And that is why I need to know exactly what happened to Ashland Locke yesterday. I want to know what he did every minute leading up to his death. And you\u2019re gonna help me do it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kevin:<\/strong> Me? What can I do? I\u2019m not a cop. I can\u2019t interrogate people. And while I\u2019m sure his car has plenty of microchips inside, you really need a mechanic to analyze that data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chance:<\/strong> Go see the medical examiner. She takes her coffee with two sugars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kevin<\/strong>: But I have nothing to do with it in her office. She doesn\u2019t even technically work for the GCPD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chance:<\/strong> Go see her and tell her how much you like that fantasy role-playing game.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kevin:<\/strong> Oh, she plays that, too?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chance:<\/strong> That\u2019s what I hear. And that\u2019s why you\u2019re the perfect man for the job.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kevin:<\/strong> Unless you\u2019re suggesting that Ashland\u2019s death had something to do with the search for a mythical orb, I fail to see the connection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chance:<\/strong> You can take this shared interest, and you can butter her up, man. Get friendly. Yeah? I mean, ask her to join your, uh \u2014 whatever it is you call a group of people who play that game.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kevin<\/strong>: A guild.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chance:<\/strong> Yes. Yes. Guild. And then once you two are guild buddies \u2014 yeah? \u2014 You make sure she knows that that autopsy is our top priority.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kevin:<\/strong> [Sighs] Alright. I guess that\u2019s simple enough.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chance:<\/strong> And you make sure you know that police report by heart, man.
