Lorraine\u2019s in the past for a reason, so hope you didn\u2019t call to reminisce. Working in New York was a long time ago. Things are a little fuzzy.<\/p>\n<p>Phyllis: This is about something in the here and now.<\/p>\n<p>Harmony: Okay. What\u2019s on your mind?<\/p>\n<p>Phyllis: We need to talk about you and Nina.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Nina: Where\u2019s my aunt?<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Uh, she\u2019s running a little behind.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: [ Sighs ] Alright. I\u2019ll be at a table.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Wait, wait. Whoa, whoa. Hang on. Hang on. Come on, now. Come. Come on. Sit down. I kept you out of prison. Can you at least sit with me while we wait for Liesl?<\/p>\n<p>Nina: Fine.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Okay. Ahh. There we go. Bygones be bygones, huh?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Marshall: Why were you talking with Sonny Corinthos?<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: We were talking about a run-in you two had. Care to explain?<\/p>\n<p>Marshall: What exactly did he say?<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: He said that you\u2019d been hostile. And I know it\u2019s not the first time. Why is that?<\/p>\n<p>Marshall: [ Chuckles ] Told you before. I don\u2019t trust Sonny\u2019s type.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: Yeah, well, I have noticed that every time Sonny\u2019s name is mentioned, you have a strong reaction. It almost feels personal.<\/p>\n<p>Marshall: Well, I have a personal aversion to mob kingpins.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: Marshall, look. I know you can duck and dodge with the best of them. Hell, you\u2019ve been doing that since you\u2019ve arrived in Port Charles. But if bringing you into my life means bringing trouble to the doorstep of the house that Portia and I share\u2026 man, I need to know.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Esme: I have nowhere to go. Is there any way I could stay with you?<\/p>\n<p>Portia: I bet you anything that that girl is the one behind the video of Joss and Cam. Ugh. I\u2019m just so relieved that Trina is finally out of Esme\u2019s orbit.<\/p>\n<p>Taggert: Yeah, she\u2019s a piece of work, that one. Takes every little bit of me not to give old Esme and lover-boy Spencer a piece of my mind.<\/p>\n<p>Portia: If I have to bite my tongue, so can you.<\/p>\n<p>Taggert: [ Sighs ]<\/p>\n<p>Portia: [ Chuckles ] Besides, Trina would be mortified.<\/p>\n<p>Taggert: Yeah, well, that\u2019s the only thing stopping me.<\/p>\n<p>Portia: Have I told you recently what a good father you are?<\/p>\n<p>Taggert: Having a great daughter like Trina makes it easy. I got lucky.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>[ Indistinct conversations ]<\/p>\n<p>Dante: Josslyn. Hey.<\/p>\n<p>Josslyn: Hey.<\/p>\n<p>Dante: What are you doing here? Are you looking for Detective Lopez?<\/p>\n<p>Josslyn: No, no. Actually, I\u2019m just waiting for Trina. Commissioner Ashford says she has a couple questions for her. Shouldn\u2019t take long.<\/p>\n<p>Dante: Right. Uh\u2026 you might want to head home because it might take longer than you think.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Jordan: Have a seat. This is just an informal chat, but it might disrupt your plans for the evening. Is there anyone you need to call?<\/p>\n<p>Trina: I\u2019m missing a lecture. But I can get the notes from my study partner. This is more important.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: I see. Well, as you\u2019ve already figured out, I\u2019ve called you in because we\u2019re investigating what happened to Josslyn and Cameron. Are you comfortable answering a few questions?<\/p>\n<p>Trina: Ask me anything. I want to help you find the person that set my friends up. And I hope you make them pay for it.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Nikolas: You want to stay at Wyndemere?<\/p>\n<p>Esme: I know it\u2019s an imposition, but it wouldn\u2019t be forever. Just until I can get on my feet.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolas: You have to understand \u2014 you and Spencer have broken up. Having you come and stay in his family home, it would put me in an awkward position, Esme, especially given the fragile state of Spencer and my relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Esme: I understand.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolas: I\u2019m so glad.<\/p>\n<p>Esme: You\u2019ve turned your back on me, too.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Josslyn: Really don\u2019t mind waiting for Trina to be done. I mean, she\u2019s had a lot to deal with since that night at the cabin.<\/p>\n<p>Dante: Well, I think you\u2019ve had the most to deal with since that night at the cabin. Trina\u2019s your friend. She wants to help you.<\/p>\n<p>Josslyn: Trina\u2019s my best friend. And the person that you should be talking to is Spencer\u2019s psycho girlfriend, Esme Prince. Have you brought her in yet?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Esme: You believe the horrible things people are saying about me.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolas: Esme, I\u2019m no stranger to unfair accusations. I don\u2019t believe everything I hear.<\/p>\n<p>Esme: Too bad Spence doesn\u2019t share your discernment. He\u2019s taking Trina\u2019s word over mine.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolas: It is hard to believe that Trina would betray Joss and Cam in that way.<\/p>\n<p>Esme: Trina\u2019s got everybody fooled. Believe me, she is no saint.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolas: I don\u2019t believe in labeling people saints or sinners. Everyone is capable of both. But I do trust my wife\u2019s instincts, and Ava thinks very highly of Trina.<\/p>\n<p>Esme: Right. Much more highly than she thinks of me.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Jordan: Trina, you don\u2019t recall seeing anyone enter Josslyn and Cameron\u2019s room at the cabin besides them?<\/p>\n<p>Trina: No. But there was plenty of chances for her to do it.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: Her?<\/p>\n<p>Trina: Esme Prince. She\u2019s behind this.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: Both Josslyn and Cameron\u2019s statements indicate that Spencer and Esme left earlier that evening. Did you see or hear anything that would lead you to believe it was Esme who set up the camera?<\/p>\n<p>Trina: [ Exhales sharply ] Nothing concrete, but who else would have done it? There were big blocks of time when we were all in the cabin and Esme was unaccounted for. She had means, motive, and opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: Where were you when Spencer and Esme left?<\/p>\n<p>Trina: I was in my room. Uh, I didn\u2019t actually see them leave.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: How long were you in your room?<\/p>\n<p>Trina: A few hours. I was feeling a bit\u2026off.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: I know about the drinking game, and although I do not condone underage drinking, that\u2019s not what I\u2019m interested in right now.<\/p>\n<p>Trina: [ Sighs ] Clearly, I\u2019m a lightweight when it comes to drinking. I had one hot toddy, and it, like, put me out.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: You blacked out.<\/p>\n<p>Trina: Yeah. Pretty much.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: Let me remind you, even though this is just an informal conversation, you can call a parent or legal advocate.<\/p>\n<p>Trina: Thanks. But I don\u2019t want to bother them. Besides, I have nothing to hide.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Marshall: I doubt any of this will come knocking at your \u2014 your new home, but your club, man, that\u2019s a different story.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: What about The Savoy?<\/p>\n<p>Marshall: Curtis, I\u2019ve worked enough clubs as a musician to see how these mob types, they \u2014 they get their hooks into club owners, and then \u2014 then their clubs become their personal playground.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: There have been offers, and I have refused them.<\/p>\n<p>Marshall: See? See? And those offers, they can quickly become demands.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: That\u2019s not the case with Sonny.<\/p>\n<p>Marshall: Where do you get the notion that Sonny corinthos is some sort of benevolent don? TJ wants to believe this, too.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: Years ago, TJ witnessed a shooting. Jordan and I were limited as to what we could do, and\u2026 Sonny was there to protect him.<\/p>\n<p>Marshall: Whew. I never knew that.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: I wouldn\u2019t call the man benevolent, but he is most certainly conscientious. He was there for TJ when it mattered most.<\/p>\n<p>Marshall: Well, my issue with Sonny isn\u2019t personal. I just don\u2019t want the man to suddenly decide to call in his debts.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: You sure that\u2019s all it is?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Phyllis: I couldn\u2019t violate Nina\u2019s privacy back in the day. But now I can tell you that Nina was my patient and in a coma. Nina gave birth, and her mother tricked me into giving her child away.<\/p>\n<p>Harmony: That\u2019s so tragic. Um, why are you telling me this?<\/p>\n<p>Phyllis: To make you understand. Nina\u2019s had so much loss in her life, yet she still has the capacity to love. That love extends to the grandson you two share. So talk to your daughter. Convince Willow and Michael that Nina is no threat to Wiley. You have a winning way about you. I remember how well you got along with Nina\u2019s mother, Madeline.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Nina: Scotty, you and Aunt Liesl conspired without me knowing, and you put Willow on the stand.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Yeah, yeah, I know. To save you from jail! Now, I\u2019m not going to apologize for that.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: Well, I\u2019m not going to apologize for resenting you for ignoring my wishes.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Yeah, but \u2014 [ Sighs ] See, the reason why I did that was \u2019cause I knew you wouldn\u2019t approve of my strategy. And I can see why you feel like you were blindsided in \u2014 in court.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: Well, that almost sounded like an apology.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Well, that\u2019s about the best you\u2019re gonna get from me because I\u2019m not sorry for keeping you out of jail. So come on. Let\u2019s \u2014 let\u2019s put this behind us. You\u2019re Liesl\u2019s niece, and I\u2019m her boyfriend.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: What is taking her so long?!<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Rush hour.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: [ Groans ] Okay. I suppose I only have two options here. \u201cA,\u201d I could reschedule.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Yeah? Two?<\/p>\n<p>Nina: Or, \u201cB,\u201d order a cocktail and\u2026 enjoy the company.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Trish. Two martinis. On me.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Alexis: Well, you don\u2019t have to worry about me being alone because Harmony is gonna stay here for a little bit. Quelle surprise. It appears you have an opinion about that.<\/p>\n<p>Molly: Well, inviting Harmony to live here is a big deal.<\/p>\n<p>Alexis: Honey, she\u2019s having a hard time. She\u2019s just gonna stay here until she can afford a place of her own.<\/p>\n<p>Molly: Where\u2019s she been staying? Her car? What happened?<\/p>\n<p>Alexis: None of your business. Again with the eyes. Alright. Listen. Why don\u2019t you just use your words, get it all out, get it off your chest so I don\u2019t have to stand here and be questioned like a little girl?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Jordan: The reason I called you in here is because we received a call on the tip line implicating you in what happened to Josslyn and Cameron. The caller claims to have seen you watching the video on your phone weeks ago, well before the video was released online.<\/p>\n<p>Trina: [ Scoffs ] No, that\u2019s \u2014 that\u2019s impossible. I never had that video on my phone except when someone sent it to me. And even then, I deleted it right away. Wait. I-I can prove it. Check my phone.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: Trina, you are not required to hand over your phone.<\/p>\n<p>Trina: It\u2019s fine. I\u2019m volunteering. I want you to know that this \u201ctipster,\u201d who I\u2019m going to bet is Esme, is lying. I\u2019m sorry. There\u2019s like a thousand things in my bag.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: Can you describe your phone?<\/p>\n<p>Trina: Black smartphone with a purple case.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: And you only have one?<\/p>\n<p>Trina: Why would I need two? Here it is.<\/p>\n<p>[ Cellphone chimes ]<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: I thought you only had one phone.<\/p>\n<p>Trina: I do. It\u2019s my study partner. Wondering why I missed lecture. This is my phone.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: Then who does this belong to?<\/p>\n<p>Trina: I have no clue. Please. Believe me. I-I have no idea how that one got in my bag.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Scott: How\u2019s the Colonel? You know, the Kentucky Fried brother of Cyrus?<\/p>\n<p>Nina: Oh, that\u2019s just great. Ava\u2019s been talking. Did she also tell you that I\u2019m considering suing for visitation of Wiley?<\/p>\n<p>Scott: You mean petitioning for visitation because you still got to go to court, and it\u2019s \u2014 it\u2019s kind of a tough sell.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: No, that\u2019s not how Martin described it.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Yeah, well, he might have oversold it to you. You know, uh, billable hours.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: Are you saying that a New York State law won\u2019t guarantee that I have access to my own grandson?<\/p>\n<p>Scott: You have a standing for a petition.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: That\u2019s just great. Martin\u2019s not in Port Charles right now. He\u2019s checking on his mother. So we\u2019ve put a pin in my legal action.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Well, now\u2026 I\u2019m available. Oh! Family rate.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: I really don\u2019t think it\u2019d be a good idea for you to represent me again. Plus, I have a plan in the works, and it does not involve the inside of a courtroom.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Now, why is that? Why don\u2019t you want to go down the legal road? Is it the same reason why you didn\u2019t want me to put Willow on the stand?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Phyllis: Your friendship with Madeline reeves was such a surprise. Whew. She was an ice queen. So cold to anyone she considered to be \u201cthe help.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Harmony: Are you sure you\u2019re remembering correctly? Because I-I actually don\u2019t remember a Madeline reeves.<\/p>\n<p>Phyllis: Oh. Sure you do. The attractive blonde in the penthouse apartment? The two of you used to walk dogs together.<\/p>\n<p>Harmony: Oh. Right. Yes. With the \u2014 with the toy poodle. Yeah. Um, I didn\u2019t know she was Nina\u2019s mother. Mm-hmm. I just knew her as Madeline. And we were not friends. We were \u2014 we were, like, cordial at best.<\/p>\n<p>Phyllis: Hmm. That\u2019s not how it looked to me. I remember you laughing and talking together. I was shocked that she could be that friendly to anyone.<\/p>\n<p>Harmony: I see what\u2019s going on here. Yeah. You didn\u2019t \u2014 you didn\u2019t call me of your own accord. Well, you can pass this message on to Nina. Point taken. It\u2019s under consideration. Good day.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Curtis: Okay. Let\u2019s put this to rest right now. Your issue with Sonny Corinthos, it has nothing to do with why you were hiding all those years?<\/p>\n<p>[ Cellphone ringing ]<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: Excuse me. I got to take this. Do what you gotta do, son.<\/p>\n<p>[ Cellphone ringing ]<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: Well, I\u2019m glad you decided to call me. I could definitely use your help.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: I haven\u2019t changed my mind about Marshall&#8217;s sealed records. This is about something else entirely.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: What is it?<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: Well, since we recently discussed ethics, I need your advice.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: My advice about what?<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: Well, you know how a member of law enforcement should not contact the family of a suspect being questioned? What about contacting a family friend?<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: Uh, well, that depends on the suspect in the situation.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: Suppose the P.O.I. Is the daughter of a longtime friend and former partner of said law-enforcement officer. Maybe there\u2019s some ethical space to contact a family friend, someone who\u2019s close to the mother of the suspect?<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: You\u2019re talking about Trina. Jordan, what\u2019s going on?<\/p>\n<p>Jordan: This is hypothetical. I\u2019m just wondering if I should contact a family friend to let them know that a young lady is being questioned at the station right now and has refused legal counsel.<\/p>\n<p>Curtis: Hypothetically, that friend of the family would be grateful. Thanks, Jordan. Uh, something\u2019s come up with Trina. We\u2019ll continue this conversation later?<\/p>\n<p>Marshall: Of course. I mean, we\u2019ve always been wonderful co-parents, but I\u2019m just glad that we\u2019re still friends. And I really appreciate you wishing me and Curtis well. [ Chuckles ] Are you really good with us moving in together?<\/p>\n<p>Taggert: And moving on? I mean, Portia \u2014 you, me, Trina, we\u2019re family. Why wouldn\u2019t I be okay with my family being happy?<\/p>\n<p>[ Cellphone rings ]<\/p>\n<p>Portia: Oh! Were your ears burning? Trina\u2019s where?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Nikolas: Ava and I are grateful that you encouraged Spencer to reconcile with us.<\/p>\n<p>Esme: But her gratitude stops short of letting me sleep under her roof. She\u2019ll forgive Spence because he\u2019s your son, but not me.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolas: That\u2019s unfair.<\/p>\n<p>Esme: Ava doesn\u2019t know what it\u2019s like to be abandoned. I mean, not the way that Spence and I do. And you\u2026 Spence told me how you grew up \u2014 first in Greece, then out on Spoon Island, isolated, not even knowing your mother until you were 16.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolas: Those were lonely days.<\/p>\n<p>Esme: I thought my lonely days were over when I met Spence. I was an orphan. After my parents died, it was just me and my nanny. Then she took another position, and I was sent away to school. Spence understood because he felt that pain himself. He became my family. Now he has his family back, and I no longer have him. I have no one.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolas: I\u2019m sorry. This has been so hard on you, Esme. But I can\u2019t appear to take sides.<\/p>\n<p>Esme: Then I guess I\u2019ll have to leave Port Charles. I\u2019m out of places to stay or people that care about me. Everyone hates me here.<\/p>\n<p>[ Cellphone rings ]<\/p>\n<p>Nikolas: I\u2019m sorry. Esme, sit tight. We\u2019ll figure something out. Hi. I\u2019m at the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Esme: Wonder where they\u2019re rushing off to. To Trina, the saint.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Alexis: I mean, any more issues you can tell me. Just, you know, do it now because she\u2019s gonna be here any minute.<\/p>\n<p>Molly: Harmony\u2019s coming for dinner?<\/p>\n<p>Alexis: Is that a problem?<\/p>\n<p>TJ: Alexis, w-we don\u2019t know Harmony well enough to have any issues with her, but Shawn was concerned and he wanted us to keep an eye out on her.<\/p>\n<p>Alexis: Really?<\/p>\n<p>Molly: Mom. Okay. Shawn cares about you. You know he does. But he doesn\u2019t really trust Harmony, and he\u2019s concerned that she still has some secrets.<\/p>\n<p>Alexis: Who doesn\u2019t? And whatever secrets Harmony may have does not concern you, you, or Shawn.<\/p>\n<p>[ Door opens ]<\/p>\n<p>[ Harmony clears throat ]<\/p>\n<p>[ Door closes ]<\/p>\n<p>Harmony: [ Chuckles ] Guess my keys work. She hasn\u2019t \u2014 she hasn\u2019t responded to my texts!<\/p>\n<p>Scott: I\u2019m \u2014 I\u2019m sure she\u2019ll be along.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: You don\u2019t seem concerned or the least bit worried. Wait a second. Did Liesl set me up and she made me sit with you while I was waiting for her?<\/p>\n<p>Scott: I can\u2019t confirm that. Or deny it.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: Oh, okay. That\u2019s it. I am out of here. I cannot believe that you manipulated me again.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Wait a minute. I thought we were over this Willow thing.<\/p>\n<p>Nina: Well, you thought wrong. We\u2019re not.<\/p>\n<p>Scott: Ohh. Come on. You know what? I-I\u2019m gonna give it to you straight.
