, an elaborate tea party for you. It&#8217;s really cute.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: You know, seeing you guys together, this is just, like&#8230; it&#8217;s so amazing.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: All feels right in the world now, you know? Us. We&#8217;re back together. And our beautiful, amazing, brilliant, wonderful kids are finally off our back.<\/p>\n<p>[ Ridge gasping ]<\/p>\n<p>[ Laughing]<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: No, really. No, really. It&#8217;s&#8211; this is&#8211; this is everything I&#8217;ve&#8211; I&#8217;ve ever wanted. For all of us.<\/p>\n<p>Music (&#8220;I swear&#8221;) plays<\/p>\n<p>Carter: You know, we used to spend a lot of time together.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: We used to do a lot of talking about bill and quinn. I don&#8217;t wanna do that anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: No argument here.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I do have one more question, though.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Yes, she&#8217;s really gone. And after speaking with shauna, I don&#8217;t think she&#8217;s ever coming back.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Well, I think that&#8217;s for the best, honestly.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Would you have wanted a clean break from bill?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Bill and I have a son. He&#8217;s always gonna be in my life. But honestly, we haven&#8217;t, um, connected as a couple in a while.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Mm.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Which is why I&#8217;m curious.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: About me and quinn?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Yeah. You know, she had success, she had security. She&#8217;s a world-renowned jewelry designer. She was mrs. Eric forrester, and yet, she risked it all for you.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Thanks?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: No, it&#8217;s just, you know, besides all of your success and talents. You obviously shook quinn to her core. Caused a seismic shift in her life.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: And that idea intrigues you?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: It does. Was the chemistry that hot?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: You can&#8217;t lose hope. Because there is still a chance. And I know you still love him, and I have to believe that he still loves you.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: He does love me. He told me he always will. But that doesn&#8217;t mean we&#8217;ll be together.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Mom, I know you and I know you will be able to get through to him.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: I hope so, honey. But I am one small voice. He has his other family shouting in his ear all the time.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I know, because they&#8217;re trying to make it seem as if their connection and their love is more valid than yours when it is not. You are ridge&#8217;s wife.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: You&#8217;re right. You are. You&#8217;re right. And I don&#8217;t want to be at war with taylor and her kids. I don&#8217;T. God, I just want my husband back. That&#8217;s all.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Okay. I want details. Like I was there.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I assume that she told you every detail ad nauseam at this point.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Yeah, well, I mean, have you ever heard her tell a story? It&#8217;s like&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Excuse me?<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Steffy has good stories.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yes, I do.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Okay, look, things seemed kind of bleak before you left for aspen. I mean, mom, you were thinking about leaving L.A.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Well, that was the plan. But steffy convinced me to go to aspen and think things through. Don&#8217;t make any rash decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I mean, as much as I love your dad, I knew that he was torn and he was trying to make his marriage work. And our feelings for each other were making things very complicated, and it&#8211; it just didn&#8217;t feel right.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Hey!<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: But then he said that he came there to find me. Because he realized that I was the one that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: And she didn&#8217;t believe me.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I mean, I&#8211; I wanted to believe you.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Eh.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I did, I did. But I was&#8211; I was bawling my eyes out. And I was really fighting my feelings. So, naturally, I ran from them.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: And from me.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Yes.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: But he didn&#8217;t let me get away. No matter how far or fast I ran, he didn&#8217;t give up.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Can we please&#8211; can we please stop running? I&#8217;m gonna have a heart attack.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Then stop chasing me.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: But I&#8217;m not that man anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: Okay, what kind of man are you now?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I&#8217;m a man who&#8217;s standing on a mountain in front of this beautiful woman, telling her that we can do this. That I&#8217;m not gonna let her down anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: I want to be a better man.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: And you make me a better man. I want to be with you.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: For always. And she was so deeply moved that she said&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: What the hell took you so long?<\/p>\n<p>[ Chuckling ] Cps agent: Child protective services.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Hello. Thomas?<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: No, no, I was just, uh, just thinking. Uh, so then brooke showed up?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Not that it mattered. It was too late.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Yeah. No, I just thought that maybe she was trying to plead her case.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Why can&#8217;t you take some responsibility and just say it? Say to me.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Say what?<\/p>\n<p>Thomas: Brooke didn&#8217;t say anything?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Why are we talking about brooke? What are we doing? I&#8217;m here with your mom, and yes, there&#8217;s only one question I have, and you&#8217;re right. What took me so long?<\/p>\n<p>[ Laughing ]<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: See? I knew I&#8211; it was&#8211; it was valid. Good question.<\/p>\n<p>[ Mouthing ] Research shows that people remember ads with young people<\/p>\n<p>Katie: It&#8217;s a serious question. What?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I&#8217;m just thinking, if bill heard you right now.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Is that really what you&#8217;re thinking?<\/p>\n<p>Katie: I made it very clear that I&#8217;m not interested in pursuing things with bill.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I do want to make one thing clear, though.<\/p>\n<p>Katie: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I didn&#8217;t never give you a thought. I&#8217;ve always noticed how incredible you are. How smart. How strong.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Beautiful. How sexy.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: What I share with ridge is more than history. We are connected on the deepest level. And taylor and her children, they&#8217;ve never understood that. They&#8217;ve never been able to accept it. But I am not giving up on ridge.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Our love story is not coming to an end.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: I just&#8211; then&#8211; then, yeah. I&#8217;m just standing back for a second because I&#8230; I like seeing you guys laughing together. Those&#8211; those are precious moments. We don&#8217;t have too many of those. I mean, that&#8217;s something that steffy and finn have taught us, right?<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: That is&#8211; that is so true. And thank you for that. You know? You know, this moment, right here, that we&#8217;re living right now, I&#8211; I really didn&#8217;t think it was possible. And I didn&#8217;t think it would ever happen. Until your dad caught up with me on the top of that mountain and proved to me that anything is possible.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Hm.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: True love wins in the end, we&#8217;re happy, we&#8217;re together and we&#8217;re ready to build the rest of our lives together.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor: We did it, ridge.
