It&#8217;s not gonna change anything. I just hate being captive.<\/p>\n<p>[Sighs] You seem so zen.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Well, for once, I&#8217;m not worried about what&#8217;s going on at home right now, whereas you&#8230; you have every right to be.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: It just makes me feel so nervous that sheila is out there. I don&#8217;t know. I&#8217;m starting to think that I-I-I should miss the meeting and go home to be with finn and the kids.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Finn?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I can&#8217;t believe this. She&#8217;s outside our door. This can&#8217;t happen.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: Don&#8217;t you see it&#8217;s the perfect opportunity? Steffy&#8217;s on a plane. Kelly&#8217;s with a sitter. It&#8217;s just you and me here.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: No.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: Sheila will be in and out before you know it. Just let her see you and hayes, and she&#8217;ll be gone for good. It&#8217;s what&#8217;s best, finn, for your family and ours.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: You are so precious to me. I hope you know that.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Well, if I didn&#8217;t, you&#8217;re convincing me. You could&#8217;ve walked out that door and never come back. Nobody would&#8217;ve blamed you. You&#8217;re a beautiful, vibrant woman in the prime of her life with needs that I&#8230; I can&#8217;t fulfill.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Stop talking like this is a permanent condition.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: What if it is, quinn? What if it is?<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Then I&#8217;ll love you anyway.<\/p>\n<p>[Door opens]<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: So it&#8217;s true. You&#8217;re back together.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Here I thought carter was wrong, that he misinterpreted something.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: How could you do this, eric? How could you take quinn back after the way she betrayed you?<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Okay, look, I realize this isn&#8217;t the outcome that either of you wanted, but it&#8217;s what eric and i want, both of us. So why don&#8217;t we try to be big people here and let things be as they are?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, yeah, you&#8217;d like that, wouldn&#8217;t you, for us just to forget about what you did?<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Eric forgave me.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: But he shouldn&#8217;t have.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Well, that&#8217;s not really your call, ridge, or yours. Look, I appreciate that you love eric and want what&#8217;s best for him, but he&#8217;s decided that that&#8217;s me. We&#8217;re not getting divorced. I&#8217;m not moving out, so why don&#8217;t you get off his case? He has enough to deal with.<\/p>\n<p>[Air traffic control chatter]<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Do you think I&#8217;m overreacting?<\/p>\n<p>Hope: About sheila? No. I mean, is that even possible?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I mean, finn is more than capable of standing his ground. It&#8217;s just, I don&#8217;t know. Um&#8230; I have a feeling that I-I shouldn&#8217;t be here. Something&#8217;s telling me I need to be home with finn and the kids.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Well, did you work it out? Are they both here&#8211; finn and hayes?<\/p>\n<p>Jack: Yes.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Then I wanna come in.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: I need more time to get through to my son. Stay put.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: But, uh&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Is she gone?<\/p>\n<p>Jack: No, but you want her to be, right?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: That&#8217;s how it has to be.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: No. This is how you do it. You allow sheila this moment, and steffy will never have to worry about her again.<\/p>\n<p>Tums vs. Mozzarella stick<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: You didn&#8217;t waste any time, did you?<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: I beg your pardon?<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Your portrait back above the fireplace. You got it there lickety split.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Quinn had nothing to do with that. I asked carter to bring that back. Fortunately, he hadn&#8217;t thrown it out.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Eric, have you forgotten what she did?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: No. I&#8217;m glad to say that my brain is working just fine.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: No one is saying anything about your brain. She had an affair with carter under your nose.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: She turned to another man, and why? No good reason as far as I can see.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Look, you don&#8217;t you don&#8217;t know what was going on between us.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, so you&#8217;re saying that she&#8217;s justified in sleeping with carter?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: No, I&#8217;m saying that I bear some responsibility for this.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, god.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: How is that? You&#8217;re&#8211;that&#8217;s not true.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I pushed her right into carter&#8217;s arms.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Oh, eric, please stop. There&#8217;s no good reason for her to betray you like that.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: It&#8217;s way more complicated than either one of you realizes. The point is quinn is still my wife.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Eric and I have faced challenges before. This time won&#8217;t be any different.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: I really thought we&#8217;d seen the last of sheila.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: You know what scares me? There&#8217;s a blood tie, and that means she&#8217;s never gonna be gone.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: But you told finn to keep her away, right?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, but he can only try so much. It&#8217;s sheila we&#8217;re talking about. She&#8217;s relentless.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: You&#8217;re really worried, aren&#8217;t you?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, of course I am. You know what she&#8217;s capable of. She&#8217;s hayes&#8217; biological grandmother. I don&#8217;t think she&#8217;s gonna disappear.<\/p>\n<p>Hope: Well, maybe she will for finn. I mean, he&#8217;s her son after all, and I could understand her wanting to stay on decent terms with him, even if it is for selfish reasons, but I mean, does finn even want to get to know sheila for himself?<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: That can&#8217;t happen. He needs to keep her as far away from hayes as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: How long am i supposed to wait out here?<\/p>\n<p>Jack: 10 minutes. That&#8217;s all I&#8217;m asking. Go get hayes. I&#8217;ll let sheila in. We&#8217;ll meet in the middle. Give her her moment. She&#8217;ll be history.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: That can&#8217;t happen.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: Damn it, it has to.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: I wanna hold my grandson in my arms just once.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: Just impossible. Finn and steffy would never allow it.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Jack, you have to make it happen, then your secret will be safe. Your life will never change.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Dad, are you listening to me? Why do you care so much?<\/p>\n<p>Jack: Because I want her out of our lives as much as steffy and the forresters do, believe me, and this is how we accomplish that. I know what I&#8217;m talking about, finn. I got rid of sheila before. Just give her this one moment, and we&#8217;ll never have to deal with her again.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: There&#8217;s no way you can be sure of that.<\/p>\n<p>[Door closes] Sorry. I couldn&#8217;t wait any longer.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: You think barging in here without being invited is helping your cause?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: You can&#8217;t be here. You gotta go.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Well, it hurts me to hear you say that, but I understand. I really&#8211; I really do.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: You&#8217;ve heard nothing but terrible things about me, finn, but please listen to your father. He&#8217;s telling you the truth. I just wanted to see you one more time and hold my grandson. Look, we&#8217;re halfway there. I&#8217;m standing here. I&#8217;m looking at you. All that&#8217;s left is for you to put hayes in my arms. Please, finn. Just allow me this one thing. Moment of truth.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Look, I know you don&#8217;t approve of me or particularly like me. You hate that my portrait is on the wall and that I&#8217;m back in this house.<\/p>\n<p>Brooke: Eric never should have married you in the first place.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Well, he did, brooke, for better or for worse. And that means sometimes challenges come up, and we face them together, right?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Absolutely.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: So just so I understand, so sleeping with another man is just another challenge?<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Are you gonna say that? I mean, what, your marriage to brooke has been smooth sailing this whole time? Neither of you has ever strayed? Yeah, I don&#8217;t think you wanna go there. Look, I appreciate that you always think about eric with concern, but he&#8217;s a grown man. And he doesn&#8217;t need you to dictate his life to him. Besides, there is a lot more going on here that you don&#8217;t know about, so if you really care about your father, you will just let him be.<\/p>\n<p>[Jet roaring]<\/p>\n<p>[Ding]<\/p>\n<p>Pilot: Sorry, ladies, we&#8217;re still in a bit of a holding pattern. I really do. Steffy and the forresters think I&#8217;m evil incarnate. I&#8217;m sure steffy laid down the law saying that under no circumstances am I to go anywhere near you or hayes. But I&#8217;m here now. Steffy&#8217;s not. Jack told me that she&#8217;s&#8211; she&#8217;s out of town. She&#8217;s&#8211;she&#8217;s never gonna know that I saw my grandson.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I can&#8217;t betray steffy&#8217;s trust.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: You&#8217;re a good man, finn&#8230; an honorable one. I am so proud of you. You know, when I saw you at your wedding, it&#8211; it took my breath away. I&#8217;ve been waiting decades for that moment, though.
