GSN ANNOUNCES SPEED SKATING
CHAMPIONAPOLO ANTON OHNOAS HOST OF “MINUTE TO WIN IT” Produced by Shine America,New Original Episodes of Hit Game
ShowSlated to Premiere in Summer 2013 March 14, 2013 (Santa Monica, CA) GSN announced today that
Apolo Anton Ohno, one of the most decorated American
athletes of all time and DANCING WITH THE STARS champion,
will be the host of GSN’s new series MINUTE TO WIN IT. GSN’s
production of 40 new original episodes marks the first time
the series has been developed by a U.S. cable network. The
episodes are to be produced by Shine America - based on the
format owned by Shine’s sister company Friday TV. MINUTE TO
WIN IT begins production in March and is slated to premiere
in summer 2013. "All my life I have welcomed unique challenges and now, for
the first time, I have the opportunity to tackle a new one
by hosting MINUTE TO WIN IT,” said Ohno. “From speed skating
to dancing, it’s only fitting that I selected a show with
wild and creative challenges for my inaugural hosting role.
Bring it!” Short-track speed skater Ohno holds eight Olympic medals—two
gold, two silver and four bronze—from the 2002, 2006 and
2010 Winter games, more than any other American Winter
Olympian in history. In addition, he earned eight gold,
seven silver and six bronze medals in seven World
Championship competitions. Ohno’s speed skates from the 2002
Winter Olympics are housed at the Smithsonian’s National
Museum of American History. In 2007, Ohno brought his winning style to DANCING WITH THE
STARS, first partnering with Julianne Hough in Season Four.
The pair received the first perfect score of 30 in the
show’s history for their samba routine—and went on to become
the season champions. He returned to the show in the fall of
2012 as a member of the first DANCING WITH THE STARS
All-Star cast. Recently the athlete, actor, bestselling
author and philanthropist has been bringing light to the
subject of exercise-induced bronchospasm (EIB), a breathing
disorder that handicapped Ohno before it was successfully
diagnosed and treated in 2000. In each one-hour episode of MINUTE TO WIN IT, competitors
face 10 challenges that escalate in level of difficulty
using everyday household items. Each game has a one-minute
time limit and failure to finish the task on time will
eliminate the contestant. At various points throughout the
game, the competitor can walk away with the money earned up
to that point - but it'll take nerves of steel to complete
all 10 tasks to win $250,000.

NBC GIVES 13-EPISODE SERIES PICKUP TO NEW DRAMA 'CAMP' IN SUMMER 2013 New Show Depicts Family Life in Raucous Summer Camp UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - January 6, 2013 - NBC has picked up the sly new
drama series "Camp" for 13 episodes for broadcast in Summer 2013, it was
announced today by Jennifer Salke, President, NBC Entertainment. This summer, NBC invites you to camp. In the tradition of "Meatballs" and
"Dazed and Confused," Little Hawk Family Camp is a wicked slice of
lake-side heaven. In the one-hour drama, parents decompress with gin while
teenagers make gleeful mischief and fall in and out of love. Little Hawk
Family Camp - where mother nature and human nature collide. Said Salke: "In our desire to make summer an exciting place at NBC along
with our signature unscripted shows like 'America's Got Talent,' 'The
Voice' and 'American Ninja Warrior,' we developed a scripted dramedy we
love with BermanBraun that has rich and dysfunctional characters in that
great setting where millions of families and young people go each summer:
camp. Most of us have had great experiences at camp, and this show --
created by two of our favorite producers, Liz Heldens (creator of
'Deception') and Peter Elkoff (co-executive producer of 'Deception') -- is
sophisticated, funny, and emotional, and we think it will be the ideal
summer series for us."

TNT Greenlights Cold Justice (working
title) From Wolf Films and Magical Elves TNT has greenlit Cold Justice (working title) a new
unscripted procedural drama that follows two top-notch
female investigators as they dig into murder cases that have
lingered for years without answers and closure. The network
has ordered eight episodes of Cold Justice, which comes to
TNT from Wolf Films and Magical Elves. Cold Justice is
executive-produced by Emmy® winners Dick Wolf (Law & Order,
Chicago Fire), Dan Cutforth & Jane Lipsitz (Top Chef,
Fashion Star) and Tom Thayer (Hitchcock, Bury My Heart at
Wounded Knee). In small towns across America, cases involving violent
crimes can often go cold because of a lack of funding,
resources and state-of-the-art forensic technology. With the
right resources, though, many of these cold cases can be
re-opened and solved, bringing dangerous criminals to
justice and providing closure for the families of their
victims. In TNT's Cold Justice, Kelly Siegler, a Texas prosecutor for
21 years who has successfully tried 68 murder cases, and
Yolanda McClary, a crime scene investigator who worked more
than 7,000 cases in her 26 years on the Las Vegas Police
Department, are putting their vast knowledge and experience
to work helping local law-enforcement officers and families
of violent-crime victims get to the truth. With a fresh set
of eyes on old evidence, superior interrogation skills and
access to advanced DNA technology and lab testing, Siegler
and McClary are determined to bring about a legal and
emotional resolution. Taking on a different unsolved crime
each week, they will carefully re-examine evidence, question
suspects and witnesses, and chase down leads in order to
solve cases that would have otherwise remained cold
indefinitely. Plans call for Cold Justice to join the TNT lineup in late
summer 2013. The network has three other unscripted series
slated for 2013, beginning in February with Boston's Finest,
an unscripted look at Boston law-enforcement officers from
executive producer Donnie Wahlberg. This summer, TNT will
launch The Hero, a competition series headlined by Dwayne
"The Rock" Johnson, and 72 Hours, a race-against-the-clock
competition show set in the wild.

FOR VANILLA ICE, REV. RUN, BRONSON PINCHOT AND DARYL HALL
NEW YORK – April 23, 2013 – DIY Network, the go-to
destination for rip-up knock-out home improvement
television, announced today that it has added four exciting
new series featuring celebrities with a passion for home
renovation and historic restoration to its popular primetime
line-up. Currently in production, Vanilla Ice Goes Amish,
The Rev. Run Project, The Daryl Hall Project and Bronson
Pinchot Saves America are set to premiere later this year
and in 2014. “Celebrities own and renovate homes just like the rest of us
– some even know enough about renovation and real estate to
flip homes for a profit,” said Kathleen Finch, general
manager of DIY Network and sister property HGTV. “Watching
Vanilla Ice swing a hammer, Rev. Run and his wife debate
over what color to paint the living room, Bronson Pinchot
restore a historic residence, or Daryl Hall deal with his
local zoning board, makes them real and fascinating to
watch. Fans rarely get the chance to see celebrities deal
with these kinds of issues and it is fun to see them
tackling the same things all homeowners do.” Debuting later this year, the new series Vanilla Ice Goes
Amish features Vanilla Ice, ‘90s pop icon and host of DIY
Network’s The Vanilla Ice Project, as he learns from the
greatest craftsmen in the world. With no frills, no music
and no power tools, Vanilla Ice tackles life, including
building a barn, at the largest U.S. Amish settlement in
Holmes County, Ohio. The rock star renovator also returns
with a fourth season of The Vanilla Ice Project next year.

PBS ANNOUNCES NEW SERIES, "GENEALOGY
ROADSHOW," PREMIERING THIS FALL
ARLINGTON, VA; MAY 9, 2013 - PBS announced today that it
will add the new series GENEALOGY ROADSHOW to its fall
lineup. Part detective story, part emotional journey,
GENEALOGY ROADSHOW will combine history and science to
uncover the fascinating stories of diverse Americans. Each
individual's past will link to a larger community history,
revealing the rich cultural tapestry of America. GENEALOGY
ROADSHOW will air Mondays, September 23-October 14,
9:00-10:00 p.m. ET.
"GENEALOGY ROADSHOW is an engaging, innovative program that
reveals the bigger picture of our nation's past, present and
future," said Beth Hoppe, Chief Programming Executive and
General Manager of General Audience Programming for PBS.
"With a diverse mix of stories in each episode, GENEALOGY
ROADSHOW appeals to Americans interested in learning about
their family histories. It also shows that no matter one's
heritage and background, everyone has a place in history."
GENEALOGY ROADSHOW's premiere season will feature
participants from four American cities - Nashville, Austin,
Detroit and San Francisco - who want to explore unverified
genealogical claims, passed down through family history,
that may (or may not) connect them to an event or a
historical figure. These cities were chosen as American
crossroads of culture, diversity, industry and history, with
deep pools of potential participants and stories. After
participants are chosen, experts in genealogy, history and
DNA will use family heirlooms, letters, pictures, historical
documents and other clues to hunt down more information.
These experts will enlist the help of local historians to
add color and context to the investigations, ensuring every
artifact and every name becomes a clue in solving the
mystery. Residents of Austin, Detroit, Nashville and San
Francisco are invited and encouraged to submit their
personal stories as GENEALOGY ROADSHOW will unearth family
and community secrets, reveal notable relatives and discover
unexpected stories that connect the past to the present.
Many answers will be revealed on camera before a local
audience, in a historic building relevant to the cities' -
and the participants' - histories.
"It is rare and wonderful when one can produce a show in
which literally everyone is qualified to be a part of it,"
said executive producer Stuart Krasnow. "PBS is the perfect
partner to produce a show that celebrates the richness of
the individual, and the differences between us that make our
country unique."
THE GENEALOGY ROADSHOW has been a hit in Ireland, where
national public broadcaster RTE commissioned the original
format from producer Big Mountain Productions. "It just hit
a nerve," said Big Mountain executive producer Philip
McGovern. "Everybody wants answers to questions about their
own histories to help make sense of their lives today. We've
had a lot of interest in the format internationally and are
delighted PBS has picked it up."

USA NETWORK'S DENIS LEARY COMEDY
PILOT "SIRENS" SETS CAST, DIRECTOR AND PRODUCTION START IN
CHICAGO Stars Michael Mosley, Kevin Daniels, Jessica McNamee and
Kevin Bigley Victor Nelli tapped to Direct Pilot From Executive Producers
Leary and Bob Fisher The USA Network half-hour comedy pilot
SIRENS cast Michael Mosley ("30 Rock," "Pan Am"), Kevin
Daniels ("Modern Family"), Jessica McNamee ("The Vow") and
Kevin Bigley ("Game Change") to star. Leary will co-write
with Fisher ("Wedding Crashers," "Traffic Light"), and both
will executive produce the series along with Jim Serpico
("Rescue Me"), and Hal Vogel and David Aukin ("Hyde Park on
the Hudson," End Game," "The Promise") of Daybreak Pictures.
Apostle and Fox Television Studios will produce in
conjunction with Daybreak Pictures. The pilot, set to shoot
in Chicago later this month, will be directed by Victor
Nelli ( "Happy Endings," "Wilfred," "Ugly Betty," "Scrubs"),
who will also executive produce. SIRENS follows three of Chicago's best EMTs whose sometimes
self-loathing, other times narcissistic, and always
downright self-destructive personalities make them
unqualified for sustaining relationships, friendships and
most occupations. They are, however, uniquely qualified for
saving anyone unlucky enough to wind up in their ambulance.
Mosley stars as "Johnny," a good-looking, sports-loving,
Chicago EMT who works with his best friend "Hank," played by
Daniels. McNamee stars as "Theresa," a smart, gorgeous
female cop with the Chicago PD who still loves her ex
Johnny, but ultimately had to move on when he wouldn't
commit, and Bigley appears as "Brian," a wide-eyed and
excitable new EMT, eager and always ready for an adventure,
who still lives with his parents. Hank and Johnny put him
through the paces but for the most part Brian doesn't mind;
he's game for anything.

(working title)
Unscripted Series to Follow Five-Time Grammy Winner through
Hectic Schedule,
Including Reunion with Legendary Hip-Hop Group Goodie MOB
Chart-topping, Grammy-winning recording artist, entrepreneur
and pop culture iconCeeLo Green is coming to TBS in the
brand new show The CeeLo Life (working title). TBS has
ordered six episodes of the unscripted series, which will
follow CeeLo as he tackles not only a packed schedule of
producing, recording and performing, but also a creative
partnership with his longtime best friends - Big Gipp,
Khujoand T-Mo - as they prepare to bring their legendary
hip-hop group Goodie Mob back to the world stage.
Set to premiere on TBS in 2014, The CeeLo Life is being
produced by Emerald TV Productions, LLC and Rogue Atlas.
CeeLo is executive-producing the series with Larry Mestel (CeeLo
Green is Loberace), Emerald's Andrew Jameson (Living Lohan)
and Rogue Atlas' Eli Frankel (Family Trade).
The CeeLo Life follows world-renowned recording artist CeeLo
Green into the next stage of his career, which is ironically
a blast from the past. After a long hiatus and the explosion
of CeeLo's solo music career, CeeLo now wants to share his
success with the best friends with whom he started.
Together, they are now bringing their legendary hip-hop
group Goodie Mob back into the spotlight with their fifth
album, Age Against the Machine, which is set to be released
on Aug. 27. They also have a successful Las Vegas headlining
gig and an international tour on the horizon. To enjoy this
ride of a lifetime, all they have to do is navigate a
demanding schedule, the perks and temptations of being at
the top of the music game, and twenty years of history
together, all while still keeping their friendship intact.
The Goodie Mob revival, however, is just one of the many
creative projects on CeeLo's plate. He recently completed a
run of performances in the musical spectacular Loberace at
Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. He's also putting the
finishing touches on his fourth album, which is slated for
release later this year, and will be seen in the movie Can a
Song Save Your Life?, starring Keira Knightley, Mark Ruffalo
and Catherine Keener. And as if that wasn't enough, he is a
partner in Emerald TV Productions and serves as Chief
Creative Officer for his management company, Primary Wave.

Dynasty Set To Return on Big Screen TV Series Creators Plan Movie Reboot
Somewhere in the world there is an episode of Dynasty airing right now.
More than 30 years after its creation, the iconic nighttime soap opera still resonates with audiences, so show creators Richard and Esther Shapiro are following the trend set by the big screen remakes of series like Sex and the City, The A-Team, Charlie’s Angels, Starsky & Hutch and the planned 21 Jump Street film by rebooting Dynasty as a new film franchise.
“The time is right,” said Esther Shapiro, co-creator of the series with her husband Richard. “Nostalgia has always been big, but we want to take it a step further. We want to go back to the beginning with these characters and use the film to trace their roots. We’re taking Blake Carrington back to his young manhood and when he met Alexis, and setting the movie in the Mad Men era of the 1960s. It will give us the opportunity to start fresh, without the constraints that television placed on our characters in the series.”

on this enormous structure, they discover the remnants of

dreams, mysteries that shed light on the very origins of man
and, most importantly, a possible salvation for a doomed
Earth. Childhood's End follows a peaceful alien invasion of Earth
