What we said.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Eric tore up the divorce papers. He wants you back. He loves you.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: So do you. I always knew that we felt it. We just never said the words.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Maybe i shouldn&#8217;t have&#8230; but I wanted you to know when you looked back on this that what we shared, that it was real. But your marriage isn&#8217;t over, quinn. You should go home. Be eric&#8217;s wife.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: What do you think? Do you like it?<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Like it?<\/p>\n<p>[Chuckles] I love it! Love you.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I love you. Mrs. Forrester.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: [Laughs]<\/p>\n<p>Paris: [Sighs] If you really don&#8217;t want steffy to know that sheila texted you, I won&#8217;t say anything.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Thank you, paris.<\/p>\n<p>Paris: I just&#8211;I&#8217;m not totally sure that keeping this from your wife is a great idea for either of us.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Sheila&#8217;s gone. That was a goodbye text. And telling steffy, that&#8217;s just gonna make her more anxious. She&#8217;s already hired another guard for the property.<\/p>\n<p>Paris: Finn&#8230;I&#8217;m sorry that meeting your birth mother has been so hard, and if you really think that this is the best way to handle this, I won&#8217;t say anything.<\/p>\n<p>Paris: Oh. Uh, hey, guys.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Hey. What&#8217;s going on?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Eric&#8217;s waiting.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: [Sighs] We can&#8217;t show up at the house together.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: No. No, I&#8217;ll go. He&#8230;wants me to bring your portrait.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Carter&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Quinn, this is what you wanted. When you came here to talk to me about zoe, you told me how important he makes you feel. How much&#8230;his respect and admiration meant to you and you thought you lost it but you didn&#8217;T. You got it. You got eric back. Your future&#8217;s with him.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: But I had something incredible with you, too.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Yes, it was, and I&#8217;ll never forget it.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Neither will I.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: But you love your husband.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: And I love you, too.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: [Whimpers]<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: [Sobbing]<\/p>\n<p>Paris: Oh, uh, you know, I&#8217;m gonna let you guys talk. I&#8217;m gonna head to the office. Will you excuse me? Sorry.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Is everything okay with paris?<\/p>\n<p>Finn: Yeah. Yeah. Um&#8230; this whole thing has got everyone thrown a little off balance, but, we had a good talk. She understands what&#8217;s going on, and&#8230; how it needs to be handled.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: You guys talked about sheila?<\/p>\n<p>Shauna: Finn loves me. He loves his mother. Rinsing the dishes before they go in the dishwasher?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I appreciate you so much bringing this&#8211; this portrait back to me. Let&#8217;s just put it right there.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: It looks good. Thanks for taking such good care of it for me.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Well, I&#8211; I know when you told me to get rid of it, you didn&#8217;t really mean for me to get rid of it.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Yeah, well, I hate to admit it but at the time, I did. It would&#8217;ve been a big mistake. Would you help me put it back up?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Of course.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: You&#8217;re not surprised at all? You&#8217;re not gonna ask me what changed?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Well, I&#8211;I have to admit I was a little surprised. I&#8230;thought you and quinn were signing divorce papers today.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Well, I tore them up. I couldn&#8217;t do it.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: You still love her.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I didn&#8217;t realize how much until I had to contemplate a life&#8230; a future without her.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: She&#8217;s your wife.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Our family&#8217;s gonna think I&#8217;m crazy.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: [Chuckles] Well, they&#8217;re protective of you, eric. They blame her for your unhappiness and they&#8211; they saw our involvement as confirmation that she&#8217;s not trustworthy, that she&#8217;s not worthy of you.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: But that&#8217;s not true, is it? And I suspect you agree with me. I mean, why else would you have taken such good care of this portrait?<\/p>\n<p>Paris: Ooh, whatcha working on? Oh, it&#8217;s beautiful.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Thank you. I thought you were hanging at the house with finn.<\/p>\n<p>Paris: Yeah, uh, steffy and ridge are there now.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Everything okay?<\/p>\n<p>Paris: You know finn. He just wants to protect his family. Doesn&#8217;t want them to worry about all this with sheila being his birth mother.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: You know, it&#8217;s good that he has somebody like you to open up to.<\/p>\n<p>[Knocking on door]<\/p>\n<p>Finn: I&#8217;ll get it. It&#8217;s my parents. Hey, guys.<\/p>\n<p>Li: Hi, everyone. I hope it&#8217;s okay if we just stop by.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Of course. Please, sit.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Thank you. Jack.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: Good to see you. Well, I&#8217;m, uh, glad you&#8217;re all here. Wanted to apologize again. You have to understand, I hadn&#8217;t heard from her since finn was little.<\/p>\n<p>Li: Still can&#8217;t believe you never told me.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: I didn&#8217;t want to worry you. I mean, if she had bothered us, but I never heard from her again. I assumed I never would.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Well, you can&#8217;t assume anything about sheila.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: Let&#8217;s see what I can find. Doctor john&#8230;finnegan.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: I think that looks right.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Perfect, in fact. Thank you. Nice, carter.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Well, I&#8217;m glad I could help and to hear your good news.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Well, I wanted to share it. Especially with you.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Me? Really?<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Yeah. I didn&#8217;t ask you to represent me in the divorce just as some kind of a test, you know.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Yeah, I know that.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I wanted to prove to you my, uh&#8211; my faith in your good judgment. And you&#8217;ve proven me right by taking such good care of the portrait. I thank you again.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Eric, I don&#8217;t know how you&#8217;re able to get past this, but&#8230;thank you for giving me a second chance and for giving quinn one, too.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: This time it&#8217;s gonna last.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: So I&#8217;m sure you have a big celebration planned, so I&#8217;m gonna get out of your hair. [ Laughs ]<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Okay. Thanks again, carter.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Of course.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Carter.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Hi.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Are you on your way out?<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I was just telling carter our good news.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: It&#8217;s quite a surprise.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Yeah. Yeah, really. Although I have to say it doesn&#8217;t seem like you&#8217;re surprised at all to see him here.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Quinn, did you know carter was gonna be here?<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: No. I saw his car parked in the driveway.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I asked him to help me with something.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: [Gasps] My portrait.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Yeah. Carter was kind enough to keep it in storage all this time, and I asked him to&#8211; to bring it back and help me hang it up where it belongs.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: I don&#8217;t know what to say.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: No surprise there. This is&#8211;this is awkward, isn&#8217;t it? The three of us standing here together. Look, we need to move past this. We need to move on, and, uh, we&#8217;re not gonna be able to do that by ignoring what happened. I mistreated my wife by withholding from her what I knew she wanted, and I-I&#8211;I pushed her right into your arms. But don&#8217;t wanna dwell on that.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: None of us do.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I think we should move on. I think we all have. You&#8217;ve both proven your commitment and loyalty to me, and so&#8230; here we are.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: Okay, I know this. It&#8217;s good that finn has someone to talk to who doesn&#8217;t really know sheila. He must be so conflicted.<\/p>\n<p>Paris: I can only imagine. I mean, he&#8217;s just meeting his birth mother.<\/p>\n<p>Zende: He must have a million questions to ask her. She&#8217;s a terrible person. The poor guy can&#8217;t even risk having any contact with her at all.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: I&#8217;m not here to make excuses, but, uh, if I&#8217;d known that finn&#8217;s birth mother was keeping tabs on him, I certainly would&#8217;ve told you all who she was.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: And I could&#8217;ve added some security at the wedding.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I wouldn&#8217;t have posted our wedding announcement online.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: But, hey, steffy, we were excited about that.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, but we didn&#8217;t know it was gonna make our family a target.<\/p>\n<p>Li: Wow. You make this woman sound so awful.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Li, she has done some horrible things.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: Believe me, there&#8217;s a lot that if I could go back and do it differently, I would. But I don&#8217;t want this to taint your opinion of finn or our family.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: It doesn&#8217;T.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: He&#8217;s a good boy. He&#8217;s gonna make an excellent husband and father.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: He already is.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: And after what happened on your wedding day, I have to think that sheila&#8217;s out of our lives.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: He&#8217;s so handsome. And a doctor. Oh! Healing must run in the family. He and steffy, they have the most beautiful son. My grandson. Hayes. Named after steffy&#8217;s mother. You tell my grandson that I love him, and you let him know that his grandmother will always be thinking of him.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Come on. Let&#8217;s go.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: It&#8217;s my family. It&#8217;s my son, my family. One, two! One, two, three! Only pay for what you need!<\/p>\n<p>Eric: We all wanna put this behind us. Quinn is coming home to me, and I don&#8217;t want there to be any residual tension between the two of us.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: And there won&#8217;t be. I mean, your marriage is gonna be stronger than ever now that you found your way back to each other. I&#8217;m gonna go now.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Okay. Thanks again, carter.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Yes, I&#8217;ll see you at the office.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Okay.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: Bye, carter.<\/p>\n<p>Carter: Goodbye.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Quinn. Come here. You&#8217;re crying.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn: It is amazing to see my portrait back up there. I&#8217;m so&#8230; so lucky to have a second chance to be your wife. I don&#8217;t know if I deserve it, but&#8230; I&#8217;m never gonna take it for granted. I&#8217;m still your wife. It&#8217;s so&#8230;[ Sighs ] It&#8217;s so unexpected. I&#8217;m-I&#8217;m so surprised, I don&#8217;t know what to say, so&#8230; they&#8217;re just&#8211;they&#8217;re, um&#8211; they&#8217;re tears of joy.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: Yeah.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: But can you please just keep this between us? There&#8217;s no reason for steffy to know about this. Nothing is gonna come of it. And it&#8217;s just gonna make her worry even more.<\/p>\n<p>Paris: Okay. It&#8217;ll be our secret.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I know your son, jack, and there&#8217;s nothing he can do to change the way I feel about him.<\/p>\n<p>Li: He loves you so very much.<\/p>\n<p>Finn: And I&#8217;m gonna protect you and the kids. Okay, I don&#8217;t want you being scared through this.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: And I certainly didn&#8217;t want to do anything to make your wedding day less than perfect.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: No, you didn&#8217;T.<\/p>\n<p>Jack: Good. Well, you both are finally married, and you&#8217;re a beautiful couple. We should be celebrating your happiness.<\/p>\n<p>Li: Yes, but, jack, what if this woman is unstable as they say?<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: If she reaches out, we need to know about it.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: Yeah, you can&#8217;t engage. Any form of communication is an invitation to sheila.<\/p>\n<p>Ridge: Jack, we got to shut her down completely.<\/p>\n<p>Steffy: I don&#8217;t want sheila anywhere near me or my family. But especially hayes.<\/p>\n<p>Sheila: You kicked me out of your family before.<\/p>\n<p>Eric: I see you&#8217;re still crazy as hell. My god.
